Do you ever get off the phone to @virginmedia and wanna scream. Been a customer for 15yrs just in this property alone yet they patronise me by saying I have to pay extra each month is my WiFi is to reach upstairs or kitchen (my house is tiny)

@Cathy_TwoHalves @virginmedia The problems include always being passed onto to yet another unempowered person eg. To get a code turn a bix back on post upgrade (should have happened anyway) took 2 days and several hours waiting to finally get to a tech, problem then fixed in a few mins.

When someone cancels their broadband, giving the 30 days notice, is it legal for the provider to arbitrarily cancel the cancellation so they can sell you a lesser deal than the one you're going for, or force you to pay for another month's service? @virginmedia seem to think so.
