@virginmedia I spoke to some American woman the other night who was quite rude and did not resolve the problem , tried to get through tonight again as my daughters phone has a fault still failed to speak to anyone .

@sky box has just gone off, rang them said I need to get an engineer out £65, and boxes need upgrades another £7 a month. Told them I’ll just cancel it, but I can’t do that over the phone. Just had to buy a £10 day pass on now tv for the boxing @virginmedia see ya Monday

@virginmedia My broadband is so slow I can't even watch. Etflix without it buffering. Have rebooted and logged onto website to test. Still getting around 5Mbps instead of the usual 200Mbps

@virginmedia But I didn't want to close the complain log as it didn't solve the problem then. She didn't want to listen, interrupt over and over when I asked her politely to let me finish explaining then she list hanged up the phone without discussing the other issues I have logged.
