    @virginmedia We’re on at the moment & has been stable for last 2hrs. Normal base status light at bottom. When goes down, Internet light flashes whilst syncing - sometimes requiring repeated attempts.

    @virginmedia We never received any confirmation that our service has been reactivated though. I will continue to reboot, but I don't think the issue's actually been addressed yet. Not having internet is a pretty huge obstacle to me doing my job. It's been over 16 hours since we reported it.

    @virginmedia Hi there I wonder if you can help I have a Netflix account that was previously paid via the Virgin Bill but I changed the payment method to my Debit Card via Netflix website now it is being paid by that but I want to know is the Virgin Bill still being charged.

    @virginmedia I ordered a V6 box and upgrade and never received the box. 8 have contacted customer service several time and been offered refund for time not getting service & promise of a box and it nothing happens. My last call, I was promised a call back from a supervisor and again, nothing!

    @virginmedia I already did your survey but you knew what I thought when you tried to force me to take on an 18 month contract after my original one ended. You treat customers like a cash crop. I make sure to tell everyone not to use you. You could have kept my business when I move but not now

    @virginmedia The cable box into the house is hanging off the wall , but as service is showing as fine no one is sent out. Its not fine , intermittent broadband constantly. My bill has just gone up , I'm disabled & can do without the stress of calling tbh
