@TheDarkJudge1 @virginmedia They don't actually care fullstop about customer service to existing customers you are just a legal binding contract from the moment you sign up!

Rico Smith (@RicoSmith_) reported
Virgin Media has a garbage cancellation procedure where they try and extract as much data out of you whilst trying to offer you deals to stay. Do not sign up for their dark patterns.

@virginmedia Is this just a chat-bot? Calling CS was the start of all the trouble. 🙄🙄
-
David Beaumont (@davbeau) reported
@virginmedia Do you honestly think it good customer service to expect customers to have a public conversation with you? Your other contact options are failing too and you are grossly overcharging my 83 year old mother whilst blocking all meaningful contact options. Apparently deliberately.
-
Gavin Mushing (@GavlarMushing) reported
@virginmedia So when will this issue be resolved then? I work from home and need a stable connection. You’ve apologised since the 11th of Feb but not done anything about it.
