@virginmedia They answered, established they couldn't sell me a new product then told me to phone back in the day my contract ends and immediately hung up.. If it was clearly stated online in your info "don't phone us to cancel until your contract ends" I'd have saved 35 minutes of my day..

Hey @virginmedia I’m pretty sure these people have a bot watching your bot and are then messaging all of your customers asking for their information. I nearly fell for it due to the speed with which they messaged. This is about to become a very big problem for you @cybergibbons

@virginmedia Called your helpline, pressed the options to go to cancellations, guy on the phone says he cant help, puts me into the queue for another hour. Then you disconnect the phone. Then tried online help, hour wait, transfer to cancellations, disconnect again. Disgrace.

@SQRLTV @virginmedia They want the same from me. Constant price hikes from @virginmedia every year. We subsidize the good deals new customers get. I'm cancelling mine then starting again as a new customer. It wastes my time and the time of an engineer but that's the only way to get a good deal.
