@virginmedia Yes that’s correct, last time he sent signal and said it is okay, I no it is not the tv or usb wire as both have been replaced

@virginmedia can someone message me back please, we have rang 3 times over last couple of weeks to cancel your awful broadband and every time we go to get put through we are put on hold then someone hangs up after about an hour of waiting

@virginmedia He said there was a restricter on the cable so removed it. I’ve checked the hub and it says there are WiFi issues but no idea what to do to fix it? It’s dropped out a number of times today!

@virginmedia No resolution. Kind of a waste of time tbh. My complaint has now been logged apparently, so it's a case of waiting to see what happens in next few weeks, and whether I will actually get my service activated or whether I've wasted 1/4 of a year / hours on chats / £££ tethering.

Been through 16 mths of lockdown, 3 working from home & hardly a glitch on the broadband. Last 8wks its gone down for several minutes a day between 10am and 1pm. Only on weekdays & its supposed to be a problem with our hub, really? An engineer could find it @virginmedia #shoddy

@virginmedia Yes I know there is a cancellation fee, which I was more then happy to pay when your customer service advisor told me this was one months bill. But then to discover the next time I call that you are actually charging me close to 10x more then this is disgusting.
