    @virginmedia You are not listening. I understand it fluctuates. What I mean is why have I had an acceptable 300meg signal for 11 months & now it’s dropped to below half that? 4 phone calls & two technician visits can’t sort it???? I want what I had!

    @virginmedia The technician came on Wednesday & did a wired connection test. We are only getting 180meg which is terrible considering we are paying for 300meg! My children can’t get a signal at all whereas they were fine before! Two visits and still not resolved!

    So I first get a call claiming to be from @skytv about tech issue on my broadband I said how’s can that be (I’m not with them) they hang up. Not more than 30 mins later same type of call claiming to be @virginmedia about same issue. Numbers calling me are 01639686677, 01793635483

I’m on Virgin Media’s fibre network, don’t believe they’ve had any public funds. You’re referring to BT, who have, but have no connection to my property.

    @virginmedia There are no known issues. Both kids were offline today for at least 3 minutes today in middle of their classes around 10. 20am. It has been happening for weeks now at random times. And to raise prices is just not acceptable for a suboptimal service.

    @virginmedia Livid. Appalling customer service! Waited 15 mins in the queue on Monday and got cut off. Spent 42 minutes on the phone to someone who asked me to hold for ages on every question then passed me to another department that was closed. Absolutely attrocious

    @virginmedia contract is due to finish but because I am not a new customer you cannot reward my loyalty (over 10 years as a customer) happy to upgrade slightly but you cannot do any kind of deal? Really @richardbranson ? Is customer retention not important? #disappointed
