@virginmedia Been disconnected by yourselves without requesting to cancel my service. No call back as promised, spent an hour on phone earlier to be told might be 72 hours until anything can be done after 20 years of loyalty I think I merit more than this shoddy treatment

@virginmedia you need to get your call centre staff to explain things properly. I downgraded due to financial and health and wasn't told it's yet another month in front even thought I will lose that part of the service in 2 days. Absolutely raging.
