    @virginmedia tried to contact Virgin media for days! We had no internet for last Saturday, Sunday , Tuesday in the area . You call and it will not let you contact to anyone as it’s a complex problem in the area. Anyone know a better provider I’ve totally had enough.

    Wifi down intermittently for 24 hours now @virginmedia and no checks or fixes help. Everything plugged in properly. Next available appt is Thursday morning - I work from home FFS what am I supposed to do until then??? #poor Can't even speak to anyone. #shambles

    @virginmedia my dad’s email address has been hacked. VM says he has to re register his email address. He’s spent nearly 3hrs on live chat today trying to fix it. He’s 86 and relies upon his email to order from home. Can you please explain to me the process to correct this issue?

    @virginmedia Broadband and phone lines down in the L4 area yet again!!! I wish to cancel my contract early as you are failing to keep to your side of the agreement and provide a reliable service!!!! Piss poor

    @virginmedia @gbam96 Yes it has been cancelled now, it was the manner it took to get there! Nearly 20 mins of asking to cancel! he had a bad attitude. Very disappointed with the customer service

    @virginmedia It’s ok I’ve managed to get around my dad’s security question - it was an issue with the lower / upper case. I’ve updated his password and his email is now receiving emails on his phone and iPad - I think we’re ok. Frustrating that the live chat sent him around in circles

    @virginmedia The main thing here is that not one person who I have come into contact with in your organisation wants to take ownership of the problem and try and resolve it which is the essence of customer service. It’s a massive fail.

    @ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?

    @virginmedia They couldn't really help, because they couldn't get past the security questions. I gave the correct answers (I used the letter they sent that arrived today, and have my contract details online). So, I have no idea... They said an engineer would ring before they arrive? Nothing

    @virginmedia Please forward my complaint on. Just Over a month I’ve been a customer and the amount of stress I’ve had over rubbish WiFi and the billing amount and the last adviser I spoke to was not very apologetic. Your system,your advisors or both need a revamp asap. A lot of mistakes.

    @virginmedia well Virgin you really are awful! Requested transfer of broadband in June, had to wait a month, cancelled by virgin with no explanation. Rescheduled by me, changed by Virgin again today, no apology! No effort to resolve, you’ve really cracked customer service!!

    @virginmedia I’ve been waiting in all day for a delivery and even though I have spoken to 6 different people nobody has been able to tell me anything. I then spoke to Yodel and they have no record of the tracking number at all. You never fail to disappoint!

    @virginmedia How can I log in to my account when the service is down?? Maybe I should use a pen and paper, or should I call on a kindly neighbour and ask to use their broadband - in the hope that they have a more reliable service than yours.
