    @Jacedafaceis @virginmedia Yes. Been out to lake district, and 4G mobile phone signal was quick and more reliable than the broadband. And people thought it was normal.

    @virginmedia 3 x engineer visits, each time telling me there’s a blockage. Why does nobody fix it? I can’t even get through to cancel my services and get a refund for the direct debits I’ve paid when I’ve had zero service.

    @virginmedia Nope, as I said, on the face of it all'a good, when I check the speed sometimes it's 100, sometimes it's 10, when I run a @virginmedia test everything comes back fine, but our daily experience is a slow connection in the mornings which drops out a lot, not so bad in the evening
