@virginmedia Yeah I did initially and then doesn't load the page Tried calling just automated sent me links to mobile the same links already checked and then hung up No estimated time of when will be fixed.. I guess it's with people finishing work and realising their service is down hmmm

@virginmedia Well I've just had a "sort of" resolution but still not really acceptable. I gave 30 days notice to cancel my services as want to get Sky. Sky and Openreach are coming tomorrow to fit phoneline & services. I have booked a day off work for this. If there is still (cont) >>

@ThingsByNik @virginmedia Have noticed they’re hard to get hold of as I’ve had issues with my install (outdoors related) they should at least do you a deal…if you could actually speak to them they will prob offer you something, that’s what Sky usually do

@virginmedia I have yes, nothing appears. It states in your terms and conditions that payment will be made promptly, 30 days after the 1st missed appointment, it was 75 for you to fix, and now 85 since we started. If you terminate my services because of this, you pay me via cheque, correct?

@virginmedia Hi Virgin, I have called and asked for this to be escalated to a manager 3 times (you don't have a complaint's team apparently), over the past past 10 days.. over the telephone this was done, but no-one calls me 😞 and when I ring back noone has a clue what's going on..

@virginmedia has got the worst customer service of any network. Raised a complaint back in January regarding a misold package,still waiting for an outcome. The notes say they have tried contacting me...no they havnt, not missed calls, voicemails or emails. Absolute liars.

THREE months I waited for @virginmedia to come out and install my new broadband around 16 rescheduled appointments, 2 no show engineers, 1 who 'nipped to his van' and then never came back, each time it'll be installed next time we assure you, all this time they are still adding..

@virginmedia The TV is out The box just keeps going from no signal to starting up on a loop Currently ourphone line isn't working again I've lost count of how many engineers have been out ! We are paying just under £100 a month for what ?? Thankfully internet ok I'm a home worker !

@virginmedia I called in Sept to cancel. Was told it would end in line with my contract in October. I called in October to confirm and was told packaging would be sent out for my box. I was still charged in Oct and Nov. Had a case raised after calling many more times

We’ve had our installation by @virginmedia cancelled three times now, three months running. Twice with less than 24 hours notice. Supposed to get in December… next date is March, it’ll probably be June 2029 before we get it. Customer service doesn’t exist. Avoid at all costs!!
