    @virginmedia And another issue. Must be that time of the year when I seem to have numerous problems in a short time span. Now it’s saying incorrect password when trying to join the WiFi network (password hasn’t changed), or it’ll say there’s a connection problem to internet and a red button.

    @virginmedia i telephoned because i wanted to reduce my services, the first call offered reduction to 47.95, never happened, second call refused to call me, third call apologies for lack of action confirmed reduction and a credit again nothing happened

    @virginmedia It’s for mine and my daughters mobile. Been going on now for 2 days. Can’t make or receive calls. Been into Virgin store today and they gave me a new sim. But couldn’t help with checking to see if there were issues in my area.

    @virginmedia as an existing customer disgusted by experience my wife had ordering a new phone! Told delivered Thursday, worked from home, then advised by @YodelOnline it would be next Tuesday! Virgin day not down to them then receives a bill for end of the month #CustomerService

    @SkyHelpTeam shocking service. Iwithout any tv for over 30hrs. Technical fault & and no signal.I pay premium rates for this - the Weather is fine golf & cricket being played today most disappointed having left @virginmedia a few years ago and i need to go back to them now

    @virginmedia So service resumed around 3pm with an email confirming it. In the last 5/10 mins the wireless connection keeps disappearing off. It’ll return for a second or two, then drop again. Unsurprisingly your status checker says there isn’t an issue despite there clearly being one.

    @virginmedia you’re broadband service is a disgrace. Constant reoccurring issues. Ur not paid for a service to work half the time you’re paid for it work all the time. Your help service is also a joke. Ppl reading canned responses, never really understanding or offer any reason😡

    @virginmedia I don’t have a landline or a Virgin phone, I don’t want to rack up a huge phonebill calling you to sort out an issue on your side. I’ve now performed a factory reset and still not working. So I’ve ran the broadband test from my Virgin Media page and it says the equipment is off.

    @virginmedia Ah so now you’ve acknowledged there’s an issue in the area with a fix ETA of nearly 3am. So no broadband all evening. This happened last week too. This isn’t acceptable service levels.

    @virginmedia That’s not the point, I don’t want credit. I want a reliable service. And this isn’t reliable. My 4G service on my phone is more reliable than my home broadband. That’s not good.

    @virginmedia RIP OFF. Been with you for over 25yrs (viaNTL). Have to continually ring every 18m for a discount. New customers always get better deals than loyal ones. Had enough - I've just CANCELLED the service. Will go with a supplier that does honest everyday prices - BYE BYE!

    @virginmedia You see… that’s the lie. I was promised a call on Sunday morning at 9am, that a manager would call within 48 with a solution and compensation. I have spent over 10 hours this week alone trying to speak to a so called ‘manager’

    I want to preface this by saying that most of the people at @virginmedia customer service have been very understanding and tried to be as helpful as possible. What is not helpful @virginmedia is the fact that when I placed an order online, it didn’t go through and no one told me.
