    @virginmedia your sales team are telling people that upgrading to 200 speed will fix WiFi issues. I was looking for a new deal but don’t want to sign up until it’s guaranteed I can get WiFi in more than 2 rooms. I live in a small 3 bed and I’m on my 2nd router which is worse

    @virginmedia Visit was put on hold as you later found you had a wider issue. It was resolved after a few hours so not too bad. Not sure how happy my boss was at me not being able to get online though...

    Having to use my phone data to tether my laptop for work as @virginmedia broadband has gone down. Ran through diags and it’s said an engineer needs to attend 🙄 Managed to get an appointment between 12-4 today which is surprising!

    @virginmedia I have checked and rebooted but says nothing wrong, we can have 10 devices connected at any 1 time and never had a problem till last week when internet just turned off randomly an since then ots been on, off, on, off,on,off all day

    @virginmedia please help V6 box is playing up, causes tv to keep going off from a few seconds to making tv turn off. It is not the TV as works fine on freeeview

    @virginmedia Via text messages and phone calls and get no where ...I was told an engineer was visiting it never happened lodged a complaint and heard nothing back I went out of this contract now

    And @virginmedia broadband appears to be having issues again. After losing it for hours on Friday due to a local area issue, my connection appears to have gone again and the router is constantly rebooting and searching for a connection. Not a stable service whatsoever.

    @virginmedia you sent a new router because the other one didn’t work properly and this one is worse. WiFi non existent I want to leave your rubbish service and I’m not sitting on the phone for hours so sort it or I’m going to the ombudsman

    @virginmedia oomph there it’s not again😩. TV down, broadband down. Still no 2nd box which I pay for, still no voice remote. 3 months into new contract. After multiple complaints and phone calls promised credits on my account that never appear. Come on VM PLEASE sort this out.

    @virginmedia have you disconnected my services or not. You let me cancel my contract due to a speed assessment. I have received texts saying you would be turning off services soon. But today an email saying my time had run out. which is it? Because I called and handed in my 30!

They've been known to ring 3 times in 1 day trying to sell me something! Next time they ring, I'll let them know you need some assistance.
