@BBCWatchdog My dad recieved Absolute terrible customer service from @virginmedia apparently when you cancel a contract in april it still doesn't show up on their system and then get a bill they say they couldn't access his account to cancel it but could when he offered to 1/2

@virginmedia Can someone help me please? I requested to bring original broadband contract with me to my new address recently but I've been given a new contract without my consent. Now I have to pay £150 more for extended 8 months.
