    @virginmedia Today so far so good but this has been happening every day for the past 2 weeks but I can never get through on the phone on hold for an hour at a time only to be cut off!! Went off again twice last night trying work from home is impossible

    @virginmedia I’ve spend another 90 minutes this morning trying to get through to you after being told last week I would receive a call back within a few hours and I’m still waiting. Have you got a number which I can get through on and cancel. Worst service I’ve ever received

    @ThirdUncle2 @virginmedia Exactly the same happened to me just, even had one of the call centre staff say I would've get a dead line when I told her I definitely will. She still transferred me down a dead line. Got told that changing provider isn't a good enough excuse to leave. Its my choice! 😡

    @virginmedia I need help with getting a number so I can call up and cancel the subscription we have. The broadband has been terrible for over a month now. Was told last week there was an issue with the router and we would receive support and have had none and it’s impossible to get though

    @virginmedia Yes keeps shutting down then going through the start up routine on the modem green light etc sometimes it’s off for 10 mins sometimes longer but can happen up to 7/8 time a day

    @virginmedia Yeah I've used that as well, I've been sent out a signal booster for a specific black spot, but I still encounter the same issue with signal dropping for no reason. The issue is a faulty router, can I order a replacement?

    @rtenews Then virgin media interview a guy there with I think it was 7 or 9 kids and another on the way. Absolutely ridiculous going down to get a €50 voucher and you're having that many kids when you clearly can't afford them but making a nice amount on childrens benefit 🙄🙄🙄

    @virginmedia Is there any way to get round that? I've never phoned either of those numbers and had anything less than a 2 hour phone call being passed to a minimum of 4 different people; or at the very least can you tell me which department I need to speak to?

    @virginmedia @virginmedia I will be forced to cut the cable myself to avoid having any poor kid break their legs by accidentally tripping on a poorly installed cable next to a busy footpath. And also pay for some other company to give me internet. Well done.
