    @virginmedia The point is this was raised Wednesday I was promised a call back that afternoon Chased it up in Thursday Promised a call back by midday today at the very latest Each time I do contact your centres have to listen to awful hold music for hour and often get hung up on

    @BeanToast @skytv @virginmedia Check each month's bill very carefully as they are prone to be really inconsistent when it comes to billing. I wouldn't use them at all but no others can provide speed like there's in my area. Once others start providing a service like virgin I will be changing providers.

    Having to use my phone data to tether my laptop for work as @virginmedia broadband has gone down. Ran through diags and it’s said an engineer needs to attend 🙄 Managed to get an appointment between 12-4 today which is surprising!

    @virginmedia please help V6 box is playing up, causes tv to keep going off from a few seconds to making tv turn off. It is not the TV as works fine on freeeview

    @virginmedia Visit was put on hold as you later found you had a wider issue. It was resolved after a few hours so not too bad. Not sure how happy my boss was at me not being able to get online though...

    @virginmedia So your promises mean nothing nor customer service. I ha e spent so much to e explaining my self and my issue. If I say I will do something I will do it. When I rang the centre yet again this morning I was again assured that a call back would be made today

    And @virginmedia broadband appears to be having issues again. After losing it for hours on Friday due to a local area issue, my connection appears to have gone again and the router is constantly rebooting and searching for a connection. Not a stable service whatsoever.

    @virginmedia any chance someone could help me. Been trying to get through for 2 hours. Want to cancel my TVcontract and this is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do to cancel. Going around in circles 🤯

    @virginmedia In work now! Family struggling at home will have to do tonight! Are there other steps you can message me. messaging on here last week service been terrible and believe the whole area from speaking to friends and family! Virgin need to acknowledge and communicate if bigger issues.

    Guys I know the world is a toilet and very bad things are happening but if there's going to be one thing to tip me over the edge, it'll be the Virgin Media interface. Absolute fiasco every time you go to watch anything 🆘

    @virginmedia you sent a new router because the other one didn’t work properly and this one is worse. WiFi non existent I want to leave your rubbish service and I’m not sitting on the phone for hours so sort it or I’m going to the ombudsman

    @virginmedia Yes , but are not taking it seriously, told them to cancel my contract with no charge or will take it further informing tge customer who contract I have , but says they can't and the email wrong contract is quiet a common mistake 😮

    @virginmedia One of your vans (YT20 UMV) hit my girlfriend’s car *hard* outside Moorfields Eye hospital last week and then drove off. No response from customer service email. Massive dent in her wheel and cracked suspension on the other side. She now can’t drive for work. Help!
