    @virginmedia epic broadband, crap TiVo ... shocking my box every couple of weeks / less doesn’t work and I have to restart. The package I pay for isn’t value for money and calling up to report issues is painful, 35+ mins I was on for last time!

    @virginmedia I rebooted it yesterday and a number of times previously. I’m now in receipt of a Cat. 6 Ethernet cable which has improved wired speeds - I’d suggest these should come as standard - but wireless speeds are still slow and unreliable.

    Virgin media broadband fails again telephone and broadband went off around 2pm still no service not two months goes by without it failing think twice before you sign up

    @virginmedia No reported issues. Used the guide before - it’s why I moved the router. Poor signal is because I moved the PS4 5ft across the room. But it’s less than 5m away from the router in a straight line - obscured only by the floor and the tv is sits next to.

    @virginmedia Signed up with Virgin to save money, offered Sky movies for 3 months, not told to cancel myself 30 days before 3 months up, didnt need it Anyway as i had it on netflix, now have to pay double for 2 months. Very annoyed with Virgin...

    @virginmedia Yeah, I’m getting low wifi connection speeds 5-15mb, I’ve tried a reboot, a hard reset, your guys on the phone either hang up on me or tell me to do the same stuff over and over. There is clearly a router issue, as indicated by the network diagnostic tool

    @virginmedia and thirdly. Your router and Internet are sketchy at best and drops out all the time. Customer service is the worst in the industry. If anyone is thinking of using virgin I'd suggest not.
