@virginmedia Thanks Anthony did arrive but very late and well after our 'slot' - he was under the impression customer services would have let us know? Such a shame to have had to complain, as he was so efficient and sorted things for us. Communication is key though!

@virginmedia Yes. I am getting no service via the 2nd box whatsoever. The box light does not change from red. Tried switching off at the wall. Checked leads & have swapped over HDMI lead all to no avail.

@virginmedia no service from 2nd box so phoned customer service. Automated voice says text with link will be sent. Call ends. Text arrived. Pressed link takes me to page which says that link isn't working. Customer service is a joke.

@virginmedia just spoke to a lovely guy on the phone. However, I don’t understand how you can justify charging £40 + for a deal that is £32 online for a new customer. I’ve been with you 20 + years, nothing needs doing to the account. It’s already set up. No point being loyal?

@virginmedia No @virginmedia it seems like a local box issue (maybe a line / router - diagnostics suggest not) - but it's not the first time this week, and my 10 year old is now pretty good at fault diagnosis due to the frequency of the failures...

@virginmedia 1/2 Have signed up for broadband, tv (+sky sports), landline, O2 sim. Did not receive sim, Can’t use TV as coax cable is in a different room to 360 box, do not have a landline. With every call to come to some solution I would get passed around and then cutoff

@virginmedia 2/3 Moving my virgin media wall mount is not possible (had a technician assess it). A stream box would solve all my problems if just subbed for 360 box. But apparently this is not available to me (this took about 4 calls to find out). Further 3 calls have got me nowhere

Regularly called and texted by @virginmedia suddenly. Only since I've cancelled my contract, of course. The support staff I speak to are lovely, but are never going to win me back. Maybe if their complaints people had listened to me in the first place things would be different.

@MattyladKRO @virginmedia I'm sure there will be other providers trying to do the same worried people will cancel services due to cost of living increases. We just cancelled SKY TV as were paying £50 a month to pretty much watch channels that are available on freeview.

@virginmedia I had a call from you saying you wanted to review my services as a loyal customer. I told them I was happy with what I have and if I want to change it I will contact you. They called again. I repeated this and clearly told them not to contact me about this again.
