    @virginmedia Done this multiple times and yes there has been since 26th jan ! Was supposed to be fixed by 9th feb . Been on phone for 3 hrs , promised call backs and then asked yesterday to do the downloads . Your advice is going around in circles and not sorting our issues out .

    @caffyhank @virginmedia They are shite. I left them 2 weeks ago due to the same issue. 100mb and was getting like 2mb. Although when I phoned up a few days before disconnection, they messed with my settings and I got 100mb!!

    @virginmedia Tv services are back up and running but due to an awful month not having it working do wonder when it will go down again . WiFi still shockingly disappointing. 48 mbps is our download yet we are paying for 200 mbps ie what we upgraded to a few months back . Disappointing

    @virginmedia Tues realised we’d been hacked via phishing email. Contacted Customer Service everyday for help & they have been useless. Told us they would turn our emails off for 48hrs to secure it. They’re can’t now get us back on despite 📞over an hr.😡

    @virginmedia Update : got through after approx 20 mins , fault still in area and no expected completion date . Home schooling restarts next week and I’m hoping it will be resolved by then as causing many problems for my children online doing the work set by their schools

    @virginmedia Yes especially as she said she would be discussing things with us like a booster etc as we are eligible with 4 children home schooling ??. Also was going to discuss a router issue . So far things look ok and children aren’t complaining WiFi has gone down today which is good 1/2

    @virginmedia I have, and the diagnostics confirmed something was wrong--I have an engineer coming over this afternoon. I haven't factory-reset the router, as the last time this happened, the problem wound up being a faulty cable between the house and the cabinet that needed replacing.

    I have never had such a worse time calling @virginmedia I have been lied to again. I am getting a tech visit but now im not but I still am. The fault in the area then told wasnt a fault that is now a fault and to top it off a tech call in 4 hours. I am confused. HELP ME!!!!!!!

    @virginmedia Had a similar issue last week and an engineer came to fix after 4 days after I lost service and this week it will take another 4 days for someone to come and take a look… in the meantime I have no internet or cable tv

    @virginmedia I accept there can be problems but the device and info around this has been shocking at best and untrue at worst and to be offered to sell me a new deal when I was on a complaint call is an insult
