    @virginmedia Hi - after holding for 25+ mins I spoke with an individual who arranged for an engineer to call the next day which was excellent. Unfortunately it transpired that we were not eligible for a new upgraded box because you did not support our WiFi which means we either don’t purchase

    @virginmedia didn’t resolve it. The error codes seem like delaying tactics as each time it would tell us it was something else that was the problem. Even when we did get to watch some of the episode it was stuttering at regular intervals. The same also applies to the two

    WiFi app and it says nope I’m not working at all. The Virgin media account app says I’m not the main account holder but I am and always have been. Virgin customer service and products score out of 10 for brilliant is 1 for rubbish

    @virginmedia Hi. I've had major issues since I rejoined Virgin just before Christmas. I was passed to the Elite team, who did what they could to resolve the Wi-Fi signal issues I was having. Now in the last 48 hours the WiFi has gone down twice for several hours. But yesterday TV & phone too

    @ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?

    @virginmedia I watch at different times so could not confirm exact time or pattern but between 2pm and 1am there is generally an issue. Sometimes it lasts all evening off and on, sometimes just for a few minutes or like last night, intermittent for an hour. Yes I have broadband issues too

    @virginmedia They also say there’s no WiFi issue when there quite clearly is, and gave me unlimited data till the end of July (on something like the 26th/27th) but my allowance doesn’t refresh till the 18th and, as I say, I can’t change the phone package without affecting broadband price…

    So frustrated with the lack of comprehensive support from @virginmedia regarding upgrading our phone line to fibre. When, after numerous calls, the router is at the opposite side of the house and all the phone operative can offer is a ‘long cable’. Ridiculous! #helpplease
