@virginmedia No reported issues. Used the guide before - it’s why I moved the router. Poor signal is because I moved the PS4 5ft across the room. But it’s less than 5m away from the router in a straight line - obscured only by the floor and the tv is sits next to.

@Loddonbrewery @virginmedia That’s because YODEL’s contract is with the sender, Virgin. They’ll tell the customer (you) to contact the sender. Virgin keeps telling customers to contact YODEL. They know that’s wrong, yet keep doing it.

Told @virginmedia last week I need to end my contract due to moving address....just got my bill through and they have removed the credit I was getting as I have been with them for so long all because I am leaving. Great service that isn’t it....what a joke !!! 👎🏻

@virginmedia I rebooted it yesterday and a number of times previously. I’m now in receipt of a Cat. 6 Ethernet cable which has improved wired speeds - I’d suggest these should come as standard - but wireless speeds are still slow and unreliable.

@virginmedia @natashaoneill_ We’re getting sick of saying this. It’s NOT the customer’s responsibility to contact YODEL. Virgin hired them. Contract is with Virgin. All YODEL will do is tell the customer to contact Virgin. Stop lying to customers.

@virginmedia I’ve switched it off and on a few times. Re-booting doesn’t seem to have any effect. Seems like the issues are more associated with the time of the day. We rarely have an issue in the evenings.

@virginmedia No. The wired speed is poor at the same time. The TV & Xbox are wired and they become barely able to stream. Just retested on same device in same location and we’re now running at full speed 220/20mbps. When it’s good it’s brilliant, but the inconsistency each day is frustrating.
