@virginmedia 3 x engineer visits, each time telling me there’s a blockage. Why does nobody fix it? I can’t even get through to cancel my services and get a refund for the direct debits I’ve paid when I’ve had zero service.

@virginmedia Numerous reasons. We have rung every week or so and told different things every time. Infrastructure issues originally 7 months ago. But Virgin has also said those have been sorted out. They said they would come recently and then never turned up.

@virginmedia Doesn’t really explain my issues though, that’s just fixes for general slow WiFi. I don’t have slow WiFi, I have WiFi that doesn’t work at all in ONLY the rooms closest to the router. If my WiFi was being blocked by something I wouldn’t have connections in any room at all
