To get a code turn a bix back on post upgrade (should have happened anyway) took 2 days and several hours waiting to finally get to a tech, problem then fixed in a few mins.

I wouldn't use them at all but no others can provide speed like there's in my area. Once others start providing a service like virgin I will be changing providers.

If I say I will do something I will do it. When I rang the centre yet again this morning I was again assured that a call back would be made today
