@virginmedia @virginmedia engineer has been out done tests everything fine , except the Wi-Fi cutting out . Which you say is because of Android 08 . My partner has same device as me but has Android 07 and she has the same problem. It was fine till a couple of months ago I think it's your hub

@virginmedia No. Just the Sky Sports SD channels, there picture quality is terrible.

  • AbbieMarieBrid Abbi (@AbbieMarieBrid) reported from Seaforth, England

@virginmedia really disappointed, had a problem with yourselves for months and managers are meant to phone back still not heard anything!! It’s becoming a joke! If my mum stays next to the phone any longer she’ll turn into stone! #badcustomerservice #helpme

  • YODELhell YODELhell (@YODELhell) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

@virginmedia @Ramsey255Joanne HOW DARE you keep telling customers to contact YOUR chosen courier. The contract is between YODEL and Virgin. YODEL, if they even answer, will tell the customer to contact the sender. YOU chose them. YOU deal with them.

  • DCBlue11 Dave Carson (@DCBlue11) reported from Liverpool, England

@virginmedia Re: Wi-Fi cutting out, exclamation mark .Samsung blame your hub @virginmedia blame Android 8.0.meanwhile my service gets worse with no solution in sight. #frustrated

  • thereal_rookie Paul Rooke (@thereal_rookie) reported from Prescot, England

@virginmedia It was an account pretending to be yourselves, trying to phish for info. Reported it to Twitter. The account viriginmeida has been suspended. #regards my issue. Your black spot spotter is not great if a black spot is so black that I get no WiFi

  • Reidy_25 liam (@Reidy_25) reported from Prescot, England

@virginmedia your internet is terrible and you have the cheek to charge people a small fortune for the use of it

  • YODELhell YODELhell (@YODELhell) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

@virginmedia @natashaoneill_ We’re getting sick of saying this. It’s NOT the customer’s responsibility to contact YODEL. Virgin hired them. Contract is with Virgin. All YODEL will do is tell the customer to contact Virgin. Stop lying to customers.

  • TippingScott Scott Tipping (@TippingScott) reported from Warrington, England

@virginmedia funny how I've got to use my own data to complain about our virgin, the wifi goes down every single day!

  • YODELhell YODELhell (@YODELhell) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

@Loddonbrewery @virginmedia That’s because YODEL’s contract is with the sender, Virgin. They’ll tell the customer (you) to contact the sender. Virgin keeps telling customers to contact YODEL. They know that’s wrong, yet keep doing it.

  • DCBlue11 Dave Carson (@DCBlue11) reported from Liverpool, England

@virginmedia Yes it's the same problem

  • Maddelan Madeleine Fletcher (@Maddelan) reported from Seaforth, England

@virginmedia No never got to speak to anyone - the message that you were closed only came at the end of all the automated messages!!!!

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DevilChild06660 Paul (@DevilChild06660) reported

@virginmedia No, if I'm wired the service is great, it's just the wifi coverage is terrible. Even in the room directly above our front room theres barely any signal

  • DawnSunrise1 Dawn (@DawnSunrise1) reported

@virginmedia It happens on live tv too... your signal breaks up

  • davidhood David Hood (@davidhood) reported

@virginmedia That's very funny, this is just a continuum of nothingness. Every chance tovresolce anything, big fail. And lying about contacting me is beyond poor service. Its almost criminal.

  • TSM_rawryy rawryy (@TSM_rawryy) reported

@virginmedia I will. Will I still be charged £99 for a fault of the service I'm currently paying for?

  • GemmaMorgan84 Gemma Morgan (@GemmaMorgan84) reported

@virginmedia Oh I will be making a formal complaint dont worry. Not that I expect much to be done. In the 2 months I've been with virgin the customer service has been awful!

  • Paul_CR_Smith Paul Smith (@Paul_CR_Smith) reported

@virginmedia Overnight no problem. But when is the reliability going to be improved? And when do I start to get refunds for when you are not complying with your so called "guarantee" to put 175 mbps into my router? I've counted at least four days in the last fortnight.

  • susiek79 Sue Helen King (@susiek79) reported

@virginmedia Yes it’s showing an outage but no specific time on the fix. Is there any way to make a complaint or claim compensation for the data I am now using?

  • GillianDrumm1 Gillian Drumm (@GillianDrumm1) reported

@virginmedia No every time I speak to customer services I get told they will look into it but nothing happens. Do you have a UK representative that I can talk to? It’s not just one thing. If I can’t get it sorted I will have to change provider as it is causing me so much stress.

  • cursons_a Tony Cursons (@cursons_a) reported

@virginmedia No, tried a number of times but no luck. Freezes when I click new customer button.

  • DevilChild06660 Paul (@DevilChild06660) reported

@virginmedia Yeah I've done all that, stood in different rooms while it recalibrates, factory reset with pin hole and moved modem but it makes no difference. Wired the connection is faultless but the wifi range is terrible
