@virginmedia I have checked and rebooted but says nothing wrong, we can have 10 devices connected at any 1 time and never had a problem till last week when internet just turned off randomly an since then ots been on, off, on, off,on,off all day

Having to use my phone data to tether my laptop for work as @virginmedia broadband has gone down. Ran through diags and it’s said an engineer needs to attend 🙄 Managed to get an appointment between 12-4 today which is surprising!

And @virginmedia broadband appears to be having issues again. After losing it for hours on Friday due to a local area issue, my connection appears to have gone again and the router is constantly rebooting and searching for a connection. Not a stable service whatsoever.

@BeanToast @skytv @virginmedia Check each month's bill very carefully as they are prone to be really inconsistent when it comes to billing. I wouldn't use them at all but no others can provide speed like there's in my area. Once others start providing a service like virgin I will be changing providers.

@virginmedia So your promises mean nothing nor customer service. I ha e spent so much to e explaining my self and my issue. If I say I will do something I will do it. When I rang the centre yet again this morning I was again assured that a call back would be made today
