    @virginmedia my dad’s email address has been hacked. VM says he has to re register his email address. He’s spent nearly 3hrs on live chat today trying to fix it. He’s 86 and relies upon his email to order from home. Can you please explain to me the process to correct this issue?

    The interminable menus on the Virgin Media customer line lasted 3 minutes and 20 seconds just now, most of it being lectured on how efficient this would make my as yet unanswered call.

    Wifi down intermittently for 24 hours now @virginmedia and no checks or fixes help. Everything plugged in properly. Next available appt is Thursday morning - I work from home FFS what am I supposed to do until then??? #poor Can't even speak to anyone. #shambles

    @virginmedia Hi!! Just letting you know my land line issue still isn't fixed. Someone is supposed to be calling me back today. I'm really hoping they do. Just wanted to say thanks to Robert too for being so helpful. Despite this still driving me mad.

    @VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

    @virginmedia gross incompetence shown in L35 area today. Basically no broadband for 14 hours. No indication as to why and each hour the time of resolution extended. Not a good advert for the service. Go with Sky is my suggestion

    @virginmedia It’s ok I’ve managed to get around my dad’s security question - it was an issue with the lower / upper case. I’ve updated his password and his email is now receiving emails on his phone and iPad - I think we’re ok. Frustrating that the live chat sent him around in circles

    @virginmedia No nothing - no reference number. The inconsistency of service between live chat, phone and Twitter is mad. It doesn’t feel like you’re speaking to the same company

    @virginmedia He said it '100% wasn't a porting issue' and that he would look into it but that wouldn't be the answer. Another lady called me later on a few times and asked me to call our land line on three separate occasions and she could call back to get the times. But haven't had a call yet

    @virginmedia But on the online forum it says others have had the same problem and your technical department need to contact Sky and the line needs to be routed to you again as it's a porting issue. I can't see any other examination although I appreciate I'm not a technician.

    @virginmedia Recently my hub has been so weak. My wifi signal is awful around the house & both @ring_uk devices are shocking. The ring camera is just yards away & yet it offers me 6 neighbour wifi’s & not my own & is now offline. How can neighbours wifi be stronger than my own?

    @David_Mirmad @virginmedia Virgin Broadband intermittent outage now for over a week. As a health care worker this has been frustrating and tethering to 02 data. Not ideal. It would be great for virgin to acknowledge (on the web) there is an issue. We had this confirmed by calling virgin by phone. Sad.

    @virginmedia what is the point of pay upwards of £80 a month for broadband if it never works and I am constantly using my mobile data ??? For 1.5 weeks the wifi had been “down” and everytime I’ve called it’s the same response

    @VirginMediaIE meant to be on 120mgs,only getting 0.1🙄 seriously a big problem getting worse.Not happy paying for such a lack of service! I’m not the only one having issues. The entire area is has constant problems. Same in work & home, both with #virginmedia #virginmediaireland
