Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia can someone help me please? I’m about to lose my ****. Never ever known anything like this company. Now telling me lies on WhatsApp. Saying i logged an issue weeks after engineers had already been out to find the fault. Refusing compensation after 4 mths no service.
-
Jack Kelly (@realjackoh187) reported from Widnes, England@virginmedia I'm checking online and it's saying there is an issue with the TV, but saying broadband is fine. I've had constant disconnections throughout the day for 2 weeks now. It works for a few minutes then goes off. What is going on?
-
Capitã Nat (@NatashaVic) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia Can I speak to a human, please? It’s impossible to speak to anyone here. I paid for my bill via bank transfer more than a week ago and it hasn’t been registered. Phone service is not recognising my password and I can’t find a live chat.

-
DM 🦌 (@DaveMbootlebuck) reported from Litherland, England@virginmedia Mine has just gone down now. I can’t ring via the virgin phone because the phone is connected to the hub.
-
Jack Kelly (@realjackoh187) reported from Widnes, England@virginmedia Just wifi, the phones tablets tv all just going off randomly. I have now booked a technician but I have been doing the troubleshooting for 2 days and its saying the issue is being fixed. Its only today they have said to send a technician
-
Nicola Bates (@Nicolajb87) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia Im not free no but shes managed to get a whats app going although the numbers they are giving her are not working. She just wants her phone to work.
-
Andy McGill (@andrewjmcgill) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia I have been without broadband all day, a day after you sent me a letter about price increases, an increase for what, even poorer service!!!!
-
Tim Cooke 🇺🇦 (@timmycooke) reported from Wigan, England@virginmedia Both wired and wireless. We've had 8 engineers out, a rewire, new hub and still endless drop outs. Was told finally it was an upload issue from the amp that supplied the box on the street. But still we're having issues. The 150 number is joke, make it simple!!!
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia 3 x engineer visits, each time telling me there’s a blockage. Why does nobody fix it? I can’t even get through to cancel my services and get a refund for the direct debits I’ve paid when I’ve had zero service.
-
Carol Rowles (@CallyRaven) reported from Westhoughton, England@virginmedia And our Internet is down again this morning! So because its intermittent we don't get compensation, tried to call, can't get through (have to do it on mobile, our 'landline' is now internet reliant!)
-
Lindz Devine (@LindzDDub) reported from Wigan, England@virginmedia I have to say your Internet connection is ridiculous... for months on end, it's been shocking. I'm sick and tired of resetting my hub, I shouldn't be having this issue. Never had so much issue for the years I've had you and now, the past 6 months, I'm paying monies…
-
Liz Tuite (@tuite_liz) reported from Atherton, England@virginmedia Could the problems in the area have caused damage to the equipment? As it was working fine before. Do I get compensation for all this time as the earliest appointment is Friday 14th?
-
Tony (@AckerHeron) reported from Liverpool, EnglandHi @virginmedia, my dear old mum has been on the phone for 20 minutes because her broadband has gone down. Your advisors keep saying to reset the hub and disconnecting before it's sorted. Any ideas? Still using the crap one you sent years ago despite her recontracting
-
Martin Travis (@lurkinhead) reported from Birkenhead, England@BlaggerBly @virginmedia Seems to be Wirral wide at least, and I think Liverpool is affected too. VM should be massively compensating their affected customers for this, but they hide behind their terms and conditions where they only deem it reasonable to compensate if the outage last more than 3 days!
-
Tim Jackson (@TimmyJ1972) reported from Garston, England@virginmedia I’d love to hear from how I’m supposed to report an issue with my broadband. You can’t do it via live chat and seemingly not via the phone either as you’re “experiencing difficulties”
-
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@jenwahkiddles @virginmedia Pity they didn’t do it for us, had no tv or broadband for over 3 months and can’t even get the compensation they owe us, plus the direct debits they took knowing we had total loss of service. Shambolic company.
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia 38 days after the repull should’ve been done? You think that’s good customer service?

Jessica Louise (@jessica54599486) reported@PeteUK7 @virginmedia When my dad died i had to cancel his holiday, they accidentally sent me there internal conversation which was them discussing not telling me about the death policy (which would give a full refund ) and to only offer a refund on the deposit. Companies are awful
-
mary32 (@marypaul32) reported@virginmedia is this how you treat your vulnerable customers? A 72 year old man has been left with no WiFi after builders cut through a virgin cable. He spent an hour on the phone and virgin won't come to fix it till 10th June. He can't make nhs appt as must be online.

-
Pete 😷 #COVIDisAirborne (@PeteUK7) reported@ProfChocCaXe @virginmedia And you can't see that you have no self-awareness and that you're rude and seek to be hurtful. It pities me that you have no standards which is demonstrated by your interactions here and how totally unbecoming they are.
-
Heppo (@neilheppen) reported@virginmedia @GeoffJonners Why should that matter. An existing customers should be offered the same renewal deal whether online or by speaking to an agent. But of course that's not the case - and even the online renewal offer goes up or down every couple of days. Time the regulators got to grips with it.
