@MattTRFC @Stemac2010 @virginmedia Yes Matt, I was shocked too I had no choice but to hand my 30days notice in, I’ve been with them since 2009 no way I’m paying £1 more a month for 100mb compared to what a new customer would pay for 300mb!

2nd attempt to cancel my account and @virginmedia hang up again. I requested to raise a complaint and they hang up! @Ofcom will be contacted. (Seen as you’re not allowing a consumer to raise a complaint)

@stevehhh so if there are issues with Virgin Media they can easily switch to BT. If BT High Speed Fibre Optic broadband can be secured sooner, rather than later, those residents who are experiencing issues with Virgin Media can switch/be able to access the High Speed Fibre Optic service.

@virginmedia @Ofcom I now have a recording of the last advisor who I spoken to... terrible terrible service and I will not ever return to @virginmedia. What a waste after 20 years of being with you. What a shame, I will send the recording to @ofcom and cancel the direct debit 👍🏻
