@virginmedia had no TiVo working for 1 week now. WiFi running really slow. 5th day of calling up and being passed from pillar to post, on hold for 45 mins only to be told I’ve been transferred to the wrong department, further hold for 35 minutes to have the line go dead!!!!

@virginmedia So I’ve scanned the living room ok Come up to the bedroom above the router, can’t find it! And doesn’t find it anywhere else upstairs! My phone won’t connect so the WiFi at all! It shows as connected but can’t access the internet. And I’ve forgotten the network!

@virginmedia great service today. Hub packed up last night, 10 years old. Went online at 6am and booked an appointment for today between 8am and noon. Technician called at 7.40am to say he would be with me at 8am. Hub swapped over and running by about 8.25am. Very impressive.

@virginmedia The support rep has returned and confirmed a disconnection date via WhatsApp now. However, it was unnecessarily convoluted to cancel the service and every person we dealt with ignored our reason for cancelling, so I'll still be passing screenshots along to Ofcom.

Truly disgusting that it takes FIVE phone calls to @virginmedia to sort out a simple billing issue! Got through to Asian call centre the first four times, literally wasted 90 minutes getting nowhere. Final call & I got UK based CSA who solved the issue in 5 minutes! #DitchTheCrap
