@Loddonbrewery @virginmedia That’s because YODEL’s contract is with the sender, Virgin. They’ll tell the customer (you) to contact the sender. Virgin keeps telling customers to contact YODEL. They know that’s wrong, yet keep doing it.

@virginmedia It was an account pretending to be yourselves, trying to phish for info. Reported it to Twitter. The account viriginmeida has been suspended. #regards my issue. Your black spot spotter is not great if a black spot is so black that I get no WiFi

@virginmedia @virginmedia engineer has been out done tests everything fine , except the Wi-Fi cutting out . Which you say is because of Android 08 . My partner has same device as me but has Android 07 and she has the same problem. It was fine till a couple of months ago I think it's your hub

@virginmedia @Ramsey255Joanne HOW DARE you keep telling customers to contact YOUR chosen courier. The contract is between YODEL and Virgin. YODEL, if they even answer, will tell the customer to contact the sender. YOU chose them. YOU deal with them.

@virginmedia @natashaoneill_ We’re getting sick of saying this. It’s NOT the customer’s responsibility to contact YODEL. Virgin hired them. Contract is with Virgin. All YODEL will do is tell the customer to contact Virgin. Stop lying to customers.

@virginmedia Hi. It was never deactivated, hence it has been compromised. I can't do it from my end as it wants a password that I don't have as we are no longer customers and probably wouldn't work now anyway. Please could you deactivate your end ASAP?

@virginmedia I don’t know if you received my last message but on service checker No network issues found but when checking connected devices initially kept getting Technical issue but now all devices show Improve WiFi signal and only 2 bars

@virginmedia Do you actually have human beings available to help sort out my (yet again) dead broadband rather than an automated switchboard telling me the only option is an engineer in a few days time? Extremely annoyed doesn't even begin to cover it.
-
Giles White
(@gdgwhite) reported
@virginmedia Sure. But your customer service team assured me, first time (around 3 Nov), 'that money won't be taken from your account', and second time (on 24 Nov), 'that money will be returned to your account' on 4 Dec.

Terrible service from @virginmedia as usual, internet has been totally down for 4 days. Impossible to speak to anyone, just stupid recorded message saying there are ‘intermittent issues’. @richardbranson - sort your shitty company out. Get more than 1 technician and person in CC
-
Freeman 🤷🏻♂️

@virginmedia I have tried all of these steps previously with the support team over the phone and it resolved the issue for all of 12 hours. The internet speed is the issue, it will go from 180mbps plus to 12-15mbps and then shoot up again then down and so on
