    @Cathy_TwoHalves @virginmedia The problems include always being passed onto to yet another unempowered person eg. To get a code turn a bix back on post upgrade (should have happened anyway) took 2 days and several hours waiting to finally get to a tech, problem then fixed in a few mins.

    @virginmedia you sent a new router because the other one didn’t work properly and this one is worse. WiFi non existent I want to leave your rubbish service and I’m not sitting on the phone for hours so sort it or I’m going to the ombudsman

    @BeanToast @skytv @virginmedia Check each month's bill very carefully as they are prone to be really inconsistent when it comes to billing. I wouldn't use them at all but no others can provide speed like there's in my area. Once others start providing a service like virgin I will be changing providers.

    Do you ever get off the phone to @virginmedia and wanna scream. Been a customer for 15yrs just in this property alone yet they patronise me by saying I have to pay extra each month is my WiFi is to reach upstairs or kitchen (my house is tiny)

    @virginmedia The 4 people I spoke to seemed to think they were running late from the visit last Thursday, lady I spoke to was helpful and was calling the tech that visited the problem, another 5 days later and still no update!

    @virginmedia The point is this was raised Wednesday I was promised a call back that afternoon Chased it up in Thursday Promised a call back by midday today at the very latest Each time I do contact your centres have to listen to awful hold music for hour and often get hung up on

    @virginmedia So your promises mean nothing nor customer service. I ha e spent so much to e explaining my self and my issue. If I say I will do something I will do it. When I rang the centre yet again this morning I was again assured that a call back would be made today

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply, the issue is the cable from our house to the road. Needs a construction team, I understand it may take a few weeks but zero comms. Everything I call the tech dept they want to sell me a booster!

    @virginmedia Only upload speed is affected (drops to a out 5mpbs when it should be 20). Download speed always stays the same and yes I already have a thread on the help forum. I thought the installation of the attenuator fixed it, and it worked fine for about a month and a bit.

    @virginmedia Also, why was I lied to on the phone? When I rang up to change my address I was told my existing contract would continue at the same price until August 2022 and then I would need to get a new contract. This is appalling customer service.
