@virginmedia Thought it was tough to connect to someone on phone (57 mins wait) and another 36 mins convincing your helpdesk colleague that there is a problem - they sent someone within 12 hours to check and that talented technician found and fixed the issue in 20 mins.. all sorted !! 👍🏻👍🏻

Once again @virginmedia tried to ring you but your customer care is shocking. I know of over 100 people plus in the Bolton area with continuing pixelating on ur TV Service which means you cannot watch TV! This needs sorting ASAP! Shocking service and unacceptable with what I pay!

@virginmedia 600mb broadband with full TV package. Currently £140 per month with another £5 rise in the post. Current Internet speed through my WiFi? Less than 1mb. If its not slow its dropping off at least twice a day. Cancelling this weekend then going elsewhere. Sick of it
