@virginmedia I have called VM, i have spoken. The issue was supposed to be sorted within 48 hours and wasn't so I called again and was told that an engineer will come and sort it out which was supposed to be 2 days ago . All together its been now 9 days with Internet issue and nothing.

@virginmedia my broadband has not worked properly for weeks. Your service status page says everything is fine. When I call I have to listen to 60-90 mins of awful hold music before being cut off or fobbed off. Is there an easier way!? And now you’re putting up the price!

@virginmedia Hi NB, I tried that and it nothing works still. I had no choice but to go into my office to be able to work, which isn’t very safe in this current climate. Still at work and can’t turn on my lights remotely via Alexa meaning the BB’s still down 🙁
