@sniffpetrol @ScottishPower @virginmedia To add, at the start I failed to get past security despite knowing I was giving the correct password, around the 5 hour mark, they told me I was a valued customer since 2007 (When I was 14). Then admitted they'd been looking at the wrong account. Mind-bogglingly bad.

@sniffpetrol @virginmedia I switched from a residential line to a business line with Virgin Media. Shouldn’t be the case but it’s the same spec and roughly the same price as the regular one but doesn’t fall over every few days. They also installed it with only mild damage to the house.
