    @virginmedia Long conversation. There is definitely a problem which is not good as engineer was here Monday. Booked another visit for Friday evening. So no tv for me until Friday. Can't get Prime or Netflix. This is not satisfactory is it? I live alone, so I'm very angry.

    @virginmedia Yesterday 3 new boxes installed after weeks of problems. Just turned on tv..no signal. Tried another, same. Phoned & told wait times r long. Advised go on line & try to sort it. I am not a feckin tv engineer but a paying customer who is thinking of going back to Sky.

    @virginmedia Hi. Have reported to you here that independent engineer confirmed my connection is OK but hub 3 is faulty & needs replacing. You advised phone 150 again to book engineer. Your system does not enable that just offers fault trouble shoot txt message.

    @virginmedia worse customer service I’ve ever experienced . Write to me and give me a number to contact and here I am on hold for 15 minutes . No messaging , no digital or chat options to resolve . Need someone who knows we’re in 21st century looking at your service model .

    @virginmedia One tv is now working. The other 2 still saying No Signal. I haven't touched sets since engineer was here on Monday. Just used remote controls which I find inefficient.

    @virginmedia I have tv service fault C133. Done your online check it says call you. I call you, automated tells me an texts me link to do online check which tells me to call you.. repeat.. in a loop an now been sat on phone waiting 38mins for someone to answe

    @virginmedia That's fine but this is now 4 times, no notice. If I hadn't checked I'd have been sitting here waiting...again. it's an appalling way to treat customers who have better things to do than sit in and wait. And, right on queue, the internet drops out AGAIN.

    I literally can’t even stay connected to Wi-Fi or Ethernet to download updates on my #Apple #devices with how **** and slow @vmbusinesshelp Virgin Media is being…for almost 4 DAYS!! 😠 it’s always the same excuses with this provider! Absolutely unreliable!

    @virginmedia Yes there are reported issues but to be eligible for compensation if it’s ongoing I have to report it but I can’t find where to do that and I can’t afford to spend an hour on hold waiting for someone to answer my call

    @virginmedia My issue here is 2 things, firstly the lack of communication, not once was I told about any of these further visits and I still haven't bene updated officially. I've had to waste my time reaching out to Virgin Media. Secondly, 16/08/2021! (4)
