When you cancel a direct debit pending an overpayment query, an extortionate figure is taken by them, you get charged £7.50 for late payment, you are on hold for 45 minutes and then they say the direct debit wasn’t cancelled 👀NEVER CHOOSE VIRGIN @virginmedia @SCOAF_UK

@virginmedia I've tried the customer service number 15 times this morning and it isn't connecting. The call just ends. I'm also worried you'll say you can't speak to me. I have a letter of authority but I can't be in my friend's house to call you while he's there due to Covid restrictions

@virginmedia why are your fibre upload speeds so slow? 10mbps upload on a 109mbps download speed? Sky and BT and others offer 20mbps download speed on their 67mbps download speeds.Please review this as when 2 people are working from home on video calls 10mbps up isn't fast enough

@virginmedia I've been getting low wifi signal in certain parts of the house. I was asking about getting the Hub 4.0 because I know it has expanded range and I've never had replacement hardware and that these were being given away for free to certain people.
