@virginmedia No. I don't think it's a broadband issue but it certainly has me foxed. I feel it's an Android version issue.
-

Just literally had the best conversation with a guy called Adam from the @virginmedia cancellations team. Called up to cancel my TiVo box and ended up signing up for another package but also having a proper good 20 minute convo with him about life, like I’ve known him years😂

My name is Michael (@Horwichbloke) reported from Horwich, England
@sinners40 @virginmedia As soon as I saw an engineer messing about with the service box in front of my house, I knew I'd be in trouble. Supposed to be a upgrade to my service. Going well isn't it!
-
toewad1 (@toewad1) reported from Salford, England
@virginmedia 100s of times total waste of time, set questions & set answers just because they see the speed, they think it is good enough, you charge top rate for crap service especially the router, £500 a year with a £10 cheap router.
-
Crypto🃏 (@redjoker1999) reported from Urmston, England

@virginmedia No reason. Just told me they won't come until 10th August now. There is a real safety risk at the property now and we need an engineer out to fix it today ideally. Its dangerous.

@virginmedia M350 - I just ran a test on my PC and it showed 25+ so yeah, I would say it seems to be an issue in the evening. I ruled out over utilisation because my download is always a constant 320+.

@mikelarwood @virginmedia New builds are cabled like this all over the country Mike, The home builder installs the cables but do not terminate them, each cable will go to a different room in the house, we will only connect the cable to the room we install in, this is the correct procedure.
-
Bogdan Zorici (@BogdanZorici) reported
@virginmedia The customer service person I spoke to said this was a planned outage...When I asked to raise a complaint I was told they'd have to close it right away anyways so there's no point. How is that possible?!
