    @ThirdUncle2 @virginmedia Exactly the same happened to me just, even had one of the call centre staff say I would've get a dead line when I told her I definitely will. She still transferred me down a dead line. Got told that changing provider isn't a good enough excuse to leave. Its my choice! 😡

    @virginmedia are your call centre staff ***************? Ones just been an idiot to me sounded like he couldn't be arsed while ones just sent me down a line that rings out constantly for 20 minutes. Both asked me different security questions and one flat out refused

    @virginmedia what's the best way to report a fault without having to go to offshore fault peeps and go through off the turn off switch on again? My WiFi is horrific, and only affects WiFi intermittent service and it disables. Done all the usuals it's knackered WiFi on router.

    @virginmedia We've logged a complaint There was an outage planned for all day Tuesday due to issues in our area. The outage lasted THREE days Piss poor service and no contact to warn us about the extension Am monitoring now as lost trust and confidence You may lose a longstanding customer

    So, apparently been without all @virginmedia service ahain today, without warning, when Hubbs was supposed to be working from home. No projected resolution until 10pm; WTF am I paying for? Seriously?? 🤬🤬🤬

    @harrisonmp They wrote to me about my complaint saying they’d been trying to contact me, they haven’t unless they’re still using the wrong mobile number which I’ve informed them about. We’ll ignore the fact that my landline is with them. I just wish someone @virginmedia would take ownership

    @virginmedia No i can't see it, scan says no issues as the issue is only with WiFi. It's down again its insane. Doing full reset to factory setting see if that helps. But no link to report fault on my account

    @virginmedia Bet you anything they won’t I’m sorry to say. Never known a change in contract to take a week. Normally done there and then on the phone. The lady didn’t mention anything about this being the case. What now? I’m not waiting a week I’m afraid.

    @virginmedia I previously asked to cancel my contract via WhatsApp which I then asked not to be proceeded with. The guy said he would not cancel the contract. However I just received an email about returning the virgin Media box. Please can you confirm that my contract is active

    @virginmedia Thanks but I’ve spent four hours trying, I don’t even have a Virgin system installed yet and will not have broadband due to ‘technical issues’ for three weeks. Supposed to be installed this morning but was cancelled at 9 o’clock last night

    @virginmedia Don’t need to run tests, both stopped working and clearly stated on the service checker there’s supposedly an engineer in the area fixing the issues. This happened last week as well.

    @virginmedia There were a number of automated options but as soon as I say it's to do with my internet connection, a connection test is done, I am told that connection to the router is fine, and I am cut off. There didn't seem to be an (obvious) option to speak to a person for support.
