    @virginmedia After weeks of a landline service being non-existent I was assured this would be fixed yesterday, it's not! Vulnerable isolating person relies on this to keep in touch and in emergencies. Not good enough yet again. Fed up of feeling fobbed off!

    Hi @virginmedia I have just spoken Customer service, very brusque and clipped and use the term “Sir”in a very passive aggressive way. my order upgraded service they was insistent that virgin didn’t it so I had to email her “Order ref: WS7344640 Order date: Wednesday, December 2”

    Wow @virginmedia your standards of customer service have gone downhill this year.. All for the understanding of pandemic but even after the average wait of an hour to talk to someone to be cut off 4 times now and let down multiple times with guarantees is just not the normal!!

    @virginmedia Well Virgin our broadband and TV has now been down for over 12 hours. Do you feel this is acceptable? You are quick enough to increase billing but not quick at resolving issues. I do hope there will be a reduction this month for loss of service?
