I’ve not had a stable connection for 24 hours, when it’s normally working I have to sit next to the router because the range is like 20 cm so I can’t use internet in any other room

Spent 10’s of hours trying to speak to somebody and today I was assured that the service would be connected. Despicable company. Blame COVID all you like, but you’re just completely useless. Install supposed to be happening tomorrow after letting us down on 7 Dec and all the talking etc in between. Feel there’s absolutely no point complaining. We just want b/b and don’t want to go to Sky.
