@virginmedia down again, line fault since Nov. Internet cuts off between 12/1am every night! Was told it was line check, this morning told I need all new equipment, £151 bills aren't acceptable for this service. I don't want new equipment months on, I'm cancelling.

@virginmedia All would be ok if I was offered a technician on 21st October on the initial call as it would be sorted now. It wasn’t until my 20th phone call on 27th October that I was offered one for the Monday. What he failed to mention was which Monday?!!!! 16 days no service is very poor

@virginmedia no internet or tv, area status thing acknowledged issues and had a fix estimate of 13:30 today. No change at all and the area status page is now giving me 404 or it's not loading at all (using 4g of course). Southampton area. When will this be sorted?
