@virginmedia keep ringing me on a daily basis! Sometimes I can’t answer and they leave a long, silent voicemail! When I do answer, they put the phone down on me! I know it’s Virgin because if I try to ring back I get a recorded msg saying they’ll try again soon!

@virginmedia It's not the services that is the problem, it is online gaming with the hub3 it can't handle gaming, it is a cheap piece of crap, I know internet companies don't give out good routers, but if it's the only one I can use, surely it should be good enough, I'm sick of resetting it.

why are VM so SHITE. Had an agent tell me to BIN my new sim card as I didn’t need it & I can use my old sim card. I’m now paying for 2 sim cards and ones in the BIN...now they’re telling me I have to pay an ‘exit’ fee to ‘cancel’ the contract 😡 @virginmedia

A thatched house has its limitations. Virgin Media (somewhat mysteriously) cut off service Monday, but booked Sky to connect us w/in 48 hours. 5 days later, no broadband or television for many reasons, inc outdated wiring and the problem of putting ANYYHING on a listed building.
