@virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

@virginmedia Oh, my bad. Apparently the wiring outside my house has a fault, someone did come last Monday to work on it,and someone was supposed to work on it for Thursday, but it keeps being pushed back (order ref 55230469).

@virginmedia Just looked through the messages, when I was on the phone the customer service said "I can do tomorrow." So we booked for 4-7pm. Then looking at text messages it says Monday. So we wasted a day because the phone operator got his days mixed up.

So @virginmedia can offer a new customer the same deal as I am currently on for £45 cheaper than what I am going to pay on a contract renewal deal! Been a customer for years! Contract cancelled it is then!
