    @virginmedia No advice at all! There is a network issue in the area, was initially told would be sorted early/mid Nov, now told Dec 6th. Completely misled by call centre who said new router would be sent out and now no history of order placed! Waiting to see refund on bill, no sign yet!

    @virginmedia Did it on 10/10...nothing showed, called again 17/10 and yes it finally showed online but till this date it still isnt actioned as no new bill has been generated either. Told not to pay and now arrears and bad mark on cred file.

    @virginmedia That link is no help at all, as it says no issues. I've just rung VM for the 7th time today and the automated message says there is an issue for my postcode and they are dealing with it. The same message as yesterday and the day before!

    @virginmedia temporary fixed in Router mode, but now back to 70mbs when should be 200mbs. Turns out the VM3 is rubbish, and goes slow in Modem mode, but I have no choice as VM3 is not compatible with Sonos, so need my own router. Sort it out VM, similar stories all over the internet.
