@O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

@virginmedia Yes it’s an outage and not an issue with our modem, or else others wouldn’t be affected. I’m on your business line, and whilst I appreciate that might not be something you can look at directly, it’s clearly an issue that needs resolving for everybody.

@putasinghonit @virginmedia Reminds me of when Vodafone sold my mum an iPhone for me on the promise it had good coverage in our area and upon discovering the signal was appalling the guy on the other side of the phone said “well you won’t live in that house forever”. @virginmedia Last night there was Virgin fault in ST5 postcode but to be honest our internet reliability is poor. Your engineer came out and enhanced the speed but it still fails. I pay £125 a month for such a privilege 😡

@virginmedia I’ve been told for 2 weeks a problem (that doesn’t exist on your service status page) will be resolved that same day by 6pm. 14 days have passed, 14 6pm’s have passed, no engineer, no resolution.

@virginmedia Honestly so sick of your **** agents and incentives on making my life difficult to fix a simple issue. I work for Sky and work in the industry to know that your taking the absolute piss. This takes minutes to resolve not weeks and it’s embarrassing that your getting away with it
