    @virginmedia yet another broadband install cancelled at the last minute. Spent 10’s of hours trying to speak to somebody and today I was assured that the service would be connected. Despicable company. Blame COVID all you like, but you’re just completely useless. OFCOM claim!!

    @virginmedia Thought it was tough to connect to someone on phone (57 mins wait) and another 36 mins convincing your helpdesk colleague that there is a problem - they sent someone within 12 hours to check and that talented technician found and fixed the issue in 20 mins.. all sorted !! 👍🏻👍🏻

    @virginmedia No, the picture still looks like I’m watching TV on a cheese grater. Looking at a few threads on your forum this isn’t a new issue either, customers have been experiencing this for well over a year. How’s about I stop paying for the TV part of the package until it’s sorted??

    @virginmedia I need to cancel a engineer appointment for Wednesday. I’ve already been on the phone 40 minutes and I’m not waiting any longer especially after being told ‘we’ll prioritise you’. Please cancel it otherwise it’s a pointless trip for your engineer

    @virginmedia Stay disconnected should be the tag 1 hour waiting to get through on the phone to get a 24 hour fix to go back the next day to the same no connection They direct you to the web but it does not answer your question My recommendation dont trust a virgin experience no

    @STEcopywriting One of the best things I did in 2017 was get rid of Virgin Media internet after constant outages. Been with "Three" ever since and no trouble since except a handful of outages lasting a few minutes.

    @iamshaunhudson Hi - sorry to hear about your circumstances but Virgin Media aren't signed up to our scheme, so you couldn't escalate your complaint through us. You'd have to contact CISAS if you don't manage to resolve your complaint with the supplier 👍 hope this helps!

    @virginmedia We text yesterday and was told someone would contact us in 4 hours. 18 hours later and still no help. This is absolutely ridiculous all to get a cable switched. Please advise how we can sort this because at this point its becoming a massive joke.
