@virginmedia The issue is I also believe it's my equipment as well. The down time I have you don't seam to log it all. I dont want a router upgrade or anything like that I just want a working router. Everytime I call there is a fault in the area.

@virginmedia Yes, as discussed many a time. Without fail occasion I phone there is a fault in my area and you will not send out a technician. This circle can not seam to be broken. This is why you have failed to get an engineer out to me for months and months.

@virginmedia Hi thankyou4 replying. You offered me the piss a while back for free then tried to charge approx 25 quid a month for them.The issue is half your line and half the equipment. You can never send an engineer out as everytime I phone there is an issue in the area.Another outage today

@virginmedia not used my package for 4 weeks. You said you would send someone out to reconnect, which never happened, you keep passing me to different departments. you still have the cheek to send me a bill. Still waiting for the free return package to send your equipment back

@pitlane_girl We have a local 'Brain Injuries' charity who had both internet and phones cut off. Virgin Media contractors, installing to a new property, cut through a bundle of Openreach lines. So a mass (?) of telecoms companies & contractors having a genuine cluster **** for over a week.
