🥔 A bean has no name 🥔 (@ylilxanoi) reported from Wigan, England@virginmedia We have. Multiple times. Your agents don't know how to help. Spoke to 3 different people. I'm getting contant update emails. I don't need to check the service. I know its down. This is beyond ridiculous. I work from home, I can't do my job because of your terrible service.
-
Anne McCormack (@1AnneMcCormack) reported from Billinge Chapel End, England@virginmedia I tell them to ring 999 or 0151 709 6010 if they want to report a crime. They hang up but they sound South Asian and their English is poor. I worry about other oaps being conned. Good luck chasing them.
-
Kevin Dudson (@Duddydudson) reported from Wigan, England@NigelJTurner @virginmedia Same for me, I can cancel or change my package by the 28th of march then get a 19% increase on my new package on the 1st of April. Only had my contract 5 months.being **** Turpind here!!!

Liz Tuite (@tuite_liz) reported from Atherton, England@virginmedia I first informed Virgin Media that my internet was down via online chat on Friday afternoon. Will this have automatically been the time when my loss of service was registered as at the time the advisor said it would be fixed in 24 hours?
-
CryptoDan2k (@CryptoDan2k) reported from Roby, England@virginmedia I totally agree, unfortunately this is not something you have been able to arrange for me for the last 3 months either. 👍 What's the solution?
-
SLT4K 👨🏻💻 🇬🇧 (@Slt4K) reported from Urmston, England@virginmedia / Super disappointed after calling to renew my contract and as an existing customer you can’t offer anything half as good as a new customer. Shocking customer retention strategy 🤯
-
Liz Tuite (@tuite_liz) reported from Atherton, England@virginmedia my internet has been down since Friday afternoon. I was told it would be fixed in 24 hours, the time has since changed and is currently at 8pm this evening. I work from home so need my internet back up and running before Monday morning. This is disgraceful
-
Adam (@agarnett) reported from Wigan, England@virginmedia Is there any way to tell if there are signal issues in your area? This says i should get 4g indoors and outdoors, i dont though i can barely access mobile internet from my house. Last 3 months have been awful
-
Maureen StewartJones (@supergran22) reported from Eccleston, England@VirginMedia Received message. Now not accepting my email address. I have one only. My problem is with the remote control which is activated by pressing 2 buttons when they light up. Have had nothing but trouble with one remote for one TV. Your communication us not helpful.
-
Carol Rowles (@CallyRaven) reported from Westhoughton, England@virginmedia 3 times in 3 weeks we are without internet! We are paying for a service we are not able to use! Are we going to be compensated for this?

Jack Kelly (@realjackoh187) reported from Widnes, England@virginmedia I'm checking online and it's saying there is an issue with the TV, but saying broadband is fine. I've had constant disconnections throughout the day for 2 weeks now. It works for a few minutes then goes off. What is going on?
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia are an absolute joke. Was told to call back at half 6 and guess what? They’re shut! And again, no engineer visit. Getting cancelled 1st thing in the morning. Over a month of total loss of service, piss take. #avoid
-
Tom Rushton (@tomrushton88) reported from Haydock, England@virginmedia Or put me through to a manager or try to be remotely helpful in keeping me as a customer, im trying to sign an 18 month contract to give you money every month which I could just give to someone else I will not let this lie till i have my money back!
-
Michael Clark (@michaelclark09) reported from Sale, England@Shredda @virginmedia Oh damn, that's peak. Might just be a coincidence then 🤔
-
Adam Gardiner 💙 (@_AdamGardiner) reported from Sale, England@virginmedia It works intermittently. When I speak to an advisor they fix the issue at that moment. Then, the next day it’ll cut out again and the process repeats. It was working when the engineer left, but it didn’t last 24 hours. Intermittent isn’t good enough. I rely on you for work.
-
🥔 A bean has no name 🥔 (@ylilxanoi) reported from Wigan, England@Virgin @virginmedia I've had no Internet now for 14 days and my bill is due in 2 days. This is disgusting service, your call centre staff are useless, your engineers are useless, this is appalling for £52 a month. Sort the problem out now.
-
owen southworth (@obpls1995) reported from Wigan, England@virginmedia can you explain why the moment I told your staff over the phone that I was disabled they decided to speak to me as if I was an idiot and then tell me they can't help me because I can't spell out my password despite telling them 5 times what the password was.
-
Liz Tuite (@tuite_liz) reported from Atherton, England@virginmedia 2/2 who can I speak to as it was working fine on Friday until the issues that were nothing to do with me happened, so don’t see why I should now pay for a technician

karen (@karenwigg1) reported@virginmedia Everyone apologises, but I'm left with paying for a service that I can't use. It seems Virgins's time is more valuable than mine bc I'm threatened with a £25 fine if I miss the appt.. I feel that I'm owed at least some sort of refund for ny inconvenience and loss of service
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@RogerGreen2009 @virginmedia I'm definitely going to be reviewing my options at the end of my current @virginmedia contract as they've been dreadful in terms of communication and help when the chips are down(day SEVEN of outage)😢 Sadly, I've only just renewed my contract... Thanks for the suggestions👍
-
mia (@miaKJKJ22) reported@virginmedia @entrustTMF Do you think it's funny?? People pay for service which you cannot deliver
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@virginmedia OK, leaving aside the fact it seems pretty poor that I haven't had a reply from the original agent for four days now I'm happy enough to send a repeat of it IF I don't need to faff about going through security yet AGAIN? IF I do-I'll just wait for a reply to the original DMs. OK?
-
Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @paulpresenteruk Never use ring door bell over WiFi why cos only works on 2.4ghz & Virgin like all providers combine 2.4 & 5ghz together would need to split them & set a static IP address for the ring door bell on 2.4ghz. best option is ethernet to a POE switch for data & power

mia (@miaKJKJ22) reported@virginmedia @Gregster29 How to contact you on Sunday with Internet connection issues? The router is flashing yellow since yesterday (Saturday), troubleshooting not working.
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@miaKJKJ22 @Gary1165 @virginmedia Working from home too. A real pain. They told me there was a problem in the area, then made up manifold times that it would be fixed. Often pushing forward the fix by a risible 56 minutes! Then a text yesterday saying it WAS fixed(app said perfect too)...when it obviously wasn't
