When I do answer, they put the phone down on me! I know it’s Virgin because if I try to ring back I get a recorded msg saying they’ll try again soon!

The issue is the service, repeat calls and failed promised along with the 143mins calls to you along with an hour on webchat. Erik tells me the charges for calling are my fault as free from virgin but line not active.
