@virginmedia I first informed Virgin Media that my internet was down via online chat on Friday afternoon. Will this have automatically been the time when my loss of service was registered as at the time the advisor said it would be fixed in 24 hours?

@virginmedia 2/2 who can I speak to as it was working fine on Friday until the issues that were nothing to do with me happened, so don’t see why I should now pay for a technician

@virginmedia Yes, this has been going on now for months. Was just on to your team to cancel, they hung up on me. I’ve never known a more woeful service. They are quick enough to take payment every month for a service I’m not getting.

@Jacedafaceis @virginmedia Yes. Been out to lake district, and 4G mobile phone signal was quick and more reliable than the broadband. And people thought it was normal.

@virginmedia 3 x engineer visits, each time telling me there’s a blockage. Why does nobody fix it? I can’t even get through to cancel my services and get a refund for the direct debits I’ve paid when I’ve had zero service.

@virginmedia They’ve been today apparently to do the repull and nothing has changed. Still no service. I won’t be paying this month as I’m not paying for nothing.

@virginmedia I think Virgin’s leadership don’t have faith in their staff. They don’t trust them, hence the rigid rule regime. If staff, ones who’ve passed training, are trusted to use their discretion, believed to be capable of assessing risk, Virgin’s customer experience would soar.
