@vmbusiness at this current time working from home under so much stress and pressure the last thing you need is your broadband playing up. This is not acceptable we ate paying for a service which is currently nonexistent. Wifi goes down every 5 min. Please can you look into this

@JacobAlderHam @virginmedia Shocking isn’t it mate, I’ve not been able to use streaming devices or gaming devices for a few weeks without constant spikes and buffering. I pay for 200 down and receive about 40... so much packet loss. Shambles.

.@virginmedia 6 days after I raised this & commitments from 3 different reps, no one has fixed this issue or got back to me. My elderly, vulnerable parents remain without a landline or internet because of YOUR error. Your inaction is making a bad situation terrifying for them.

@virginmedia having issues with connectivity & slow speed. I'm working from home & this is causing me a LOT of stress. I still have targets. Hard to do when the internet is crawling & up & down like a yoyo. Been like this for 2 weeks. Diagnostics say no problem 😥😭

@virginhelp @virginmedia I have been reaching out to you to cancel my virgin broadband order which I received yesterday which has not yet been activated yet. No one is ready to help to get it cancelled instead asking for a disconnection fee for service which I don't even have!

@virginmedia Yes, she fails at the security questions so they won’t discuss the matter any further. She has been trying to cancel the contract since the 14th Sept and has used no VM services since August

@estherbeadle @virginmedia My wife had an appalling experience from @virginmedia related to bereavement and I can bet I know the type of maddening, inhumane, illogical calls you've had to endure. More generally I've only had shockingly bad customer experience from them

@virginmedia I did both. Tried. Same. Then I did a power off of the hub for a minute, turned on. Left it. Orange light still but seems to be working now. On my phone at least. Will try connecting other devices and see how we go. Cheers for the help
