    @virginmedia I am no longer a customer and I have paid the account in full. It was paid in August 2018 and my credit file is showing that I’m behind on my payments and have been since April 2018 as it hasn’t been updated for 18 months! 4 times I’ve been told my complaint would be dealt with.

    @virginmedia I don’t want anything to do with you, I’m fed up talking to you about this. I called up a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a lady who told me there’s nothing to worry about, the system is updated and I won’t be charged. Yet I’ve just received a text. Beyond poor customer service.

    So @virginmedia harassing me again about a router i returned a year ago saying it’s not been sent to them. I’m not to blame for their rubbish inventory system. I’ve left @virginmedia to get away from their ineptitude but it never ends. Will be putting it an official complaint.

    Honestly @virginhelp @virginmedia can someone please help us! Just rung up and was a waste of time, wasn't listened to at all. We want to remove our tv and phone from our package to make it broadband only. Why is this so difficult? @SkyUK are you able to do broadband only deals?

    @virginmedia Yawn.BIG yawn. Dude @virginmedia ? I've spent hours chasing you wastemans. Never again. When one of your engineers put broadband in the flat downstairs he disconnected our lead, and didn't re-connect it! Took two weeks for a different engineer to come out and fix it! YAY you!

    @virginmedia Things are fine currently, but I'm waiting for 9pm to roll around when I'm mid stream and my upload speed drops to below 1mpbs for the 4th day in a row. Service status page never shows problems.
