    @virginmedia 100s of times total waste of time, set questions & set answers just because they see the speed, they think it is good enough, you charge top rate for crap service especially the router, £500 a year with a £10 cheap router.

    @virginmedia 220down 10up on pc but on xb1 it is 270down but the lag is the problem on Xb1 it is all over the place.

    @virginmedia Signed up with Virgin to save money, offered Sky movies for 3 months, not told to cancel myself 30 days before 3 months up, didnt need it Anyway as i had it on netflix, now have to pay double for 2 months. Very annoyed with Virgin...

    @virginmedia @elisjames We have complete and utter rubbish with correspondence. They have made appts to renew outside cables, cancel without telling you. Leave you with no phone line for 2 weeks and have now said 15th. Taking monthly payments though. Absolutely diabolical service in SE19.

    @virginmedia I have the activation tab in the entertainment section but it states pending? They have told me they are escalating but I haven’t had Netflix via yourselves since I took out the contract in July and I’m having to continue to pay for my Netflix service.

    @virginmedia make sure your service status option on your website does not go 'missing' when there's an issue- for starters. I could go on- I have a list, but you didn't exactly give much in the way of genuine response to previous complaint - 3 clearly automated letters- no care

    @virginmedia Customer service agent just hung up on me, and now when I call back it says the office is closed but listed as 8pm online for closing, now without broadband. Not great customer service.

    @virginmedia Yes I've raised a few complaints now and nobody has responded to them. I was talking to a virgin media member yesterday and I said I'd like to raise another complaint. He advised me it's a waste of time as it will not be delt with. Yes next month 🤬.
