@virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

@virginmedia shocking service from you today, I booked an engineer visit for my mum supposed to come today between 12-4 nobody came she’s since called and been told it was a phone call not a visit but still nobody had called. She’s now got to wait till Tuesday for a visit 😠

@virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

@virginmedia Yes, tried last night and your service status page was actually down. Today I checked and it showed no issues, I run the diagnostic and no issues either. Came back up late this afternoon.

Ok losing will to live, trying to to sort package with #virginmedia but easier to get visit with Pope. 3 hours yesterday and hour today, soon as sent to relations team, relation stops, no answer at all. He's out of contract shortly, so will just cancel direct debit for him.

@virginmedia We asked the agent that we needed the pack that supports Voot app (channel 800). We were given asiana pack, only to find out that we need to add Desi pack on top to use Voot. Which was still fine, the problem is that on our box we can't see channel 800 or voot app at all.
