    @virginmedia literally THE worst internet provider. Nothing but trouble since we switched from Sky. Engineers been out twice and still losing connection constantly. Had to turn off the WIFI to even tweet this 😡

    Hi @virginmedia I have just spoken Customer service, very brusque and clipped and use the term “Sir”in a very passive aggressive way. my order upgraded service they was insistent that virgin didn’t it so I had to email her “Order ref: WS7344640 Order date: Wednesday, December 2”

    @virginmedia It just says it looks like I can’t get on the internet and it recommends an engineer to come out. On the FOURTH OF JANUARY. During a pandemic when I’m working from home. I left @virginmedia because your service kept dropping, some things never change.

    Once again @virginmedia tried to ring you but your customer care is shocking. I know of over 100 people plus in the Bolton area with continuing pixelating on ur TV Service which means you cannot watch TV! This needs sorting ASAP! Shocking service and unacceptable with what I pay!

    @virginmedia We have had ongoing consistent issues in our neighbourhood with Virgin Broadband. Download speeds are fine, but upload has been 10% of what it should be for two weeks now. Your hotline reports that there is an issue in my postcode, but when will it be fixed?
