    @virginmedia I have been waiting 1 month to get the cables pulled outside my house and have been getting fobbed off every time I phone now I have no TV or broadband and have not been given a date when this will be resolved. I have been a customer for over 20 years and think this is unacceptab

    @virginmedia Hi John, thanks for your reply. As I’ve said previously I don’t blame you guys but the system. Being on hold for just over and hour and the line going dead on 5 separate occasions. Finally got through to Keiron this eve who was a huge help. Getting discarded mid convo isn’t great

    @virginmedia I will wait until 12:15 tomorrow afternoon, 24 hrs after transfer to Retention expert, if I don't get a response I will cancel DD, why should I let it go into another month, because I can't get through to you? Do you know what's happening in Britain at the moment? 45% increase!
