@virginmedia we have done that, had countless phone calls and have given up. Had to cancel the contract, and we have been told we will have to pay £210, which when you cannot provide service or help is disgusting. Asked to speak to customer services and have been cut off. #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia many, many many times over period. latest being last week and every time its left with " a manager will call you back within the hour" nothing happens. A complaint has also been rased again and nothing has happened
