    @virginmedia Requested a free booster, which comes in two parts, which duly arrived and I installed them. Then got an envelope telling me to return something, another letter explaining what came later. I am now confused but keeping the boosters. Does that help?

    @virginmedia still waiting for a call back from 2 nearly 3 weeks ago now, send loads of texts back and forth to the virgin team, which they promised me someone will be calling me, the customer service is shocking and you spend most of your life with you guys on hold. Not happy

    @virginmedia Hi I've been having WiFi issues all week and I have actually missed zoom calls I paid for, for university because the WiFi was off the whole day. We have turned it on and off multiple times. Took all cables out and replugged them back in lots too. No fix. Please help

    @MartinSLewis This is nothing new. Each year @skytv & @virginmedia are always hiking up their prices to something else & for what bb that doesn’t work & tv channels you never watch. I’d rather stick to Freeview from now on & find myself a cheap bb by shopping around.
