@virginmedia Requested a free booster, which comes in two parts, which duly arrived and I installed them. Then got an envelope telling me to return something, another letter explaining what came later. I am now confused but keeping the boosters. Does that help?

How am I supposed to book an appointment for an engineer to look at my installation. Fed up of it going down because of not getting the service I’m paying for. Nothing on your website or my virgin media only offers of trying to make more money for a crap service.

@virginmedia There was an issue with the wiring externally. So have to wait two weeks for a repair. The fact it took over 5 weeks of calling to get an engineer is poor. Why customer service advisors didn't suggest an engineer for so long is terrible. And a complaint hasn't been answered!

@virginmedia The engineer even said we can use call diversion but when I called up, I was told this isn't possible. Absolute shambles! And my poor gran may suffer because of VM's incompetence!

@virginmedia But it has taken so many weeks for VM to have sent an engineer. My gran is due her second jab and the only number they have for her is the home phone. No alternative has been offered. This is awful customer service, a second jab is essential and my gran may miss the opportunity!
