    @virginmedia We are talking to them and not to be disrespectful but they are clueless. All you care about is getting the contract signed then tough for the future - it is a shocking way to do business and I work in sales and would get sacked for the way to treat existing clients

    Why is it that every time I get through to someone at @virginmedia I get cut off...and despite having all your contact info in front of them (because they double check it when you eventually get through) they NEVER call you back!!! It's INFURIATING 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia omg so hating my Internet this evening. Trying to watch YouTube in bed on my tablet & it's been buffering for 10 minutes now. Been slow most of the afternoon plus the signal keeps dropping in other parts of the house. Got not sign in to check if there is any faults

    @virginmedia Thanks for cutting our internet off for 2 days and nothing. Ive counted your estimated fix bullshit and you’ve done it 8 times and probably more. Favourite part is the reverting it from 12 tommorow to 10pm which is in 2 minutes. Only to go back and say 10am.
