    Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

    @virginmedia Poor. Very poor. 3 days trying, being on hold, being assured return calls, moving home team have to speak to Netflix team (don't even have it), then being told it's cancelled and being give packaging instructions. Ridiculous, wanted to stay with you.

    @virginmedia Appalling experience… and still no resolution. Your phone staff do not have the tools to be able to fix the issues. They can only make notes ont he account. How can I escalate this and avoid paying a huge bill I didn’t agree to?

    @virginmedia Actually you did text me to say the appointment had been rescheduled for 26 April… then no-one turned up. I had to ring you to find out this wasn’t the case. Your systems are broken, you seriously need to review them.
