I guess it's with people finishing work and realising their service is down hmmm

The service has been down since 7 last night. And no idea when it will be fixed. With zero redress after 4 incidents in a little over a week. Poor.

We’ve had zero response since then and no engineers have come back out to us. Testing showed faults with the internet and has been this way since Jan.
