    @virginmedia absolutely ******* terrible service. Contract ran out. Customer service agents are not helpful in the slightest. Saving nearly £50 with sky. And when u don’t turn up to take out the boxes u actually have the nerve to ask me to post them back to you. #whataloadofshit

Try to log in, and that isn’t working either!!!!! What the hell is going on. I moved from sky to get away from this, and not it happened again

    @virginmedia I have a sky sports subscription with virgin but I am unable to watch sky sports through the sky sports app. When I sign in it is telling me that I do not have the correct package to access the content which is incorrect. Agent has just hung up on me after 1hr wait

    @virginmedia All I want to do is find out what broadband is available to me and renew but upgrades on website have never worked. ONLINE chat , the agent chats then disappears and phone calls are cut off. However new customers get straight through, Covid must allows this. 😡🤬
