    @johntweedie @frednfrank I've switched the router to Modem to get the signal to the 2nd floor loft. Allied to the self installed mesh network, that works well. The signal isn't now the issue. Being without services from @virginmedia 3 times in just over a week, is.

    @virginmedia Upgraded TV boxes Friday at 5pm and still no TV service. Spoken to 7 different customer service people. Even had a text to say all sorted but no. Very poor service especially in this day and age and a big media company! Not good enough.

    @virginmedia The worst possible service from your disgraceful company TV and broadband down 5 times over Christmas. No explanation, no apologies. Sod the fact that I can't wfh or watch prime time TV. Had enough, I'm leaving.

    @virginmedia Yeah I did initially and then doesn't load the page Tried calling just automated sent me links to mobile the same links already checked and then hung up No estimated time of when will be fixed.. I guess it's with people finishing work and realising their service is down hmmm

    @virginmedia after having my email hacked and new password not working, you tell me you’ll get back to me in 3 to 5 days!! How is this compatible with modern day communications? Just not good enough!

    @virginmedia That doesn't tell me anything. Just that the engineers ".. are working hard to fix it....." The service has been down since 7 last night. And no idea when it will be fixed. With zero redress after 4 incidents in a little over a week. Poor.

    In 10+ yrs of having #virginmedia this is only second time TV service has been down. The broadband meanwhile is up n down like a dog at the fair

    @virginmedia ordered a phone, had all the documentation, sent a tracking number, set up a direct debit. But cancel the delivery with no explanation on why and when queried told to order it again. Can anyone help?

    @virginmedia Yes they did , we have since got someone to get an engineer to visit on Friday with said Hub however still can’t get our PODS and have had to pay for cancelling sky and rebooking another day not working and still no pods!

    @virginmedia Team have sent out an engineer who stated that a box on the street was also having issues and that this would be fixed. We’ve had zero response since then and no engineers have come back out to us. Testing showed faults with the internet and has been this way since Jan.

    @virginmedia It says we need to call you to subscribe to any channel. Customer service told me to turn it off and on again which it then asked me for a pin which I obviously didn’t know. That’s when customer service gave up.

    @virginmedia No I am actually at work!!! But am getting fed up of this now, i went on watsapp last night at 16.33 and i am STILL no further forward, why is it so hard to cancel the aervice, yet you are quick to keep sending nasty emails asking for payment!!!
