  @virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

  @O2 @O2 It’s the MyO2 app/account. I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.

  @virginmedia @Bomber19631 I had Stream Box and Broadband set up yesterday. Neither working today, tried Cust Serv’s on hold over 45 mins and still no answer! These people are as garbage as their services, spend your money elsewhere. I’m going back to @SkyUK 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
