She promised a manager would reply to me by e mail after 72 hours. That was last Wednesday. 148 hours ago!

I'm currently paying for a service where the Internet isn't working half then time. 5 times in the past month we have had no signal. You promise items with your packed Currently received 1/3 and had to complain about that over the phone.
