    @LobbyNoNumbers We pay about £66 per month with @virginmedia for the basic tv,broadband and phone that we never use. Probably the worst customer service around. They promised to upgrade the set top box 2 years ago and we're still waiting.

    @virginmedia 26 July 2021 less 21 July 2021 is 5 days less 2 days for weekend is 3 days ... that is a long "delay"!!! Besides, summer 2020 TV Status was #broken. So how many days, weeks ,months, years, does @virginmedia expect system code changes to propagate through to their web site?

    @virginmedia I have checked this many time and nothing is listed as wrong. It seems that the fault is with the line itself and the reason why your engineers are digging up the road is because you know its fault. Why are you charging me full price for a service your not providing?

    @virginmedia They keep being obsessed with “wifi black spots” and signal boosting even though I say this issue happens even with a computer plugged into the hub by an Ethernet cable. Im not getting bad signal, I’m receiving a bad upload speed
