@virginmedia We are talking to them and not to be disrespectful but they are clueless. All you care about is getting the contract signed then tough for the future - it is a shocking way to do business and I work in sales and would get sacked for the way to treat existing clients

@virginmedia It's far too late for that, after getting no help from your team on 3 separate calls @Apple stepped in on call 2, found your APN settings for us and we sorted it out for you. You owe them a high 5 and a hug, and a training session for your customer service team.

@virginmedia called to obtain a new router for broadband, 12 mins to get to speak to a human then placed me on hold & never comes back. Ring back again & get told I will be charged, request to speak to a manager who when I say I will go elsewhere, asks me to hold then cuts me off

@virginmedia today your customer service team delivered terrible service to us in comparison @Apple were top notch and told us what was wrong and what @virginmedia had to do to fix the problem. When I explained this they hung up on me. 3 times today. #shitservice

@virginmedia It was for an iPad and was a straight swap for an old virgin SIM, your customer service didn't understand that it wasn't a phone I was using. Apple knew within seconds what the issue was, I told your team and they said they were lying and I didn't know what I was talking about 🙄

@virginmedia So when I call it apologises for no service in my postal code but even if Virgin knows it's out - I have to register the outage? And if I didn't register on my first call, end up just inside '48 hours' - a 'loophole' means no compensation? Great. Excellent service.
