C’mon now VM. Texted the other number too-still no response!! Not a good service peeps

Recently moved and brought @virginmedia with us. Was told on the phone it would be the same packaged at £58 month. Nope. It's £63 a month (£1 more) and a lower package. Sat down to watch something and realised I no longer have the channel. Hope they resolve asap.

Very poor service from @virginmedia , WiFi has not been working properly for well over a week which when you have a daughter with Covid and the rest of the family are self isolating is a nightmare. Passed from pillar to post, twice promised to call me back today and didn’t.
