I have been waiting for a manager to get back to me today as promised. Nothing. Was told 72 hours. It's been over one week now. VM have been horrible to me for two months..

She promised a manager would reply to me by e mail after 72 hours. That was last Wednesday. 148 hours ago!

I'm currently paying for a service where the Internet isn't working half then time. 5 times in the past month we have had no signal. You promise items with your packed Currently received 1/3 and had to complain about that over the phone.
