@virginmedia Terrible as always, you cannot deliver in this area, you’ve promised for a few years now but nothing changes, I’ve had to put us on unlimited data on the phones as the WiFi is not fit for purpose, I am on the highest speed apparently… shocking

@virginmedia I was advised everytime that the original agreement was correct in the notes and the bill would be amended. Each time it comes through on email it is wrong. And the credit has not been authorised. I'm paying £38 excess in first month as no credit applied. Help.

@virginmedia Thank you for taking an interest. I have now reset the router, and the speed has gone up to 56 Mb/s. I can now view NT At Home on their app, but not on their website. I can manage with that. Still not impressed by Virgin Media. And the ‘help’ offered is a joke.

@virginmedia I use my VM login, and it asks for the texted 6-digit code. I add that, and it stays greyed out. I can log in fine on the website using the code, but not on the app.

@virginmedia Hi - It’s the second time this week we have had issues with our tv and broadband in our area for hours on end. It’s a known issue with the status of the problem. But it is very frustrating and inconvenient, especially when working from home.
