@virginmedia It just says there still is an issue and an option to book an engineer. From what has been conveyed so far it's a problem in area rather than our kit tho. So any info at all regarding this would be very helpful

@virginmedia Requested cancellation of service yesterday. As per contract the cancellation date is 28/2/2021 (30 days of notice). Now no service because Virgin decided to disconnect the service. Now I was told to wait 48h for service reactivation. Really poor service.

@MCFC1977 @virginmedia I don't recall them saying do this or that to make sure you get the best deal now your contract is up. Also when I have tried to contact them before it has just been impossible. To get this done, I have had to ring sales as a new customer otherwise I would still be holding on.

@virginmedia cannot get through on any of the numbers. Needing to speak to someone about the pricing of my service. It is shocking the contempt with which you treat existing customers whilst new customers can avail of offers up to 60% less than existing victims, I mean customers.
