    @virginmedia I was heavily sold a renewal based on an engineer installing+configuring everything as we are meant to have the fastest Wi-Fi possible.I installed it and no sign of an engineer,no follow up from Virgin. As per usual.Was also sold some ‘VIP service’ line that’s never been shared!

    @virginmedia I’ve been waiting, yet again, for 10 days to get a call to resolve my wifi issue. Can’t contact you by website and I’m not sitting for another 90mins to get passed round 6 people 😡. Ongoing issue for far too long now. 8 years I’ve been a customer, like it matters??

    @virginmedia well done, after over 10 years with you, Virgin Media have sunk to the their lowest level of service and support ever. Roll on November and the end of my contract. Appalling, ignorant, clueless, almost as bad as BT.

    Same old @virginhelp @virginmedia more important for them to send a driver to personally collect an old Virgin Hub than send the promised engineer to install the new one and optimise the Wi-Fi signal as had been sold to us. 🤷

    @virginmedia My wifi is continually really poor. Been reporting it for ages. Nothing gets done. Called and the 5th person, said I had low connectivity to all my devices and put me onto someone else who said he’d completed some upgrades and it would improve. Said he’d call to check, still not

    @virginmedia Is there a problem with your phone system? My Mum has been trying to call for 24 hours on numerous occasions to change package but gets cut off every single time. Your mentions suggest this is happening to lots of others too. Can somebody arrange a callback please?

    @virginmedia I've got a bone to pick with you. We got a new box a while ago, and it's randomly wiping the recorded shows. Not one at a time, all at once. We've been in touch with customer services loads of times, but they all just took us through the same pointless (1)

    @Defencebrief @virginmedia I, too, am a previous virgin media customer. They put the price up ridiculously. When I asked to renew the contract at the price advertised online, they refused. So I left. At which point I was bombarded with offers. Not a good way of treating customer or doing business.

    @virginmedia Well John the issue is, I have only been with you lot 3 months n this is the 3 time my nets went down. Never had a problem with @SkyUK... just the speed better but consistency is better I'd say. You can't tell me anything I don't already know John boy. There yet another problem!

    @virginmedia Waited days for him and he said it was definitely a fault in the router. But he didn't have any on him and I would have to book fresh visit. Meanwhile, some services (like telly apps) randomly came back but still issues with some devices. Internet comes and goes.....

    @virginmedia No no it hasn't been cancelled, they just haven't arrived. It is an issue with the cable so they need to fit a new one. Which was supposed to be yesterday, no show, arranged again for today, no show. Not an area fault
