Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

Hi @virginmedia, I rang 150 to say I wanted to leave. The person I spoke to instead offered me deals which I turned down. Then we finished the call. Have I left or would I have gone through a different process first?

@virginmedia 4th failed appointment. I’ve just called to cancel my order and instead I received a Delayed Activation email. My instruction was to cancel my order today. I do not want to deal with a company as useless as you, so do not try and be clever with me.

@virginmedia None of you actually listen they installed the box on a short lead so I can’t move it the wifi is poor until I complain and then it starts working so that would suggest it’s something from your end.
