@virginmedia Phone. Also your advisor laughed when he cut a channel off on purpose which I was supposed to get included. I have been waiting for a manager to get back to me today as promised. Nothing. Was told 72 hours. It's been over one week now. VM have been horrible to me for two months..

@virginmedia I was promised a reply by a manager after one of your staff on Twitter did a live chat gave me a resolution which was complete and utter nonsense. She promised a manager would reply to me by e mail after 72 hours. That was last Wednesday. 148 hours ago!

@virginmedia I’m fed up of paying top whack for a 500mb broadband system that gives very poor coverage. I was never offered a Hub 4 and it seems like the Hub 5 isn’t available to me either. Numerous calls, visits, BT mesh system bought and it’s still no good. Also had engineer visits and more

@virginmedia Speed is ok, but coverage is poor. Had boosters, independent visits, etc. I hate BT and don’t want to go to them, but the BT mesh system improved things. Boosters are a waste of time and have never been offered the Virgin pods. I’ve had enough of what we have

@virginmedia I was waiting for an arranged pick up that hasn't happened on Friday. Now sent back via Collect+ as I don't want to get charged, as you let me down on collection. Happy chat, as getting emails complaining I haven't returned it... And will be charged

@O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

@cymboi @virginmedia Best way to cancel is send a letter to their complaints dept, Sunderland,send it recorded delivery, and then cancel direct debit in 30 days time. You have done your legal duty to cancel. They then have no leg to stand on. Meantime arrange to switch providers. Hope that helps.
