@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia Appalling service from Virgin again! Was given a better deal when contract ended, only for them to wrongly delete channels AND charge me way more money! Rang yesterday to complain, was called a liar by CS and told a manager would call within 4hrs - over 24hrs ago!!🤬

Hey @SkyMediaUK if a customer called you with a complaint and you said a manager would call the customer within 4hrs, would they? Reason being @virginmedia defo don’t, then they tell you to look online for an update when you complain to them on Twitter! My call was 27th ago!

@virginmedia Yes I know it takes me to your website, it’s not letting me sign in! I’ve tried without using your link, it won’t let me in! Again I shouldn’t have to look at that, I was promised a call back! I’m owed money, the movies back and compensation for being called a liar!
