@virginmedia please update your Virgin Mobile automated message which says lines are open until 22:00. I called at 21:05 and connected to a lost & stolen line who couldn't help and also said they couldn't feed back to anyone that the automated message is wrong 🤦

I cancelled @virginmedia broadband as the price kept increasing, the service wasn't. They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

@virginmedia Because of where the line has been installed to, it will need to be led down the garden to the front of my home, I assume it has to be underground and where the line has been installed up to is just behind boarder that runs the full length of my garden.

I learn today that Elton from @virginmedia has misold a media upgrade to my 90 yo father which includes contract with @O2 despite him clearly saying he didn’t want it . Perfectly happy with current mobile provider. I now have to unpick this and complaint to follow.

@virginmedia I've done this. Multiple times. I can never get an engineer. It just refers me to the phone or online chat option. Spent 4 hours trying an online chat last week, the operator disappeared and cut me off.
