@virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp I have. They were not great. I did explain that the voice options stated there was an issue. However, your email said it would have been sorted last week. You breached the 6 hour window and the 5 people I spoke to in Timbuktu didn't understand me all that well 🤦#poorservice

@virginmedia 200 down from what I can remember, I'm at work right now so I can't check but the speed isn't the issue. Also, I said "should" because based on his test, it's an above average connection, but in practice, it's wildly inconsistent in terms of ping, packet loss/timing.

@virginmedia 3-4 weeks now I've had issues with my broadband and TV. Tried calling but have to drop off because I don't have 30+ mins to wait. Start chats, after the long AI process I sit waiting for a person. Leave chat 30+ mins. Fill out complaints asking for a call from you...

WARNING I've had the dreadful new @virginmedia 360 box imposed on me (Virgin updated box without my consent and wiped all my recordings) With the old (36) box, to go to an alphabetical list of recordings was ONE button press With the 360 box it's FOURTEEN!!! Truly awful

  • Edeaulx
    Adrian Weale (@Edeaulx) reported

It's becoming increasingly clear that @VirginMedia customer service is based on the premise that if you make it excruciatingly difficult to make a complaint and then follow it up, people will simply not bother.

  • TheWho87
    TheWho87 (@TheWho87) reported

@virginmedia Why? The fact that the internet was working with a VPN meant it wasn't an issue on my end, it was an issue on your end, plus it's working now, so you seem to have fixed the issue already.

  • nickncs_cP
    Nick S. (nickncs) (@nickncs_cP) reported

@itsuu___ yeah its a DNS or routing issue on virgin media's end. because the VPN connection is working all traffic is routed through that on the virgin media side. so to them they are connecting you to vpn, then it's the vpn that's connecting you to twitter.

  • whatmichaelsays

@virginmedia Into my third hour on chat and my fourth agent - and still no closer to a solution!

  • peter_mcclurg
    Peter mcclurg (@peter_mcclurg) reported

Why are you managing the worst levels of service. Utterly shambolic. Frustrating and embarrassing. I look forward to the next fine being enough to get you to treat customers as customers in the future. Just spent 45 minutes begging for a service engineer to come. @virginmedia

  • cantliff9
    Jonathan Cantliff (@cantliff9) reported

@virginmedia Well the service status is working again but now it's reporting intermittent issues check again in 24 hours, earlier it was supposed to be fixed by 5pm. Seriously I pay £170 a month for this nonsense
