    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    How rude! The internet scammer hung up on me because I kept saying ‘it’s a storm, everyone’s having problems’ to everything he lied about. Kept him talking to me for over 2 mins in which time he couldn’t scam anyone else by claiming to be from Virgin Media re fake hacking

    @ChadWeather @virginmedia I have 2 households that have virgin hub 3.0 and the hub is rubbish. Shouldn't be sold tbh. I changed to a normal TP Link wifi6 router and put hub 3.0 into modem modem and no issues since. The virgin "smart" hub isn't smart at all
