@virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

@virginmedia We only have weekend calls on the landline so have not called the number from it as we don’t want to incur a charge. Presumably calling it from another phone would be no good. Does the Service Status Line also report on the status of the scheduled engineer?
