    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Apparently having no internet signal coming in to your house for almost a month due doesn't qualify as "total loss of service", especially over Christmas. Then when I get transferred to the technical team, I get cut off twice?
