    @virginmedia I'm aware of the line you're taking to defend the 11% increase but the point is that your service is rubbish as demonstrated by the third image. We have to chuck £200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

    @virginmedia 200 down from what I can remember, I'm at work right now so I can't check but the speed isn't the issue. Also, I said "should" because based on his test, it's an above average connection, but in practice, it's wildly inconsistent in terms of ping, packet loss/timing.

    @virginmedia Its seems ss premier league is unwatchable (grainy & lagging) but ss main event isnt too bad,not perfect but better, bt sports are all great.

    @virginmedia I just googled it and my issue is with my pc hooked to my router with an Ethernet cable, the WiFi is fine

    @virginmedia I will not be sending you a private message because despite repeated calls over the past 2 years you have done nothing to help or sort it out. You’re currently charging a 90 yr old man £160 for services he doesn’t use, so please don’t patronise me.
