    Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

    6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @virginmedia so 1 hour is 34 mins in Virgin media? England is not in the UK and contracts start from times other than when customer sees and discusses them- random start times and this is normal? Why have a contract at all? So frustrated.

    @virginmedia Or how about Virgin PM’s me and can go from there, whether it’s I call you on a number, or you call me , because this isn’t happening. It’s taking me to VM login page, and I’m not running around finding an array of browsers to try this on.

    @virginmedia I’m doing this via my phone (using 4G) seen as I don’t have any internet connection to use on a laptop/PC thanks to your company. So no, I am unable to use Microsoft edge. @LutzSchueler @virginmedia poor customer service is causing you a legal nightmare

    @virginmedia internet hasn’t worked at all for 24 hours. Absolute joke considering the price you charge. Yet on the service check it says all is fine but when I phone it says there is an issue and I can’t even speak to a person? Just all automated

    @virginmedia DMAX came back to life 5~10 minutes into the next program (Naked & Afraid XL) so fault lasted about 40 minutes - multiple refreshes of the web-page failed to fix the fault. I check several other channels and found Discovery Science was also frozen.
