    @virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

    Can't take Virgin Media to my new address because the estate is too new and they don't have Virgin Media in those streets yet. First world problems 😂

    @virginmedia I'm moving home at the weekend so engineer's came out to the new property today to connect the outside cables to the house. They were unable to as the neighbours are using that cable. Hope you can help.

    @virginmedia would it be too much trouble for someone to fix my landline issue, I can't receive incoming calls, yet your call centre agents tell me there going to ring me back on my home line and then cut me off!!! Can't ring me back if I can't receive incoming calls!!!!!

    @virginmedia My internet has been up and down for the last few days. This morning it completely failed. Rebooted hub a few times but still no go SA13 area.

    Spend hours waiting for someone to answer @virginmedia then they just tell me ‘wait till tomorrow and it will work’. And it never does, cancellation never sounded so appealing

    @virginmedia It’s a long standing issue which seems to be getting worse. The signal strength is just so so poor. I can’t use the WiFi upstairs most of the time 🙄

    @virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

    @virginmedia @johnmclaren1972 All I’m seeing are apologies but still no resolution to fixing issues, providing a decent service or looking after existing customers. I’ll be changing to sky next month.

    @virginmedia I was forced into a contract with Virgin when entering a house share. 1 person moving into the share was told of huge fees if they didn’t take the virgin contract with them. Everyone else’s provider let them leave free of charge, no questions asked. Awful company

    @virginmedia @mcheevers73 What are you doing to give customers a refund for the last 2 days? I'm fed up of paying for a service I constantly do not recieve. Time to shop around I think. Espcially as you're putting your charges up 50% next month! #robbery

    @virginmedia We use virgin media and have to pay for the service but when it goes down and is off for a day we don't see that coming off our bills. Just saying.

    @virginmedia Bills going up and service going down. Many of us loosing vital connectivity to work, losing our revenue, but still expected to pay you no doubt. And 1 days worth of refunded bill % doesn’t stack up to losses incurred. Opportunity for virgin to restore faith.

    @OwenJones84 @virginmedia I've been with Virgin since it was Telewest, then NTLTelewest, then Virgin Media. Never had a problem. It's their customer service that's been **** today. Same robotic replies to everyone. Wish they'd just came on and said "Sorry, Jen shook the Internet. Were trying to fix it"
