This is an issue with how my connection is being routed.

Every other service, bank etc were great & helpful, we were still getting bills from Virgin a year after she died, we’d phone, they’d say it was now cancelled - another bill. We gave up when the house was sold.

Tried to cancel Sky TV just before contract ended as price had risen,watched the date like a hawk. They advised me to take out the 2 years again and cancel on the date. Hope you never notice. Why isn’t this illegal?
