6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

Was on the phone to Virgin Media trying to get an upgrade on my TiVo box to a V6 box, basically fobbed me off and did all the resets and **** to make the old box 'faster'. The technical guy says there's ways I could tell you to get this new box but I'm being recorded. 🤔 Wtf
