    @virginmedia im getting really annoyed with your mobile service as I cannot receive any automated text messages (which makes 2FA for some stuff impossible). This is an ongoing issue. Also unable to get through to 150

    @virginmedia Iโ€™ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, Iโ€™ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia After being on hold for over 50 minutes I had to end the call. Iโ€™m literally back to square one. Thatโ€™s the problem.

    @virginmedia He is elderly & suffering from isolation depression. He has no internet but has smartphone. He is retired & doesnโ€™t have money for data. Iโ€™m his counsellor & Covid poor & have no money to pay for it for him either. I am asking for a data sim for him.

    @WeAreOpenreach Hi, I am trying to join sky but have been told that I can have it as you didnโ€™t make BT fibre accessible to my home, due to me using virgin that is totally wrong I know they are other homes using virgin media, good way to treat a disable wheelchair user.

    @SquidGaming @virginmedia I've found for my area they have the fastest and most stable connection but always found their customer service to be shocking. I have to phone them up to get rid of the TV and phone package and I know I have to set aside an hour cause they always try to sell you crap no1 wants

    @virginmedia worst customer service ever, been calling countless times your help line only to be put on hold for 1+ hour and then have the call end unexpectedly without getting to speak to anyone. Iโ€™ve been on hold for hours on end the past few weeks, clearly wasting my time

    @virginmedia Thanks for the link Virgin media, and it's really good to see you providing a cheaper capped contract free BB service for universal credit receiptiants, however i can't see anything to say it includes, people on legacy benefits, disabled, or unpaid carers.
