-
Simon Rees (@si_rees) reported from Margam, Wales
@virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.
-
Hywel (@Hywel79) reported from Swansea, Wales
You'd think when @virginmedia sent out a new router it'd be one that works better than the old one, apparently not though, this ones shite as well. 3 days in a row, three seemingly random bouts of just not working
-
Jackson (@Jackson_SCFC) reported from Swansea, Wales
@virginmedia I have had: -An upgrade -An engineer come and change the box outside my house -A brand new hub -New power line adapters -My connection tested on your end numerous times And yet the connection, 99 times out of 100, feels like total shit whenever I use anything intensive.
-
Sara-Jane (@identiti32) reported from Price Town, Wales
@virginmedia Sort IT OUT IF I DONT ANSWER I CANNOT BECAUSE NO INTERNET BECAUSE @Plusnet suck AT HOUSEMOVES AND I HAVE NO SIGNAL
-
Ben Lewis-Bloor (@BenSwansea) reported from Swansea, Wales
@virginmedia my internet just suddenly went down 10mins ago. I was using it. Your test says it cant see the equipment SA1 2PQ
-
Jackson (@Jackson_SCFC) reported from Swansea, Wales
@virginmedia No, I've gone down this route before, just look in to your routing servers and or the bandwidth limit. Any time I do anything remotely intensive all packets start getting dropped. I'm on my knees.
-
Jackson (@Jackson_SCFC) reported from Swansea, Wales
@virginmedia Again, I appreciate what you're saying, but similarly I've had an engineer to my house and he said that within the parameters of his test, that my connection should be better than average. This is an issue with how my connection is being routed.
-
chris (@chris061183) reported from Skewen, Wales
@mb1984 @virginmedia mine is exactly the same keeps going off . it's a load of crap sent me new box and no change. 🤬
-
Swansea Sixth form College (@Sixth_Form_Coll) reported from Swansea, Wales
@virginmedia so disappointed with your service. It’s been 9 months since we changed our package and still @virginmedia cannot get a simple Direct debit form processed correctly.
-
Jackson (@Jackson_SCFC) reported from Swansea, Wales
@virginmedia 200 down from what I can remember, I'm at work right now so I can't check but the speed isn't the issue. Also, I said "should" because based on his test, it's an above average connection, but in practice, it's wildly inconsistent in terms of ping, packet loss/timing.
-
Val (@Botleylady) reported from Swansea, Wales
@virginmedia Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .
-
Sophie 🇬🇧🏴🏴 (@Leelamou) reported from Swansea, Wales
@virginmedia It was definitely intentional! Anyway... an hour later I finally managed to cancel. Won’t ever be using you again. See ya 👋🏼
