@virginmedia I finally got though and it was resolved in 10 mins, thanks. Maybe a nicer message to tell you more of the story of why you can't take calls.. the message I got seems rude and doesn't reflect well.. doesn't matter how busy you are, nice messaging goes a long way.

@virginmedia yes and there’s no known issues yet i missed half my lecture because of your awful broadband that loses connection every minute ! there was no issues until we upgraded (to fibre optic) and now my laptop/phone/tv loses wifi connection every half n hour.

Thank you @virginmedia for putting my monthly price up by over double the second my contract is up. Try to contact you to cancel and get cut off after waiting over 25 mins and not talking to anyone. 10/10 for customer service.
