@virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

@virginmedia I'm moving home at the weekend so engineer's came out to the new property today to connect the outside cables to the house. They were unable to as the neighbours are using that cable. Hope you can help.

@virginmedia Looks like the Twitter feed has the same training as your call centres and help desk number. Communicate with the customer to the point that I might need to solve an issue and the advise they call an automated number to a help desk that doesn’t help.
