@virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

@virginmedia No I was in a usual place I visit where I normally get a 5G signal and use my hotspot without any problems. This afternoon all I had was 3G and the hotspot was useless. Not good enough in the capital city. Your signal can regularly drop from 5G to 4G and today was 3G
