    @virginmedia My internet has been up and down for the last few days. This morning it completely failed. Rebooted hub a few times but still no go SA13 area.

    @virginmedia Iโ€™ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, Iโ€™ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia Yes I have and itโ€™s says there are no issues. Itโ€™s frustrating as Iโ€™m working from home and continues to drop or go off.

    @virginmedia im getting really annoyed with your mobile service as I cannot receive any automated text messages (which makes 2FA for some stuff impossible). This is an ongoing issue. Also unable to get through to 150

    @virginmedia The internet and tv service has been down since 1330 today in SA1. No info given by you all day. Work meetings cancelled today, no tele to watch tonight. Zero communication on a timescale for a fix. Simply not good enough

    Further update. @virginmedia have closed my complaint about how they have handled this, despite the complaint being still ongoing and the false charge still applied to the account. I honestly couldn't work for a company that actively hates it's customers and wants them to suffer
