    @virginmedia It’s a long standing issue which seems to be getting worse. The signal strength is just so so poor. I can’t use the WiFi upstairs most of the time 🙄

    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    @virginmedia we've been losing Internet connectivity from 8pm onwards and now its gone completely. Checked service issues and it says there's none but lots of people complaining its down or super slow.
