@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia broadband router is beyond awful! Live in a 2 bed house and the broadband drops out all day long. What is the point in having "the best wifi" if you have to connect ethernet cables all over the house. Should've stuck with Sky :(
