    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia It’s ok I’ve contacted ICO and they are very interested to hear about this. They have asked me to first raise a complaint with virgin media which I have done today ! Let’s see what happens. I’ve checked with a virgin media agent today and I’ve never given a third party authority!

    @virginmedia But you are not trying to assist me. You are saying that the ongoing fault should not be displayed on service status but where is that stated. All I see on service status is “no known issues”, which is untrue, we both know there are ongoing issues, regardless of type

    So if you can get through to virginmedia on the phone the leave guy will say after a mess about sure I'll sort the leave out, then you get a letter claiming it was a complaint, which har har if you can't through to them in 28 days will be dropped as no problem...
