    Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

    @virginmedia Your stil not getting it lol I want my phone to work with out my WiFi as my one work don’t work I need my hour to contact people it’s all sudden not working I hardly ever use my WiFi anyways my phones Better but no working nothing ykvto my WiFi box

    6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

    @virginmedia I’m totally disgusted with your call centre service I’ve just had a call from them & the person in question conveniently cut me off whilst in process of speaking to him. This has happened before & a complaint ignored. Value your customers you don’t know the meaning

    @virginmedia Every other phone contract I had was fixed rate. Yours = increase in line with RPI: NOT RPI + 3.9%! Sentence 2 negates, contradicts, renders Sentence 1 null & void. You blithely offer a chance to cancel but still pay for the handset. Are #virginmedia contracts trustworthy/legal?

    @steveeades Piss take isn’t it RE Virgin media, I currently pay £58 p/m until May, when my discount will end. My bill would go to £106, then another £8.50 on top! £114.50!! I’m cancelling mine a month before and will be getting my partner to sign up as a ‘new customer’

    @virginmedia Thank you however no issues in my area? I've gone through all my phone settings, restarted x 5 times, shut down and taken out SIM card etc yet no 4G/mobile data connection. Will I need to order new SIM card as my mobile is not an old model?
