Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

@virginmedia Your call centres in Indian are doing nothing for your customers. I am able to speak the same languages as them and still they don’t understand or are unhelpful. Either they are undertrained or are told to leave customers frustrated or to not help them.
