@virginmedia I'm moving home at the weekend so engineer's came out to the new property today to connect the outside cables to the house. They were unable to as the neighbours are using that cable. Hope you can help.

@virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

I just signed up to @virginmedia and less than a week in my TV box doesn't work and the online journey to get support is AWFUL. I'm on the phone in a queue, I'm on a live chat in a queue, and I only found both after going in circles multiple times. Frustrating or what....

@virginmedia hi, our net speed has been utterly rubbish the last few days, on both WiFi and our computers/TV (ethernet connection) We have a 200mbs plan but it's acting more like a 27. I've confirmed it's not due to torrenting, VPN, other services/apps Can you please help?
