    @virginmedia It doesn’t explain it no. Apparently the service is good, but there is work in my area on Friday. Doesn’t explain why I keep getting told 48hrs, getting no update and being without internet for 5 days. What exactly is the issue and why is no one here fixing it?

    @virginmedia Already done, I’ve been without for 5 days remember. I’ve done everything but tweet you. I had an engineer here on Monday, replaced the hub and said there was an issue with the cabinet that would be resolved by the end of the day…

    @virginmedia It is exactly the same. There is no reference number given. Where the numbers should be there are four asterisks. When you try to track your complaint after submitting there is no record.

    @virginmedia I’m on my 4th call to you since 10th august to put a LIVE wire that you left exposed back under the ground that you keep promising to come out and fix, for the advisor to try and charge us £25 when it isn’t us that created the issue in the first place. (1/2)
