    Hello @virginmedia. I cannot sign in to my ntlworld email - it says my password is not recognised. Is the server down please as my password has not changed. This has happened at least 6 times in the last 12 months.

    @SkyHelpTeam sort it out… it’s imperative now more than ever when we are working from home to have reliable internet!! There random outages are happening far too often and causing issue for my work and customers!! It’s just a shame I can’t get @virginmedia internet…

    @virginmedia still trying to sort broadband.Was promised a booster, no show.Calling to report a fault.Disconnected calls Again. Taking up hours of my time. customer service appalling. raising own complaint with offcom as you couldn’t be bothered to give me results of last one

    @virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

    @virginmedia I'm aware of the line you're taking to defend the 11% increase but the point is that your service is rubbish as demonstrated by the third image. We have to chuck £200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

    @virginmedia why are your customer advisors refusing to let people leave? I keep getting hung up on within a few minutes after they've transferred me between each other a few times. This service is shockingly bad 😡

    @virginmedia He apparently told my neighbour that it will just come on at some point tonight? I don’t really hold a lot of faith with that as he had no idea what the issue was?

    @virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

    @virginmedia please update your Virgin Mobile automated message which says lines are open until 22:00. I called at 21:05 and connected to a lost & stolen line who couldn't help and also said they couldn't feed back to anyone that the automated message is wrong 🤦

    @virginmedia almost 2 hours, 3 different people, 3 stories on what WiFi problem is, differing explanations how technical team can help, confusion over support ofcom will offer, cut off when being put through to a department which might actually help. CS level is incredible🤬

    @virginmedia Nothing you can do but respond to cisas and when they uphold my complaint against you - cough up the compensation and reduce the bill. It wouldn’t hurt actually if you addressed your staffing problems and had enough people to deal with your unhappy customer base

    @virginmedia You say contact virgin media, iv done this 3 times and you keep dropping the calls.. im a paying customer. 4 months this has been going on..when will you stop the excuses and just fix the issue..
