@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia They have no dial tone when they pick up the phone. It can ring, but you can't hear anything when you pick up other than static and the line will hang up on its own. I've changed out the phone with another as well as the cord, but the problem is still there.

@virginmedia It isn’t the service that’s the issue, the screen become discoloured and grainy on one half of the screen, we’ve changed the cable and TV itself but it made no difference so we think it’s the box
