@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

Hi @Ofcom, I have just called @virginmedia twice to cancel my broadband. Call was cut off on both occasions after I’ve expressed my intention. On the 2nd call there was no record of the 1st call or of my request to cancel the service. Is there a way to prevent this?

@virginmedia 3. WiFi transceiver and not the internet cable connection. I speak to someone today to try and arrange a new router , however they were not able too as couldn’t detect any problems at time of the phone call, which makes sense because the problem is intermittent.
