@virginmedia I have had: -An upgrade -An engineer come and change the box outside my house -A brand new hub -New power line adapters -My connection tested on your end numerous times And yet the connection, 99 times out of 100, feels like total shit whenever I use anything intensive.

@virginmedia would it be too much trouble for someone to fix my landline issue, I can't receive incoming calls, yet your call centre agents tell me there going to ring me back on my home line and then cut me off!!! Can't ring me back if I can't receive incoming calls!!!!!

@virginmedia We had a box fitted yesterday and the signal just isn’t working, it drops ever other minute or so and we can only get service in the room where the box is

@virginmedia I'm moving home at the weekend so engineer's came out to the new property today to connect the outside cables to the house. They were unable to as the neighbours are using that cable. Hope you can help.

Spend hours waiting for someone to answer @virginmedia then they just tell me ‘wait till tomorrow and it will work’. And it never does, cancellation never sounded so appealing

@virginmedia 200 down from what I can remember, I'm at work right now so I can't check but the speed isn't the issue. Also, I said "should" because based on his test, it's an above average connection, but in practice, it's wildly inconsistent in terms of ping, packet loss/timing.

@virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

@virginmedia I managed to get a technician to visit next Monday. It took 1 hour and 1 minute to sort. The conversation lasted 3 minutes. The customer service we have to put up with is nigh on disgusting 🥵🥵🥵

@virginmedia I was due to pay you £79 on 15th Dec, changed my DD to 29th Dec and told by your customer service that I am only due £23.70, no payment now due on 15th and DD 28th Jan back to £79. Guess I will keep the £55.30 that I'm due you. Merry Xmas
