    When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

    @virginmedia Iโ€™ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, Iโ€™ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia 200 down from what I can remember, I'm at work right now so I can't check but the speed isn't the issue. Also, I said "should" because based on his test, it's an above average connection, but in practice, it's wildly inconsistent in terms of ping, packet loss/timing.

    @virginmedia how come my bill has jumped from ยฃ55 to ยฃ72 mid contract? I understand it's April and a small price increase is expected but ยฃ17 is taking the mick. With the issues I've had lately @sky is looking more tempting.
