    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam sort it out… it’s imperative now more than ever when we are working from home to have reliable internet!! There random outages are happening far too often and causing issue for my work and customers!! It’s just a shame I can’t get @virginmedia internet…

    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

    @virginmedia Still not live and another excuse and solution proposed. Was told a few times I should receive email with my login details, was told Sat that would be 48-72hrs still waiting! Spoke to them last night, now been told to sign up on my TV with my c-card. What is point of VM package?

    @virginmedia Yes it's fixed now but I know it will disconnect again and slow down at night. Can't raise your prices if performance like this is awful. The only way I will even think about staying is if my internet costs £2 a month and that's me being generous.
