    @virginmedia 200 down from what I can remember, I'm at work right now so I can't check but the speed isn't the issue. Also, I said "should" because based on his test, it's an above average connection, but in practice, it's wildly inconsistent in terms of ping, packet loss/timing.

    @virginmedia No, I've gone down this route before, just look in to your routing servers and or the bandwidth limit. Any time I do anything remotely intensive all packets start getting dropped. I'm on my knees.

    @virginmedia I just googled it and my issue is with my pc hooked to my router with an Ethernet cable, the WiFi is fine

    @virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.

    @virginmedia I’m totally disgusted with your call centre service I’ve just had a call from them & the person in question conveniently cut me off whilst in process of speaking to him. This has happened before & a complaint ignored. Value your customers you don’t know the meaning

    @virginmedia Again, I appreciate what you're saying, but similarly I've had an engineer to my house and he said that within the parameters of his test, that my connection should be better than average. This is an issue with how my connection is being routed.

    @virginmedia I have had: -An upgrade -An engineer come and change the box outside my house -A brand new hub -New power line adapters -My connection tested on your end numerous times And yet the connection, 99 times out of 100, feels like total shit whenever I use anything intensive.

    @virginmedia They never bothered to send it in the first place on the initial install. Engineer only installed BB, even though contract states both. Went through complaints and now they've changed my contract to add an additional TV box and upped my contract cost without my consent.

    @virginmedia Call answered after 10mins, spoke to Ria. Excellent call handling. Appropriate deal agreed and signed up to. Complaints procedure initiated - 55 mins to complete. Clearly a review of IT Customer Comms required as the VM app help chat ineffective and as still in a queue 25hrs.

    @virginmedia Yes you are quite right, but this was never explained to me when I took out this contract. Having looked closer at the contract it is a bit misleading. As it states 18 months promotional contract, and then in a tiny font £10 off for a year. I am still disappointed.

    @virginmedia cancelled my contract during the price increase. Found £240 disconnect penalty taken from my bank account by mistake. Got disconnected 7 times even though im on O2 network and 3.5 hours to sort out the problem. Absolutely disgraceful
