    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @hannahnanna669 @virginmedia It's such poor customer care! The importance of being able to actually speak to someone makes such a difference. Hannah it may be quicker to walk into a virgin mobile store (you'd need to take your mum too though). I appreciate probably not practical with how busy you are.

    If you're a @virginmedia customer please be aware of a scam that's doing the rounds. You will get a call claiming there is a problem with your router and they will try and talk you into downloading and installing a zip file on your computer to fix the 'problem'.

    @virginmedia Complaint was raised online about a month ago. Received a response telling me to log into my account and update my preferences. If I could log into my account I wouldn’t have raised a complaint. You clearly didn’t read or understand the complain. Fed up with VM.

    @virginmedia I did call. There was a huge wait and then I was cut off. I don’t have umpteen hours a week to deal with this. It should be s simple fix but for weeks I’m getting absolutely nowhere.

    @virginmedia It hasn’t been solved in 2 years since the problem started. The only solution people have found is to move to another provider. And still I can’t access my account or bills. Any idea how crazy that is.
