When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

@virginmedia The way I see it is virgin have a few options. Send and engineer to look at possible REIN issue send me a SH 4 to try or release me from my contract so I can go to another supplier. Or send me a deadlock letter so I can refer to ofcom.

@virginmedia Looks like we know what the issue is. Because we're now on 5g it appears that we have been moved to Vodafone from EE. This was not made clear when we took out our contract so I now have a phone I can't use as Vodafone is totally useless at SY9. Seriously unhappy.

@skytv new customer alert! Previously with virgin... @virginmedia apparently destroy BT point and have own cabling. So now no internet as sky don’t auto alert virgin customers need new cabling so no internet for 3 days!! Be warned!! Book the engineer ASAP

@virginmedia So, this is great, except that the relevant options on that number play a pre-recorded message (COVID means some offices and lines are closed, etc)...and hang up. So it would appear I can't speak to anyone about this - and I'm stuck with the install date. Compensation claim? Yep
