    @virginmedia still trying to sort broadband.Was promised a booster, no show.Calling to report a fault.Disconnected calls Again. Taking up hours of my time. customer service appalling. raising own complaint with offcom as you couldn’t be bothered to give me results of last one

    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    Tried contacting @virginmedia about an incorrect bill. Sadly your online customer service failed big time - put me in a long queue then tried to take me through same process. I have cancelled direct debit and will wait for formal communication.

    @virginmedia It would seem that even after rebooting the Hub I'm still getting disconnected constantly, and this is honestly really annoying now. It's been doing it for months and only happens when I'm using your internet. I'd be very surprised if this is a problem on my end.

    @virginmedia have issued a default for £155 on my credit file for contract that was cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period due to poor service.I’ve tried emailing, calling, complaints form on their website and live chat and nobody has dealt with this for a year now @Ofcom

    @virginmedia That’s lovely but this has not helped me in the slightest. You have extended your 12mnth contract to 18months and are now charging me to get out of my contract after 12months!!?? Over £100+ and after being a customer 14years it’s disgusting!!

    @graemefowler @virginmedia they all seem asymmetric from what I've seen. I've been offered a 200Mbs > 1g service w VM but again, not quite clear what's underlying that.
