    @virginmedia Hiya have contacted Sky and they have done nothing to our line. So Virgin are contracted legally to provide us with a landline until 01/03/22 please fix this issue or we will be referring to the Ombudsman service. Can you please give me a link to the complaints department.

    @virginmedia @CitizensAdvice is this right? Because I haven't even had a fraction of the speeds promised? It's meant to be gig1, even with a wireless connection it should NOT be that slow especially when sat next to the router with no other connections.

    @virginmedia It has cost me several calls, cost a fortune and I cancelled my order. End date 24/02/22. Problem is they couldn`t forward me a receipt so I`m in limbo! Typical VM customer service!
