@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

For the 3d day running @virginmedia broadband is down NW3 2PB, their “ engineers working on it expect to fix it by 19:00”.Monday & sunday 18:00 .. @GNetworkComms already laid cables here .I’ll leave the buggers soon. Average virgin broadband faults count for over a ¼ of the time
