    @virginmedia Had trouble with TV since this morning. Now have just BBC and ITV. Tried phoning but had short message saying they are busy and phone later! Phoned later…same message! What’s going on!?

    @SkyHelpTeam sort it out… it’s imperative now more than ever when we are working from home to have reliable internet!! There random outages are happening far too often and causing issue for my work and customers!! It’s just a shame I can’t get @virginmedia internet…

    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

    @virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

    @virginmedia I'm on Gig1 and complaining 24/7 that I can't get the full 1130mbit because your Hub4 only has a 1gbit port. Retentions and your support claim there's no hub 5s,yet there appears to be plenty of new customers getting them, perhaps sort out the ones who have been waiting first??

    @rab_147 @virginmedia Every few days, then when I call them magically my speed boosts up for a few days, rinse and repeat. Customer retention team has fobbed me off 3 times when I said I wanted to leave, taking them to trading standards.

    @virginmedia Another 40 minutes on the phone and I managed to get it sorted. I would recommend taking a hard look at your customer service systems. Your agents are doing the best they can, but your processes are defective and archaic. Won’t be recommending Virgin.
