Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

Also spoke to someone from cancellation department they couldn't do it either, and because the offer she had signed up to had expired a couple of days earlier they couldn't apply the deal to her old sim either.
