@virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

Spend hours waiting for someone to answer @virginmedia then they just tell me ‘wait till tomorrow and it will work’. And it never does, cancellation never sounded so appealing

@virginmedia would it be too much trouble for someone to fix my landline issue, I can't receive incoming calls, yet your call centre agents tell me there going to ring me back on my home line and then cut me off!!! Can't ring me back if I can't receive incoming calls!!!!!

@virginmedia We had a box fitted yesterday and the signal just isn’t working, it drops ever other minute or so and we can only get service in the room where the box is

@virginmedia I'm moving home at the weekend so engineer's came out to the new property today to connect the outside cables to the house. They were unable to as the neighbours are using that cable. Hope you can help.

@virginmedia over 10 years with Virgin I spent hours this month trying to sort out the contract and can never get through no internet after an arrangement was in place and now placed an order with a competitor, people in your call centre are like robots when you eventually get through

@virginmedia Yes I have raised complaints, only to see that they had been closed 🤔. They were closed without any consultation with me, in fact when I replied to the “statement of complaint” I made it blatantly clear I was NOT happy with service etc…..IGNORED.
