@virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia didn’t resolve it. The error codes seem like delaying tactics as each time it would tell us it was something else that was the problem. Even when we did get to watch some of the episode it was stuttering at regular intervals. The same also applies to the two

@virginmedia Monday 14th. I will not have service until a week today. How are we supposed to work from home? I nkw have to buy a 5G wifi hotspot or lose a week's work, are you going to reimburse me for that?
