Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

@virginmedia Can you please assist? Your connection cuts out every hour, and it's getting ridiculous! I get no internet for a couple of minutes and then it goes back to normal only for it to cut out again later. I tried ethernet connection but it still cuts out. Any ideas?

@virginmedia It does not show any service issues in my area. Do you know what the issue might be caused by? I tried restarting the router, tried wired connection, even followed your colleagues' advice and reset it but it's still causing issues. It didn't use to do that in my previous address.

@virginmedia we are having intermittant issues with the rj45 switch in our hub. We have tried several times to get someone to acknowledge this for us. How can we have the actual switch tested please? It's affect all hardwired devices
