    @virginmedia Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

    6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

    @virginmedia I’m totally disgusted with your call centre service I’ve just had a call from them & the person in question conveniently cut me off whilst in process of speaking to him. This has happened before & a complaint ignored. Value your customers you don’t know the meaning

    @virginmedia I have gone through this with your Cust service. However, they said and I repeat, this booster not working and also had discontinued and if I wanted another one then I must pay extra per month for a new one.

    @virginmedia Brilliant service , number took me to customer services after 15 mins then out through to faults team and now after 25 mins bounced back to customer services,now on hold again listening to garbage music,instead of just sending an engineer.

    Why is it that every time I get through to someone at @virginmedia I get cut off...and despite having all your contact info in front of them (because they double check it when you eventually get through) they NEVER call you back!!! It's INFURIATING 😡😡😡
