@virginmedia Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

@virginmedia They had been due to be installed today but was cancelled and rescheduled for the 15th. When I’ve called to cancel I’ve been passed from department to department today and have been told I will have to pay a disconnection fee for services that haven’t been connected at £200
