@virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp I have. They were not great. I did explain that the voice options stated there was an issue. However, your email said it would have been sorted last week. You breached the 6 hour window and the 5 people I spoke to in Timbuktu didn't understand me all that well 🤦#poorservice

I cancelled @virginmedia broadband as the price kept increasing, the service wasn't. They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

@virginmedia It’s appalling. I wasn’t given any reason. Not even a communication. I have been waiting and no one showed up. When I checked on the app the booking was cancelled. Plus not dealing with this in DM makes it even more awful, if possible.
