    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    If anyone is thinking of switching to Shell Broadband. Don’t. Just don’t. It’s so bad. So so so slow. Like 1990 slow. Switching back to Virgin Media next Friday 🙌🏻🙌🏻
