When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

@virginmedia Worst ever customer service. I want to leave but phone queue is 1 hour. Chat bot has a topic "cancel service" but bot says it can't and says call. Made a complaint on the 28th Jan, no response. Called 150 last week for retention, put on hold 41 min and charged £6+
