    @virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

    @virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

    @SkyHelpTeam sort it out… it’s imperative now more than ever when we are working from home to have reliable internet!! There random outages are happening far too often and causing issue for my work and customers!! It’s just a shame I can’t get @virginmedia internet…

    @virginmedia spoke to customer service & was assured my #Netflix subscription was OK even though it's not showing on Nov bill you sent me today. This happened back in July & had to re-set it all up. If it happens again after me pre-warning you, you can foot cost for the hassle

    @virginmedia It just says it can see there is an intermittant signal and it needs further testing. Then the site says oops...theres a fault and we cant test. Try again later

    @edward_baran @virginmedia Dig around Sky, see what offers they have. I think I pay £21 a month for it. Which is nothing compared to the £75+ a month I was paying for Virgin and £43 of it was for broadband that never worked.

    @virginmedia I'm afraid I'm also not satisfied with my options when contacting support. For a live chat I have to go through WhatsApp and the web chat rarely works. Overall I'm not too happy and for the second time in a couple months I am considering switching to another provider.
