@virginmedia 200 down from what I can remember, I'm at work right now so I can't check but the speed isn't the issue. Also, I said "should" because based on his test, it's an above average connection, but in practice, it's wildly inconsistent in terms of ping, packet loss/timing.

@virginmedia We had a box fitted yesterday and the signal just isn’t working, it drops ever other minute or so and we can only get service in the room where the box is

Can't take Virgin Media to my new address because the estate is too new and they don't have Virgin Media in those streets yet. First world problems 😂

@virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.

@virginmedia I just googled it and my issue is with my pc hooked to my router with an Ethernet cable, the WiFi is fine

@virginmedia I'm moving home at the weekend so engineer's came out to the new property today to connect the outside cables to the house. They were unable to as the neighbours are using that cable. Hope you can help.

@virginmedia No, I've gone down this route before, just look in to your routing servers and or the bandwidth limit. Any time I do anything remotely intensive all packets start getting dropped. I'm on my knees.

@virginmedia would it be too much trouble for someone to fix my landline issue, I can't receive incoming calls, yet your call centre agents tell me there going to ring me back on my home line and then cut me off!!! Can't ring me back if I can't receive incoming calls!!!!!

Spend hours waiting for someone to answer @virginmedia then they just tell me ‘wait till tomorrow and it will work’. And it never does, cancellation never sounded so appealing

@virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

@virginmedia I have had: -An upgrade -An engineer come and change the box outside my house -A brand new hub -New power line adapters -My connection tested on your end numerous times And yet the connection, 99 times out of 100, feels like total shit whenever I use anything intensive.

@virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

@virginmedia Again, I appreciate what you're saying, but similarly I've had an engineer to my house and he said that within the parameters of his test, that my connection should be better than average. This is an issue with how my connection is being routed.

@virginmedia trying to sort out broadband problems for my elderly father, broadband hub not working, called and told to wait an hour, directed to website to order a new hub, but message to say can’t complete order and to phone; stuck in a loop with no customer service at all!!!

@virginmedia Hi John issues are still just as bad. Keep getting disconnected even after the engineer has been. He also disconnected the cable I had in the wifi modem to my smart tv and took it with him. My smart tv won't work because the wifi signal is too weak and needs the cable. So angry!

@virginmedia Yes my dad saw him take it. There was nothing put to aside. We've been with Virgin since the Telewest days and I've never had issues like this. This is beyond unreasonable now. Almost 3 months of issues. This needs to get resolved asap!
