@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia Tried this already for 1 hour and 6 mins online last Thursday and was given a number which then referred us to the 789 which is totally useless my mothers Conor was changed on 22/01/21 she doesn’t want this and trying to get someone who can help is impossible

Wow, just WOW @virginmedia, how should we start this one? Your customer service is atrocious, 4 promised call backs in a month not received, attempted overcharging on my bill, intermittent broadband, terrible and misleading technical support, zero complaint resolution. Furious!
