    6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

    @virginmedia Great, after years of complaining & a new contract the issue has now started up again. Every day at 18:00 my WiFi keeps dropping out every few minutes! I can’t even watch 5 mins on iplayer without losing connection- what a **** show once again!
