    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia We'd love to binge watch anything but the service we get is so **** we can't. Not a day goes by without us having to call & be on hold to your non-existent customer services. Home schooling is impossible due to constant service breakdowns. EVERY DAY! You're stealing our money.

    @virginmedia I have been a customer over 10yrs and never had a problem with the internet until these last 12 months , feel like I’m constantly calling & getting told a signal booster needs to be sent ,sorts the problem for a few days,then goes again & I have to call again ,very frustrating
