@virginmedia Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

@virginmedia so disappointed with this company been loyal customer for so many years but cant give same offer to renew my contract as new customer offers!! New customers get sky sports and bt sport for £65 but long term customers £100 !!

6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

@virginmedia @CISASUK @Ofcom It was a complaint you singularly failed to respond to. Due to our house having brick walls, lightbulbs and a microwave you cannot guarantee service 🤨 but the real issue is the fact, supported by you in writing, your Hub 3 cannot handle 12 devices. That’s just not good enough.

@virginmedia @LutzSchueler has been informed but to date failed to respond. It would seem the matter is set to escalate & achieve a greater level of attention. My point is simple - a minimum level of service should match the average usage in a UK household. Right now you’re not keeping up.
