    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

    @virginmedia broadband down. Issue being worked at by Virgin. But why is my mobile data coverage so terrible? It jumps between 3G and 4G and only works for minutes at the time. It would be nice if just ONE of my Virgin services would work!

    @virginmedia we have also had no internet since yesterday afternoon, and I have used the service checker and it says there’s no broadband issues. I’ve done ALL diagnostic tests, and still no answers, just that we need an engineer out to look/sort. I’ve even done several hard….

    @virginmedia Called yesterday, unhelpful, said call on 10th Mar had logged that the bill would be £44. Then why would I have a random extra £5 a month SIM card? I would never have agreed to that price, I would have simply stayed on m100. All I’m asking is for it to be investigated & cancelled
