    I cancelled @virginmedia broadband as the price kept increasing, the service wasn't. They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp I have. They were not great. I did explain that the voice options stated there was an issue. However, your email said it would have been sorted last week. You breached the 6 hour window and the 5 people I spoke to in Timbuktu didn't understand me all that well 🤦#poorservice

    Hello @virginmedia. I cannot sign in to my ntlworld email - it says my password is not recognised. Is the server down please as my password has not changed. This has happened at least 6 times in the last 12 months.

    @virginmedia I'm aware of the line you're taking to defend the 11% increase but the point is that your service is rubbish as demonstrated by the third image. We have to chuck £200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

    @virginmedia please update your Virgin Mobile automated message which says lines are open until 22:00. I called at 21:05 and connected to a lost & stolen line who couldn't help and also said they couldn't feed back to anyone that the automated message is wrong 🤦

    @virginmedia Surely it's much more likely that, since I restarted all of our hardware and saw no difference, then checked the settings and logs and found nothing wrong.. That the problem is clearly with either the hub, or virgin's network.

    My @virginmedia broadband hub has now not been delivered by @YodelOnline for 2 days now. 2 days of no communication from Yodel, 2 days of waiting for my “2-hour delivery slot message”, 2 days of waiting inside for a parcel that never came. Disgusted. Will be cancelling Virgin.

    @virginmedia My name isn't Paris, and surely as a communications company you should be able to manage a simple call! As for the complaint 28 days is ridiculous. How backed up is your complaints department. What if my complaint involves billing? Am I supposed to just pay it? 🤔

    @virginmedia I've been using it in modem mode only since I got virgin, so there is no way of knowing this.. The insinuation is that our ubiquiti network hardware would somehow perform worse than your hub 5 and in some way stop receiving any Internet connection without anything in its logs?

    @virginmedia There never is an issue on the status checker, yet pretty much every night it drops out for about 10 mins. It’s infuriating!
