    Hello @virginmedia. I cannot sign in to my ntlworld email - it says my password is not recognised. Is the server down please as my password has not changed. This has happened at least 6 times in the last 12 months.

    I cancelled @virginmedia broadband as the price kept increasing, the service wasn't. They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

    @virginmedia I'm aware of the line you're taking to defend the 11% increase but the point is that your service is rubbish as demonstrated by the third image. We have to chuck £200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

    @virginmedia via chat that it is escalated to your support. Then some1 called me & said same thing. So far I have had over 7 people tell me it is escalated to your support. Yet, I hear nothing back and I am unable to even login to my account. Fed up!
