@virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

@virginmedia No known issues allegedly. I have had these issues for months and months. An engineer came out back in March he found a problem in the street box. Lates three days and went back to what it is now, not good enough.

@virginmedia @virginmedia Issue now is it takes 30 days to close accounts it was supposed to have been done 27 days ago so I’m paying another £200 unlock it gets backdated which I’ve been told can’t be done PLEASE HELP GETTING NOWHERE!
