@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia That isnt the point is it. The customer service has been absolutely appalling. We are first time customers recommended by family members who purchased your services due to a deal promised by your staff. Only to be told once the purchase was done the deal was no longer valid.

@virginmedia Just left Virgin media 2 weeks ago. Connection was horrendous, would have issues most days. Phoned them and was constantly told someone would ring me within 24 hours , no one ever rang back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and worst internet connection ever

@virginmedia Got to jump on the band wagon, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced bar none , 6 months of trying to get internet installed at my house with little to no support in terms of update , I was having to do all the chasing , ended up cancelling order in the end
