    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    @virginmedia Yes... I'm aware of the service checker page, which isn't particularly helpful. It initially said an engineer was onsite and it'll sorted by 1.15am. It now says 4.15pm (wishful thinking?) and that an engineer is on the way? What is the issue?

    @BarnetCouncil I've just moved to E.Finchley & I'm sad to see how slow the broadband is. Virgin Media isn't available on my road & BT/Openreach don't even have the Muswell Hill Exchange on their rollout map for the next 5 years @haringeycouncil - any way to expedite the process?

    @virginmedia Thank-you ML I have been offered as a Customer 15 years Sky Movies BT Sports Euro Sports SkyTVL . New O2 Sim for £80 a mth for 18 mths instead of £120 without Movies or Sports . I hope all Long Standing customers especially with Disabilities are treated the same . Merry 🤶
