@virginmedia please update your Virgin Mobile automated message which says lines are open until 22:00. I called at 21:05 and connected to a lost & stolen line who couldn't help and also said they couldn't feed back to anyone that the automated message is wrong 🤦

I cancelled @virginmedia broadband as the price kept increasing, the service wasn't. They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

You breached the 6 hour window and the 5 people I spoke to in Timbuktu didn't understand me all that well 🤦#poorservice

@virginmedia say my broadband bill is up from £39 pm to £58 pm wef 08/02. In Feb 2019 it was was £19 pm. That that's an increase of £39 pm. £368 a year rise in 2 years. On trying to talk about this I've three times waited over 30 minutes on hold with no answer. Customer service!

@virginmedia My new sim from virgin mobile is not working in my phone i have been troubleshooting for hours. Also calling phone keeps cutting even right now this is ridiculous. I did not ask virgin to upgrade my sim to be my old sim was working perfectly fine
