    @virginmedia He apparently told my neighbour that it will just come on at some point tonight? I don’t really hold a lot of faith with that as he had no idea what the issue was?

    You'd think when @virginmedia sent out a new router it'd be one that works better than the old one, apparently not though, this ones shite as well. 3 days in a row, three seemingly random bouts of just not working

    @virginmedia please update your Virgin Mobile automated message which says lines are open until 22:00. I called at 21:05 and connected to a lost & stolen line who couldn't help and also said they couldn't feed back to anyone that the automated message is wrong 🤦

    @virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

    @virginmedia Its seems ss premier league is unwatchable (grainy & lagging) but ss main event isnt too bad,not perfect but better, bt sports are all great.

    @virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @Ofcom Virgin media are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. It was a nightmare to have broadband with them, constantly unable to go online and never any compensation. When I finally managed to cancel they sent a £250 bill for leaving. Never again

    If you’re with Virgin Media and have had issues, I would leave them if you have the option. A company that treats its customers like this, doesn’t deserve customers. This starts from the top of Virgin media. Will @richardbranson allow his brand to be trashed like this? Or does he not care anymore?

    @virginmedia VM: We’re switching you to VOIP phone Me: oh great now more stuff to go wrong In last 3 weeks the internet has gone down 4 or 5 times for 10 - 20 minutes, how can I check the status when all you do is point to a website 🤔🙈

    @virginmedia Join Virgin Media? VM prosecuted for being cheating bastards. I was a VM customer for years .. took me ages to get out of contract. 500mbps for £14.00 and you hģdont need a home phone. Virgin Media has been fined £28m for repeatedly preventing customers opting out

    @MartinSLewis Virgin Media are terrible, I had the phone package removed years ago as they kept billing me for calls I hadn’t made. If you don’t renew broadband contract they charge you extortionate fees. Terrible company.

    @virginmedia You are going down hill rapidly. Top management need replacing with someone who can sort your company out. I have put off spending an hour plus on the phone to sort out TV pixelation. Also fed up with being fobbed off with secondhand kit. I am out ASAP
