@virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

Virgin is going to try and have you file complaints internally so they can keep it on the long finger #virginmediadown
