    Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

    @virginmedia .Your chat facility is very unhelpful. The signal and data plan has disappeared from@my phone and I need to contact you to discuss it, however the chat bot only suggests to phone you which obviously I cant do due to having no mobile signal! What do you suggest?

    @katerussell @virginmedia I have done the vote thing. I'm towards the top end of the expected bandwidth, so near enough what's advertised. 10:1 down/up is pretty poor in these more synchronous times, though.

    @virginmedia Or wether your looking at having your prices put up twice a year and offered nothing as an existing customer except more price rises and only two year contracts, nice one as always virgin, plus your internet is rubbish and tv keeps crashing

    @virginmedia Thanks for getting back to me, I have installed a new router that we have been supplied to go with a new virgin TV box and that seems to have solved the issue. We have cancelled the call out.

    Anybody else have constant problems with @virginmedia ? Paying £80 a month, our upstairs box works when it wants, the Internet is temperamental and we can occasionally watch on demand. If we had known they were this bad would have never gone with them! #virginmedia #poorservice
