@virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

@virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

@virginmedia I have 2 main boxes have been told if I want to have 2 main I’d have to pay extra when I already have 2, I raised a complaint but next day it said resolved I’d like to know how as I was never contacted, told my services were cancelled but they weren’t so I don’t know where I am

@virginmedia Sorted now. Received an envelope last week with an adaptor. A leaflet inside stated we would receive an email when to change it. No such email received. Communication very poor

@virginmedia 1. I was trying to open a complaint today. I signed up for virgin media and originally was meant to be connected in September and then was moved to October. I then received a call days before to connection date and was told it had to be cancelled again
