    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    @ordinaryperp @virginmedia You can turn these off. I have a Samsung, if you have the same simply search Emergency Alerts and urn them off. No text will be received. There will be ways o do the same if on other manufacturer.

    @virginmedia This has been an issue since I installed it several weeks ago. A technician came out last week and installed a new router, saying it would solve the issues. It’s doesn’t appear to have.
