    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia It’s a long standing issue which seems to be getting worse. The signal strength is just so so poor. I can’t use the WiFi upstairs most of the time 🙄

    @virginmedia restricting service (leaving them with no phone, wifi or TV) on Christmas Day, claiming outstanding payments when they pay direct debit, is a shocking way to treat a pensioner! I am livid! You will need to do something pretty special to make it up to this poor lady!

    5. @virginmedia Customer care used to tell me to talk to preinstallation team and preinstallation team asked me to talk to customer care. 6. After wasting 2 hours on these calls, the preinstallation team suggested that i should take a trip of 2 hours to get the package.

    @SachiKnight @virginmedia This article is a decent summary of the UK legal provision - perhaps a little naïve in thinking govt agencies don't bypass the law informally. The EU GDPR is still in force in the UK so it's illegal for ISP's to sell data privately. But N.B. quite big players have broken the law.

    8. On 24 dec at 9 am went to the collect store after taking a 2 hour trip. And to my surprise(or not) the @virginmedia parcel was not there. 9. Spent another hour bickering with the customer care and preinstallation teams and they gave me option of waiting at the shop till 6 PM
