    @virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

    @virginmedia would it be too much trouble for someone to fix my landline issue, I can't receive incoming calls, yet your call centre agents tell me there going to ring me back on my home line and then cut me off!!! Can't ring me back if I can't receive incoming calls!!!!!

    @virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

    Spend hours waiting for someone to answer @virginmedia then they just tell me ‘wait till tomorrow and it will work’. And it never does, cancellation never sounded so appealing

    @virginmedia I'm moving home at the weekend so engineer's came out to the new property today to connect the outside cables to the house. They were unable to as the neighbours are using that cable. Hope you can help.

    @virginmedia It’s a long standing issue which seems to be getting worse. The signal strength is just so so poor. I can’t use the WiFi upstairs most of the time 🙄

    @virginmedia Nope, phone call for over an hour again, another complaint raised this time I got a complaint number and nobody has rang me back again!!! You're company has literally conned me, Im fairly happy with the service but feel like leaving just of the pure cheek of you're sales rep 😡

    @virginmedia Looks like it, for Wed next week. Given that the service never started here, what are my cancellation options? If I did stay on, will my service start date be changed to when it actually starts? And the billing etc changed to reflect that?

    @virginmedia Yes. I wrote to you & received confirmation of receipt. I didn’t call the telno on the letter as it’s the general “helpline” (ha) as I spent most of Nov on hold. There is no clear option for “I want to talk to someone about my complaint”, just endless series of unhelpful options.

    @virginmedia So you're saying, I have to be without Internet until the 8th and use alternative methods to WFH or lose wages?! I asked multiple times if there was an issue with VM in my area and 3 different advisors said no, can you confirm? Can you also advise about compensation for #VMDown

    @virginmedia Will I have to wait up to an hour if I dial this number before anyone answers? Also last time I spoke to someone they said they couldn’t do anything as I had raised a complaint. I just seem to go round in circles instead of getting it sorted!
