@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia No error codes, no local service issues either. The box appears to have latency issues, then goes off. This is happening two or three times a day. I have already restsrted and reset both boxes numerous times but it is still happening

I am getting nowhere calling the preinstall team for 3 months now and no one is taking responsibility. I have guaranteed internet since oct 11 and still nothing. Why can't anyone fix this.
