@virginmedia Hi, this week after speaking to one of your advisors, i agreed to subscribe to the 'premium'tv package, but after today i realised sky sports is virtually unwatchable, as subsrcrbing to a 'premium' tv package i would expext a premium viewing platform, please help.

You breached the 6 hour window and the 5 people I spoke to in Timbuktu didn't understand me all that well 🤦#poorservice

I cancelled @virginmedia broadband as the price kept increasing, the service wasn't. They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

What's going off with @virginmedia not only was our broadband down. My data wasn't coming up on my phone. So I couldn't check anything and their contact phone line was all over the place! We're in the DN5 area. Ref 14 #VirginMediaoutage
