    @virginmedia Of course. The router is in the only place it can go, on the desk in my study. I’m using WiFi extenders to spread the signal around the house but when connected to those the signal is even worst (approx 10mbs). Paying for fibre doesn’t seem beneficial at all.

    @MartinSLewis the 2nd advisor hung up on me and the 3rd advisor currently has had me on a silent hold for the last 15 minutes after telling me @virginmedia have a system issue which is preventing the cease order and I have to call back in 7 working days.

    @virginmedia u sent me a letter saying my bill was going up £4 no notification my loyalty discount had run out so it went form 55 to 70 the are hole in customer services actually laughed at me for complaining and refused to put me thru to disconnections crap service

    @virginmedia Can someone please help. My wi-fi is pedestrian. I have reset the router 3 times and spoken to your call centre in India. I have been a customer for 20+yrs and the explanation from your advisor in India doesn’t stack up. Nothing has changed and the WiFi is awful

    @virginmedia very dissapointed with the service you provide with regards to internet. We have had a technician out before and within days it was down again. Now we've had to ring for another to come out and have to wait until tuesday. Not good enough!

The work was done earlier than originally scheduled therefore causing the issue as everything hasn't been transferred to a new unit. We are now working closely with VM to rectify the issue.
