Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

@virginmedia I checked last night and there was no issue listed in my area. This has been happening for days now and was unable to book an engineer due to a website issue - which could also be me having no connection from virgin!
