    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

    @virginmedia It’s a long standing issue which seems to be getting worse. The signal strength is just so so poor. I can’t use the WiFi upstairs most of the time 🙄

    @virginmedia On the last call I was told that I can try and ring back next week but there's nothing they can do right now. The issue is that my contract should end in August 2022 but I've now been told I can't leave until Sep 2023 which is unfair as I didn't agree to that.

    @virginmedia We’ve moved the Hub many times, around the room & away from interference. Tried a Ring chime booster, but that also struggled to get wifi from the hub. The only solution has been trying out a mesh system I borrowed for a day, but before buying my own I’d like to try Hub5

    @virginmedia I received a call from 0345 454 1111 on 19/3 caller advised he was virgin media. Offered £30 for appalling service, I said I have called 18 times it is not enough. He said he will refer it to manager who will call me back. No call.

    @virginmedia while I like you emails/website telling me what you think I’ve been using they have some data that I seriously question, apparently I’m in your top 20% of customers who watch sport, despite never watching it as I’m not interested.
