@virginmedia 200 down from what I can remember, I'm at work right now so I can't check but the speed isn't the issue. Also, I said "should" because based on his test, it's an above average connection, but in practice, it's wildly inconsistent in terms of ping, packet loss/timing.

@virginmedia I have had: -An upgrade -An engineer come and change the box outside my house -A brand new hub -New power line adapters -My connection tested on your end numerous times And yet the connection, 99 times out of 100, feels like total shit whenever I use anything intensive.

@virginmedia Again, I appreciate what you're saying, but similarly I've had an engineer to my house and he said that within the parameters of his test, that my connection should be better than average. This is an issue with how my connection is being routed.

@virginmedia No, I've gone down this route before, just look in to your routing servers and or the bandwidth limit. Any time I do anything remotely intensive all packets start getting dropped. I'm on my knees.

@virginmedia would it be too much trouble for someone to fix my landline issue, I can't receive incoming calls, yet your call centre agents tell me there going to ring me back on my home line and then cut me off!!! Can't ring me back if I can't receive incoming calls!!!!!

@virginmedia It’s a long standing issue which seems to be getting worse. The signal strength is just so so poor. I can’t use the WiFi upstairs most of the time 🙄

@virginmedia I'm moving home at the weekend so engineer's came out to the new property today to connect the outside cables to the house. They were unable to as the neighbours are using that cable. Hope you can help.

@virginmedia I made the call and was told that when I call back the offer would still be available hence why it was put on the system. The person I spoke to even said when I call back the deal would be available. Now I have to cancel my contract

@NeeK2323 Only problem is that PlutoTV is a live streaming app so not on demand. You have to watch at 9pm on Friday night or Sat/Sun at 9pm to see it. Virgin Media also has the PlutoTV app, dont know about Sky.

@virginmedia It’s a nightmare and every time I call ( last 3 times) it’s more than an hour waiting time and then to be put through to a foreign call centre who don’t know what they are talking about. It’s very poor customer service

@virginmedia So after waiting over an hour on WhatsApp I got a response just before 9. Had a discussion that took well over an hour and was then told I needed to be put through to customer relations, (why not put onto them at the start) still waiting for them to respond. Absolutely shocking
