When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

Anyone struggling with the customer service of @virginmedia I highly HIGHLY suggest just switching broadbands, @virginmedia have been extremely unhelpful and poor customer service. GO WHERE YOU’RE APPRECIATED, there are many Black Friday deals out there from other broadbands.

@virginmedia I am with you for 7 years. I am trialing EE in an effort to get rid of you. In Nov, broadband was appalling, 3 days no service, inconsistent all the other times. Drops during business calls. Customer service totally absent. Emailed CEO no response. Shame on you
