@virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

@virginmedia Terrible CM service on phone. Ive no internet and the lady wasn’t able to assist and disconnected my call when I requested cancelling my contract. SHOCKING so called service.

@virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

@virginmedia I'm aware of the line you're taking to defend the 11% increase but the point is that your service is rubbish as demonstrated by the third image. We have to chuck £200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

@virginmedia We have had nothing but problems with Virgin and their customer service is appalling. I’m disappointed with such poor service and feel aggrieved that we have to stay with them until the end of our contract! 😡

@virginmedia So the site page says there are no issues in my area then when I run a test it says yes there are issues in my area and to check back at that page.I called the number and they texted me a link to a page for updates on the issue which says “there are no issues in your area”. Aghh!

@virginmedia Internet is still down in SE27 0AD, despite website saying this is now fixed. It's the same for our whole street, so not a hub issue, Please fix, or at least admit youve failed to fix it.
