    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

    @virginmedia im getting really annoyed with your mobile service as I cannot receive any automated text messages (which makes 2FA for some stuff impossible). This is an ongoing issue. Also unable to get through to 150

    @virginmedia He apparently told my neighbour that it will just come on at some point tonight? I don’t really hold a lot of faith with that as he had no idea what the issue was?

    @virginmedia We have had nothing but problems with Virgin and their customer service is appalling. I’m disappointed with such poor service and feel aggrieved that we have to stay with them until the end of our contract! 😡

    @virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

    @virginmedia Terrible CM service on phone. Ive no internet and the lady wasn’t able to assist and disconnected my call when I requested cancelling my contract. SHOCKING so called service.

    @virginmedia We wanted to upgrade our hub due to internet continually dropping out in parts of the house when it previously never used to. Followed the link via @virginmedia app which recommended a new hub. Can't do online have to speak to person but been on hold for 1hr+ 3 times & gave up

    @virginmedia in the SM7 postcode we have had no usable internet for 3 weeks. Your 150 call number keeps saying it’s ‘complex’ however you are still billing us all for a full service which you don’t find complex. Can’t talk to anyone as I don’t have over 1 hour to waste

    @virginmedia just moved house, no internet, phone, TV as promised after a previous 45min online chat to ‘confirm’ and now I’ve been on hold for nearly 2hrs and I’ve listened to the same set of songs about 400 times now...as if no internet, phone, TV and waiting wasn’t bad enough!

    @virginmedia new customer getting a new line installed, on the phone on hold for the last 45 mins listening to your hold music going round in circles, when checked on the automated service it states 12th December 8am-1pm, new customer not impressed with this service

    5th attempt to contact @virginmedia to resolve broadband issue, going well, managed to navigate the automated services that just cut you off, then, feeling confident, 1 hour 8 mins on hold to speak to a human and cut off! Simply impossible to contact their customer services!
