    @virginmedia It’s a long standing issue which seems to be getting worse. The signal strength is just so so poor. I can’t use the WiFi upstairs most of the time 🙄

    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    @virginmedia Hi John. No. I have spoken to 150 and technical team. The area is BR3 6PU. Apparently not being fixed until 12/2 at 3pm. That's at least 10 days without broadband!! This service outage doesn't appear on service status Apparently. Really upset. W
