    @virginmedia We had a box fitted yesterday and the signal just isn’t working, it drops ever other minute or so and we can only get service in the room where the box is

    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    Been trying to get in touch with @virginmedia for OVER a week about moving property. Tried calling in and chat function and have been queuing for literal hours and nothing. Disappointed with customer service and may switch providers as a result.

    @virginmedia customer service shocking. Extra £99 added to bill not told about after upgrade. 2 advisors assured it would be removed. It hasn’t now service cut off and can’t speak to anyone to sort it out. 2hrs on hold 😡😡
