    @virginmedia Terrible CM service on phone. Ive no internet and the lady wasn’t able to assist and disconnected my call when I requested cancelling my contract. SHOCKING so called service.

    When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

    @virginmedia They're saying further works required,I don't understand as the cable from the road to the house has been connected, it's just the internal work. More annoying is the cancellation with less than 24hrs notice & having to extend my broadband contract (again) due to your errors.

    @virginmedia Every time I call virgin media I lose 45-80 minutes of my life I will never get back - as I said, I hate virgin media more than any other company I deal with, by a country mile. Not helped by having Indian call centres who are useless at best

    @0Bfkx @danjconn @virginmedia Don’t doubt it - one time they wanted me to disconnect my HiveHub before they would help because “we don’t support 3rd routers”. It’s a bloody heating control unit. Nowadays I have their hub in modem mode and use my own WiFi gear - first thing they do is back to router mode.

    @virginmedia you’re a joke. Spent the afternoon with someone on the phone trying to get our new wifi boosters to work. They never did. Called again in the evening only to find out that you never actually activated them on your end. Your customer service is an absolute shambles.
