    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia I currently have an ongoing complaint around the absolute farce last time I spoke to Virgin’s operators whereby I was handed between departments with erroneous recording included for more than an hour - without exaggeration I never want to speak with Virgin via telephone again.

    @virginmedia The issue was not fixed for the main event. Picture improved by sound kept dropping out throughout. For someone who watches the undercard, you ruined an evenings boxing. How do we claim a refund?

    @virginmedia incredibly poor service. My parents - customers of yours - who are suffering ill health have moved house and are left with no broadband and no phones. They are vulnerable and need to be contactable. They followed all of your processes correctly to no avail.

    @virginmedia Yes, nothing has changed within the house, this is a recurring issue in the area. The service is down more often than it works. Every time, we have to go through this dance of you not accepting it's a problem on your side. The message says this number is temporarily out of order
