  @virginmedia I'm aware of the line you're taking to defend the 11% increase but the point is that your service is rubbish as demonstrated by the third image. We have to chuck £200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

  @virginmedia 1: Virgin Media Virgin When you switch to Virgin from Sky (what a bad move) and you lose all internet, no WiFi, TV, nothing ! You need the internet so to run a business from home , you miss Scotland's first game in the World Cup in 28 years 😡
