@virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

@virginmedia Check the previous twitter feeds. Virgin are not being honest with their customers, there is a major issue in the SP4 area which requires new boxes fitting yet this information hasn’t been provided to customers. How can I work from home with no services or mobile data.

@virginmedia Several calls. Hours wasted on hold. There’s no problem. You can’t report a fault unless you have all your details. 4G is off, we’re upgrading. Everything is back up and running - try switching on and off. A new SIM card will fix it - a week later still not arrived.

@virginmedia Several different calls. There’s no problem. You can’t report a fault if you don’t have all your details. The 4G network is down for upgrade. It’s fixed. Try switching your phone on and off. A new SIM card will fix it. A week later - no SIM card. A new SIM card won’t fix it.
