    @virginmedia im getting really annoyed with your mobile service as I cannot receive any automated text messages (which makes 2FA for some stuff impossible). This is an ongoing issue. Also unable to get through to 150

    When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia Well I just called and it seems there is an outage in the area but why isn't it in the service status update? Plus these outages become more and more frequent since you upgraded the network, how long will these take and when will these be finished?

    @virginmedia it shouldnt take almost month of calls and correspondence to sort this issue out. Also the number of incompetent people who give you duff info at the call centres is not really a surprise when you cant understand what they are saying.

    @virginmedia I have been with virgin from the very beginning. I was a customer with cable and wireless and NTL. To be past from pillar to post to get a damaged phone sorted out is bad customer service. Its loyal customers like myself that keep companies like Virgin afloat.

    @virginmedia All services are down for 10 minutes now. What's happening??? We rely on your internet to work from home. And now everything is down, internet, TV, phone. Surpisgky the service status states only the Phone is down which is not true. All services are down.
