@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia thanks for not helping me today. All I wanted was some guidance on changing my password on my ntlworld account on Outlook. Told m they don’t support Outlook and Ntlworld isn’t a Virgin account. Well it was!! Luckily I managed to work it out by myself. Not happy!!!!!

@virginmedia As I have tried to say on numerous occasions, this month's direct debit will not be paid until I have received a full intelligent response to that complaint, together with a full apology and requested compensation (which is increasing ever hour I spend trying to get a response).

@virginmedia When I called you knew who I was but I had to prove who I was to get any more help. You knew/know my number (it’s a virgin line) but didn’t call me back as I suggested. If I didn’t rely on your broadband (again quite good) for work your equipment would in the street now.
