    @virginmedia Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

    6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

    @virginmedia so disappointed with this company been loyal customer for so many years but cant give same offer to renew my contract as new customer offers!! New customers get sky sports and bt sport for £65 but long term customers £100 !!

    @virginmedia I was told the new complaint would have the same information. Which is no details on what went wrong and internal feedback as the resolution so would not be raised. I said this wasn't good enough but was denied a deadlock letter when I requested it.

    @virginmedia No. Just been on a call with them and discovered I don't need the home phone service switch, so I didn't go ahead with it. The process is a bit janky. I just spent 45 mins finding out I don't need it.

    @virginmedia I email replied within a day of the resolution to reject it as I couldn't face another hour on a call. Calling that terrible service and held on hold for ages shouldn't be the only way to discuss a complaint. It was then 31 days later I got another bill and saw it was unresolved

    @virginmedia I am very sure that I should have been informed of the whole process - this was NOT done. I have never came across a supplier of energy, broadband or TV etc that do no notify the supplier of the change. This is a very poor excuse and I shall be taking this to the ombudsman/ofcom
