@virginmedia I'm moving home at the weekend so engineer's came out to the new property today to connect the outside cables to the house. They were unable to as the neighbours are using that cable. Hope you can help.

Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

@virginmedia As I said the status page is not updated and shows everything is fine. When you phone up the automated message said there is a known problem. Not a great service and I think most people have little faith in the status page.

@OpenreachHelp I spent two days over the last week waiting for engineers who never showed up. I then had to call @TalkTalk to learn it had been rescheduled. My internet speeds are too low and disconnect frequently. This is after 4 months of @virginmedia refusing to connect me.

@virginmedia Most of the issues have magically cleared themselves. On Tuesday 6 of our devices went down - would not reconnect to wifi. Wondered if issue had been caused by a hub update we didn’t know about. Printer still will not reconnect. Tricky when you work from home!
