    Hello @virginmedia. I cannot sign in to my ntlworld email - it says my password is not recognised. Is the server down please as my password has not changed. This has happened at least 6 times in the last 12 months.

    @virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

    When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia the update time for the ML6 outage remains at 22:06 tonight since the first minute of it being off. Is this just a random time , feels unlikely due to working hours and worry that it’ll drag to tomorrow. Please can I have an update that isn’t check the checker?

    @gblondon1 @skytv They will but ring you when its too late stuff them I say, I've been with @virginmedia for years now and everytime my contract ends I just ring up and get a decent deal, not as good as a new customer which I have an issue with, but still a good deal!

    @virginmedia I'd like help with this: Why do you require customers make themselves available for a delivery from 8am to 6pm when other companies are able to give a 4 hour window? And why do you continue using the incompetent @Yodel_delivery company? My recent delivery finally arrived 8.45PM.

    @virginmedia Yes. It was the bereavement team that have the most awful and length process. So I’m doing it online. But I still had to wait on the phone and have the cancellation of contract spiel even though we aren’t cancelling. Just a poor process and no consideration for the customer
