@virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

I am trying to cancel my account with @virginmedia after 20 plus years only to be told there is a disconnect fee due to being within a contract period! It seems that @virginmedia change or upgrade your bundle without being asked then charge you to leave…disgusted!
