@virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

@virginmedia Unfortunately your service page says there are no issues and everything is green. However we have had no dial tone on our landline all day. The ref ive been given is 37624570 which relates to the fault ... apparently. Any updates would be appreciated ;-)
