@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

Hi @virginmedia any issues I B14 as my Internet is not working. I've done diagnostic tests etc & it reports no issues. My Hub has been flashing green for an hour, the Internet kicks in & then drops out again. I am a home worker and have lost an hours working time so far. Help.

@virginmedia is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They've closed my complaint 3 times without contacting me and each time I've called up about it they've said a manager will call me back then they just haven't. I can only conclude this is a conscious avoidance strategy.

@virginmedia Loads up, gives a green screen saying fault with DVR unit and then does it over and over again. I did get through to someone in about Feb but haven't been able to since and have cancelled my DD as dont find it fair paying for a service I cant use at such a high price also 👎🏼

@fletchof205 @virginmedia Theyve stopped my service now, a service that was poor anyway and tv unusable but told me they'll still bill me monthly even though I've cancelled the DD, rather than just fixing the solution. Crazy firm
