@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia I would like to be connected please. You were due to install on 19th December but without any notice it was cancelled (external works not having been completed) No notice given leaving us without internet/ phone. Next date cancelled too 😡16th Jan now! Awful service!

@virginmedia I’ve been trying to contact you for about 10 months. I’ve sent text messages called up and emailed. My internet always goes down. My wife sometimes does not work. Every time it rains the internet is bad and goes down. Why has no one ever replied. Not happy

@OpenreachHelp And therefore I have gone back to Virgin Media installation will be completed on Tuesday it’s been very disappointing I am also seeking compensation for the missed appointment on the 21st and the £5.00 per calendar day for the lack of service it’s all evidenced in writing
