I called at 21:05 and connected to a lost & stolen line who couldn't help and also said they couldn't feed back to anyone that the automated message is wrong 🤦

They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

We have to chuck £200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.
