    @virginmedia Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

    @virginmedia Have been talking to all sorts of people without any answers. I get the same answer that we will get back to you within 48 hours. Days and months have passed. No answer. So no point in calling the sales team. Waste of time. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Now paying more for downgrading to basic lowest level of services. Worst deal I've had in 14 years as a customer. #StaySafe

    @virginmedia Problem is the deals for existing customers are worse than for new customers. Which means it doesn’t pay to be loyal. I’m on my 30 day cooling off period and I’m looking at going with communityfibre. I’ll probably look at getting my dad to cancel his move to Virgin Media too.

    @virginmedia On demand hasn't worked properly for weeks. I pay every month and don't have the time to call each time it goes down. Basically told its not a big deal as its not a full service outage. I can get @skytv for £40 a month less.

    @virginmedia A total nonsense today. Spent approximately 1 hour on a call to advise a service was not being fulfilled. Got hung up on then not received a call back. Topped it off with an email to say I've resolved the complaint - which I've not. Absolute farce. Be cancelling this week.
