@virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

@virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

@virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

@virginmedia I've spoken to another nice lady in India who has confirmed if the services are not back by Friday (different departments say an engineer both is and isn't coming that day) then I can cancel my contract without any fees. I'll make a note of the number and call then.👍👍
