    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    @virginmedia Had trouble with TV since this morning. Now have just BBC and ITV. Tried phoning but had short message saying they are busy and phone later! Phoned later…same message! What’s going on!?

    @virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

    @virginmedia would it be too much trouble for someone to fix my landline issue, I can't receive incoming calls, yet your call centre agents tell me there going to ring me back on my home line and then cut me off!!! Can't ring me back if I can't receive incoming calls!!!!!

    @virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

    @virginmedia no Internet or WiFi for 6 weeks. Spent 12+ hours on the phone to customer services on numerous occasions. Promised a cable installation on 3 seperate occasions now, not once has someone turned up. Lies. Broken promises and woeful customer service. Not good enough 😡

    @virginmedia It appears to be with my VM account. Reference IDF-12B. Is quoted. Phoned but all I could get was “they will phone back in several business days”. Tragically poor service! I see that I’m not the only one with this problem.

    Had an appt this pm for @virginmedia to come for this phone line transfer. It's bad enough that they want a 5hr window, even worse when they don't show up. Went to lodge a complaint but tells me I'm not the a/c holder. It's been in my name for over 30 years! I'm not best pleased
