    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia Got to the point where I’d like to make virgin media an offer. Happy to pay £800 to them and £800 to the charity of their choice if only I can leave and never have anything more to do with them. Worth it just to save the hours and hours of time dealing with them

    @virginmedia Nearly £50 per month for 100mbs is not ok… the router you provided 7 years ago has not been replaced and needs rebooting regularly and the WiFi is averag at best. There are never any deals for existing customers. Why should I stay loyal to a company like that? Jokers.
