@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia I checked 3 for a service status (as that is who provides virgin with a mobile service) and their was maintenance today to improve the 4g signal. Service / mobile signal came back a few hours ago. Thanks.
