@virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

@virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

@virginmedia I'm aware of the line you're taking to defend the 11% increase but the point is that your service is rubbish as demonstrated by the third image. We have to chuck £200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

Hello @virginmedia. I cannot sign in to my ntlworld email - it says my password is not recognised. Is the server down please as my password has not changed. This has happened at least 6 times in the last 12 months.

@virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

@virginmedia Yes, he's wigh Virgin mobile. I made successful call outside home last week, but all other calls from home. Started with tech support and they just said no problem on network. Appears otherwise though since other local virgin mobile customers in my area also having calls cut out.

@virginmedia Yes - 1980s subtitling that obscures the picture - currently displaying in the middle of the screen, obscuring key information. Makes sports virtually unwatchable. My wife is profoundly deaf and this has been an issue with your service for years.

@virginmedia After 6.5 hours it was sorted. He was late for work although he kept telling the associates he has to go to work. The service was ridiculous. No wonder the wait times are so long. The last agent he spoke to via chat managed to get us a better deal

@virginmedia I informed Virgin over a month ago that I was switching to another provider and the person I spoke to didn’t put the cancellation through properly so I’ve been charged for another month. The multiple ‘customer service’ people I’ve spoken to today still expect me to pay it!

@virginmedia I have used this service twice in the last week, both times telling me that the problem lies with my (brand new) equipment and then proceeds to tell me to go through the reset process. I shouldn't need to do this every couple of days.
