    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    @virginmedia I'm aware of the line you're taking to defend the 11% increase but the point is that your service is rubbish as demonstrated by the third image. We have to chuck £200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

    @virginmedia Where do we start? 1) Your 'Contact Us' ChatBot is utterly unusable. It forces you to move to scan a QR code to move to the app - where you continue to have exactly the same conversation with the same bot in the same web-bases system. 2) It is impossible to ask simple questions: Like 'Cancel Extras'. 3) Everything on the website is about upselling a service over providing customers useful information about their currently plan.

    @virginmedia after 19 years of flawless service. You have gone to **** in the last 2 months. Constant issues. Last contract with you. Once this one ends. I’m done with you. This is all it takes. I’ll never use virgin again for anything.

    @virginmedia How about 2.5 hours? Fix your website and app servers!! If you’re using AI coding or agents to run it, you need to stop, the whole thing is broken. I’m paying for this customer service as part of my package and getting no support at all

    @virginmedia have to say I've really enjoyed spending over 15 hours on the phone and 10 of those on hold this week trying to sort my contract out because your salesperson didn't sort it properly. I've been trying to cancel for 2 hours this morning and been left on hold again
