6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

@virginmedia Nope, the person on the phone just said "the engineers would monitor it for 24hrs and let me know how it went". Problem is that saying it has to be out for a full 24hrs is no good. Trying to work with it going offline every 20 minutes is impossible

@virginmedia @BrianKEve I'd like to interject here. Virgin customer service is, quite frankly, unacceptable. I use it for a broadband line and any disruption complaint is treated with disdain. Number 1 reason I wouldn't recommend.
