    @virginmedia why are your customer advisors refusing to let people leave? I keep getting hung up on within a few minutes after they've transferred me between each other a few times. This service is shockingly bad 😡

    @virginmedia He apparently told my neighbour that it will just come on at some point tonight? I don’t really hold a lot of faith with that as he had no idea what the issue was?

    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp I have. They were not great. I did explain that the voice options stated there was an issue. However, your email said it would have been sorted last week. You breached the 6 hour window and the 5 people I spoke to in Timbuktu didn't understand me all that well 🤦#poorservice

    @virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

    @virginmedia I'm aware of the line you're taking to defend the 11% increase but the point is that your service is rubbish as demonstrated by the third image. We have to chuck £200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

    I cancelled @virginmedia broadband as the price kept increasing, the service wasn't. They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

    Hello @virginmedia. I cannot sign in to my ntlworld email - it says my password is not recognised. Is the server down please as my password has not changed. This has happened at least 6 times in the last 12 months.

    @virginmedia please update your Virgin Mobile automated message which says lines are open until 22:00. I called at 21:05 and connected to a lost & stolen line who couldn't help and also said they couldn't feed back to anyone that the automated message is wrong 🤦

    @virginmedia My internet is intermittent. They have arranged an engineer to come out on Saturday. He didn’t show up. I only found out when I called up myself. I asked for a manager call back to log my complaint and my loss of service. Nobody has called me back. As mentioned, I asked twice!!

That quite good for Virgin Media - possibly the worse customer service I have ever experienced having tried to upgrade and fix my service for a month now and wasted hours on the phone, engineers don't show up, promises broken . Please can someone shut down @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Hi, can you provide a number to speak to complaints in the UK? My complaint was closed when noone contacted me 10 minutes after asking for a complaint to be raised. Called on Thursday to the tech team and was offered a call back on Friday but noone called.

    @virginmedia Rebooting does sometimes clear the issue however with the frequency that we are having problems we'd need to reboot it several times in a working day with simply isn't feasible or a workable solution. We've ran the tests both on the website and via the app.
