    @virginmedia Your stil not getting it lol I want my phone to work with out my WiFi as my one work don’t work I need my hour to contact people it’s all sudden not working I hardly ever use my WiFi anyways my phones Better but no working nothing ykvto my WiFi box

    6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

    @virginmedia so disappointed with this company been loyal customer for so many years but cant give same offer to renew my contract as new customer offers!! New customers get sky sports and bt sport for £65 but long term customers £100 !!

    @virginmedia I know you have call centre's in the uk,and offshore, but all day yesterday I was put through offshore.rude and didn't have a clue,I am sick of constantly ringing to complain about being charged for phone calls that are free in my package!! And now scared to use the phone I need

    @virginmedia I asked and asked for him to book me an engineer but he wouldn’t. Apparently I have to wait another 24 hours for it to be “investigated” like wtf is that about. I had to take yesterday off work because it was down for 4 hours. Absolutely shocking

    @virginmedia I booked it through the fault page. Tried to reschedule and explain the issue over the phone this morning but it was an absolute mess. They tried to blame my internet going down for days on end on someone playing Xbox in my house while I was working on my computer lol

    @virginmedia Had a message to say it was cancelled. Phoned Netflix and it was because VM hasn’t paid the bill. Try to activate Netflix online through our account and it says there is a problem. Try to restart membership through the app and it says come back later. Week later and no fix!

    @virginmedia I also made a complaint through the phone and through the website, I’ve not been contacted regarding these either and they were made in August and September.
