@virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

@virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

@virginmedia so my Mum is a pensioner, been a customer of Virgin Media for 10 years. Mum is Clinically Extremely Vulnerable, and living alone. She takes out wifi so she can see/hear loved ones. £30 set up fee, really, to press a button at Virgin HQ?
