    @virginmedia been on hold for over an hour and twenty mins with my 90yo dad to try to solve a C130 connection problem. And still no answer. Absolute shambles customer service

    When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    @virginmedia Checked, no local issues, done the turn off/ turn on, done the reset on the router already, router when powered up is not visible on a WiFi search. Rather hoping you can arrange a call back as I’m sure you appreciate being cut off after waiting an hour not a positive feeling.

    @virginmedia virgin has gone down again... (Yes I have checked if there has been a reported issue in my area and it says there is 1). For the past week it just slows down and then dies... And over the past few months it's just constant dropouts...

    @virginmedia When it goes all devices go. I do have an ethernet connection although that should not be a requirement. As you aware you cannot put your ethernet cable on to your phone. Honestly I have given up - even put a complaint into the citezens advice bureau.
