When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia remember the December 2nd countrywide TV outage... I was promised a refund on next bill... Nothing received... Called... apparently ONLY being without a service, I pay for, for 12 hours isn't sufficient to trigger a refund. Not impressed.

@virginmedia Well for security reasons I am unhappy about sharing too many details publicly. The ticket number I was given is P010921745. It should all be on there. In summary, there should now be one name on the account, one login, and one e-mail address.

Disgraceful customer service by @virginmedia we have an ongoing router issue,they’ll send an engineer but if the issue is no longer there when the engineer arrives I’ll be charged £25! I don’t think so…..#NewProviderIncoming
