    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

    @virginmedia lies with the outside box anyway as the hub is flashing green for both wifi and power suggesting the issue is outside especially as it was all working perfectly until it went down.

    @virginmedia Thanks for responding! When I reverted to broadband only I was offered the faster M200 fibre. I had hoped this would mean more reliable performance, but I still have occasional drop-outs, when everything just disconnects (especially in the evening), & poor wireless reach.
