    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

    @virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

    @SkyHelpTeam sort it out… it’s imperative now more than ever when we are working from home to have reliable internet!! There random outages are happening far too often and causing issue for my work and customers!! It’s just a shame I can’t get @virginmedia internet…

    @virginmedia For the last month I have been having intermittent WiFi in N3 3BY. The connection keeps dropping for a few minutes and reconnecting. It got sorted and today again the same problem. Making working from home very difficult! Website suggests no issues in the area! Help!

    @virginmedia I am not disconnecting, I mean I might at this rate, I signed up about a month back and haven't been able to access my account from day 1 as it tells me I have left, and I need access to my account regarding bills, faulty service and everything the app apparently can help with.
