@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@improvemydiet @virginmedia On the occasions I've WFH vm has been awful. It is very area dependent though. But they will throttle you, they call it traffic management, as they are way over capacity.
