  @virginmedia 200 down from what I can remember, I'm at work right now so I can't check but the speed isn't the issue. Also, I said "should" because based on his test, it's an above average connection, but in practice, it's wildly inconsistent in terms of ping, packet loss/timing.

  @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Then you’re in for a disappointment. VM are absolutely the most awful service provider I ever had to deal with. Hard to escape their clutches when signed up. Still smile when eventually terminated the contract after hours on the phone. No online option to do so.

  @virginmedia I'm aware that that's what it shows, however one of your agents has told me that there is a network issue and no information is being communicated nor is it being acknowledged on the website. To say it is my equipment is disingenuous
