    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

    @virginmedia I felt that the £3 reduction was an insult and that no effort was made to make an reasonable offer even though I am a loyal VM customer. I felt that was no effort to make me stay VM customer so I am talking to Sky and other providers for their offers in order to make a decision

    @virginmedia I keep on getting the same update - problem identified (since yesterday, apparently) and engineer is on the way (poor guy been on his way for 26 hours). It now says time estimate tomorrow at 4pm!!!! What a joke. Who can tell us whats going on?!
