They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

The latest increase means that providers will now need to pay out £10.34 per day for delayed repairs, £32.31 for missed appointments and £6.46 per day for a delay to the start of a new service.
