    @virginmedia still trying to sort broadband.Was promised a booster, no show.Calling to report a fault.Disconnected calls Again. Taking up hours of my time. customer service appalling. raising own complaint with offcom as you couldn’t be bothered to give me results of last one

    @virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia Virgin are awful. They owe me £170 and of course it’s no where to be seen. They once chased me as a student and single mother at 21 for £2 and threatened legal action until I paid. They are uncontactable as well and quite deliberately so. I’ve left them and won’t be back. Shamefu

    @virginmedia I have been locked out of "My Virgin Media” account since February, phoned 4 times and get nowhere they say they filled in a form and in 5 days it will unlock, never does. Means I have no access to sky sports, Virgin TV Go, and the new TNT Sports via HBO Max!!!
