    @virginmedia so disappointed with your service. It’s been 9 months since we changed our package and still @virginmedia cannot get a simple Direct debit form processed correctly.

    @virginmedia Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

    6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

    @virginmedia Supposed installation tomorrow, No updates if this is even going ahead yet again. No timings, no confirmation of anything, No 48 hour complaint resolution as promised, will no "update" call back from 2 days ago as to why no external work was done, this is really awful service.

    Kudos to Paul from @virginmedia for being so persistent - after some bad timing previously we've spoken, and I appreciated both his tone and his efforts. I'll await the letter, but it does sound like we're sorted on both sides. I was a customer for 15 years, but just had to go!
