@virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

Looks like once again a major sporting event is on and the #virginmedia connections break. Tech support no longer 24/7 so have to apparently wait till the morning. @virginmedia this happens everytime a major sport event is on.
