@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia As we are in the middle of a pandemic and I have my mobile with me at all times as I have a daughter in Australia and do not want to miss her call I don’t think they were ‘unable to reach me!’ As it happens the problem is now solved I have asked what it was and have heard nothing

@virginmedia Thanks. We just had a very nice man come and fix it. Apparently a rusted connector in the main box on the corner of the street was the culprit. It seemed weird how it just dropped out which is why i "presumed" it was a general service issue but that wasn't the case. Thanks again.
