  I cancelled @virginmedia broadband as the price kept increasing, the service wasn't. They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

  @timlimbim @virginmedia Don’t do it , I did it in February they promote you can take your contract with you but they cancel the one at your current address and issue a new one to the new property . Only issue is your promotional discount doesn’t renew on the new contract.

  @Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia TBH, I'm not sure what POM wants. Would he rather the ref penalized the Irish for these "minor" breakdown infringements? His "coaching" actually helped Ireland slow the ball down without being penalized. Not to mention at least 3 yellows that were not given to them...

  @virginmedia I’m really struggling with my Wi-Fi coverage at home. I have a security camera mounted right above my window, but it constantly drops connection due to weak signal. To make matters worse, I get virtually no Wi-Fi signal at all when I am sitting in my back garden, which is really frustrating. Given how close these areas are to the house, I shouldn't be losing connection like this. Could someone please check my Hub settings/signal or advise on getting Wi-Fi Pods to fix these dead zones?   @Jennababes @virginmedia My phone contract was wth 02 then obv merged with Virgin and the customer service is crap! I can’t even get on my account to see usage etc. The man in 02 said we know it’s an issue, I can look and tell you your usage, no, sort your ******* website out so I can see it myself 😡
