We have to chuck ยฃ200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.
