They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

Will look through the deal probably today as I have a 14 day cooling off period. If I did cancel your retention department would be on it straight away. Both BT and Sky are more than competitive

If i try and run the Check on the hub, it just says it can't run the services at the moment. Since it can't run the checks ..

No credits because it never registers in your system but the guy on the phone says there's a problem, 2 years no issues last 30 days all problems.

As soon as I mention upgrade I get a response instantly, however when you realise that upgrade mens I’ll be paying LESS I get “transferred” and then I’m left waiting hours
