    @SkyHelpTeam sort it out… it’s imperative now more than ever when we are working from home to have reliable internet!! There random outages are happening far too often and causing issue for my work and customers!! It’s just a shame I can’t get @virginmedia internet…

    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

    @virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

    @virginmedia Have done everything suggested on your help page but it’s made no difference. The bottom green light is now constantly flashing! Will see if it settles but am using all my phone data and will probably have to buy more, wasting my money! Absolutely useless!

    @virginmedia I received 2 phone calls which your customer line assured me were nuisance calls. I cannot do without a landline until 28th. I was told that the tech was cancelled for the 12th and rebooked for 28th. No mention of compensation, no mention of I would be without a phone. Very bad

    @virginmedia hopeless customer service yet again...we have tried calling you to request replacement tv boxes but can we speak to someone about this no of course not entered details 5 times to be told cannot be helped. You are a communucation firm and cannot be communicated with.
