    @virginmedia Again, I appreciate what you're saying, but similarly I've had an engineer to my house and he said that within the parameters of his test, that my connection should be better than average. This is an issue with how my connection is being routed.

    @virginmedia I have had: -An upgrade -An engineer come and change the box outside my house -A brand new hub -New power line adapters -My connection tested on your end numerous times And yet the connection, 99 times out of 100, feels like total shit whenever I use anything intensive.

    @virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

    @virginmedia would it be too much trouble for someone to fix my landline issue, I can't receive incoming calls, yet your call centre agents tell me there going to ring me back on my home line and then cut me off!!! Can't ring me back if I can't receive incoming calls!!!!!

    @virginmedia No, I've gone down this route before, just look in to your routing servers and or the bandwidth limit. Any time I do anything remotely intensive all packets start getting dropped. I'm on my knees.

    Spend hours waiting for someone to answer @virginmedia then they just tell me ‘wait till tomorrow and it will work’. And it never does, cancellation never sounded so appealing

    @virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.

    @virginmedia 200 down from what I can remember, I'm at work right now so I can't check but the speed isn't the issue. Also, I said "should" because based on his test, it's an above average connection, but in practice, it's wildly inconsistent in terms of ping, packet loss/timing.

    @virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

    @virginmedia We had a box fitted yesterday and the signal just isn’t working, it drops ever other minute or so and we can only get service in the room where the box is

    @virginmedia I'm moving home at the weekend so engineer's came out to the new property today to connect the outside cables to the house. They were unable to as the neighbours are using that cable. Hope you can help.

    Avoid @virginmedia at all costs. CS is simply 💩 & now they want me to pay a termination fee because they cannot service my new home. Customer advisor actualy told me not to buy/move but instead "look for a house service by them". Didnt realise home ownership was a joke to them

    @virginmedia I just received an email out of the blue telling my by Broad band has gone from M350to M500. REALLY, what, no apology for charging almost £90 for almost a year - no refund of the difference.  Virgin broadband is synonymous with broken promises! Frankly I am disgusted

    @virginmedia No one knows what’s going on including me, I rang up yesterday at 3pm customer services said the work order is there and I should wait in they could come upto 9pm, and obviously no one turned up! I’m bored of speaking to clueless people know

    @virginmedia No only been with Virgin since 25th October. It was the customer service that I have come to expect from virgin. Like it or leave attitude. Problem too difficult to resolve so give an excuse.
