    @virginmedia Iโ€™ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, Iโ€™ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia I'm aware of the line you're taking to defend the 11% increase but the point is that your service is rubbish as demonstrated by the third image. We have to chuck ยฃ200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

    I cancelled @virginmedia broadband as the price kept increasing, the service wasn't. They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

    @virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

    @adzflowers @virginmedia @VictorMeldrew77 I've been waiting nearly 4 months for them to sort my account, I still can't get into it. Every time I get told they will "escalate my case to IT support" and nothing happens. Amazing connection, non existent customer service.

    Being messed up by @virginmedia. 1st we were never told the old box must be returned then they charge ยฃ90 for not returning it. Trying to get this sorted is such a hassle. Youโ€™re told one thing, nothing gets done then youโ€™re told something else.
