@virginmedia Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

@virginmedia It is, so it was down all day yesterday, I rang up to ask for a discount, and they no aka refused. They said if it goes down for a day, we're not eligible for discount, but if 2 days go by,then they have a problem and will issue a small discount if they deem its right.😡😡😡😡😡

@virginmedia For the fifth time today ? Not really a tempting request but here we go. Again. The usual virgin performance: sporadic , patchy signal that’s rarely within 50% of alleged speed, on a good day - and more often than not doesn’t work at all. In summary: abysmal.
