Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

We have to chuck £200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

She waved the massive bill if I dropped my complaint!! We had closed the account 5 months before that! Shocking customer service!!
