    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia No explanation was given as i mentioned. My problem still isnt solved and im sick and tired of dealing with incompetent agents. Dont worry about the complaint ill raise my concerns with @Ofcom

    @virginmedia I have had: -An upgrade -An engineer come and change the box outside my house -A brand new hub -New power line adapters -My connection tested on your end numerous times And yet the connection, 99 times out of 100, feels like total shit whenever I use anything intensive.

    @virginmedia I'm moving home at the weekend so engineer's came out to the new property today to connect the outside cables to the house. They were unable to as the neighbours are using that cable. Hope you can help.

    @virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia I cancelled @virginmedia after 15years last week as my bill hit £200. They offered me a decent package but I said no. Phoned me over 6 times over the next 2 days before I answered only for them to offer me a worse deal than the one I turned down. Madness

    @virginmedia @JamieGBarry @virginmedia This really is a terrible response. The price goes up because the price goes up. Seriously? We were with you for years, but got sick of the constant increases and the depressingly asymmetric customer interface... trivial to move to a higher cost contract, but reducing the cost involves sitting on hold then speaking to an overseas call centre. This business model screams desperation. It's customer hostile. Please, wake up and pack it in. We're now with Toob, £29/mo for 900M+ fibre. We ported our phone number to a VoIP service for about £2.99/mo and don't miss the ad-stuffed cable TV channels at all.

    @virginmedia @JamieGBarry @virginmedia we shouldn't have to move through three call centre departments, 20 requests to cancel the contract only to be hard sold a more expensive contract, eventually the cancellation request is accepted, then the retentions dept can actually offer a fair deal.

    @virginmedia I upgraded to Virgin360, it's been a nightmare- 4 times the box has reset & lost all our recordings, it fails to records things and its been impossible to get any help - we've been with you with no problems for decades, can you get me some help before I move to Sky?

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia Had exactly the same situation last year with a close relative. Complete shambles that took many mails and waiting on hold on the phone to resolve, then sending back boxes of crap that would no doubt go into landfill. I'd recommend avoiding them at all costs, for anyone.

    @virginmedia @rafthemaster They offer an awful service. When there was a national outage a fee weeks ago our main box coincidentally went off and stopped working. Spent nearly two hours on the phone waiting and then trying to explain our problem. We were promised a new box. Still waiting. Shocking service.
