    @virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

    @virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

    @fowley @SkyHelpTeam Read a reply to a customer from Virgin Media who said that it was affecting a number of ISPs and that they'd raised it with @TwitterSupport. Doesn't seem to be just limited to Sky, other than just sending their customers "self help" links which don't work.
