    @virginmedia Your stil not getting it lol I want my phone to work with out my WiFi as my one work don’t work I need my hour to contact people it’s all sudden not working I hardly ever use my WiFi anyways my phones Better but no working nothing ykvto my WiFi box

    @virginmedia Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

    6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

    @virginmedia so disappointed with this company been loyal customer for so many years but cant give same offer to renew my contract as new customer offers!! New customers get sky sports and bt sport for £65 but long term customers £100 !!

    @KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

    @virginmedia I’m totally disgusted with your call centre service I’ve just had a call from them & the person in question conveniently cut me off whilst in process of speaking to him. This has happened before & a complaint ignored. Value your customers you don’t know the meaning

    @DisneyPlusUK spinning wheel since 28 sep in Dublin on Virgin Media. Even for 1080p, not only for 4k. Not an internet problem: Netflix and Prime works perfect on the same Sony A8 TV. Clearing cache and force closing the app makes no difference.

    @virginmedia I believe that it was mistakes on your part that have caused the delay. First, a mistake about the address. Then, a mistake about it being a business. They received a 4g dongle yesterday which provides almost no service. They organised this at the end of June.

    @virginmedia why have I just wasted an hour trying to get support from an extremely rude man to have to work it out myself. New box is backward step and I have lost all my recordings 3 times which was apparently my own fault!! Shocking service

    @NoContextBrits @virginmedia Hey @virginmedia, why does your customer web portal only have options to upgrade our services and not downsize as well? The only way to do that seems to be to suffer the challenge of phone queues... Not exactly good service is it?
