@virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp I have. They were not great. I did explain that the voice options stated there was an issue. However, your email said it would have been sorted last week. You breached the 6 hour window and the 5 people I spoke to in Timbuktu didn't understand me all that well 🤦#poorservice

@virginmedia So you’re telling me that because 3 separate members of your staff have lied and not raised a complaint when I’ve asked, I now need to send you a letter? Are you joking? #VirginMedia

  • bigchristweets
Chris Davies (@bigchristweets) reported from Gorseinon, Wales

@virginmedia I'm aware of the line you're taking to defend the 11% increase but the point is that your service is rubbish as demonstrated by the third image. We have to chuck £200 to Google to get a hub that works. I presume you're not getting an 11% pay rise this year. I know I'm not.

  • enfysjack
Paul Johnson (@enfysjack) reported from Swansea, Wales

Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia
