Also, I said "should" because based on his test, it's an above average connection, but in practice, it's wildly inconsistent in terms of ping, packet loss/timing.

Ben Evans (@benev91) reported@virginmedia we have been without internet for a week now. Rinsed through mobile data. Fix date apparently (4th date given) now on 3rd June. We have received compensation but an easy fix wouldโve been to give us unlimited data on our mobiles (both with o2) for the month.
