  @virginmedia Again, I appreciate what you're saying, but similarly I've had an engineer to my house and he said that within the parameters of his test, that my connection should be better than average. This is an issue with how my connection is being routed.

  @virginmedia I am paying for a service you cannot deliver. Multiple failed engineer visits (Dec 24, Jan 22) and internet is still broken. you demand an illegal cancellation fee? I have raised a formal complaint: C-010626172 (Yeliz Guven Bilgin). Sort this out under Ofcom rules.

  @London_W4 The trouble is that O2 are now in bed with Virgin Media, who also have dreadful Indian 'Tech Support', who can't sort anying out and just read from scripts. Like many companies these days, if you can even find a phone number, they just give loads of messages, telling you to go to their website. The UK could do with a dose of American style customer service!!
