    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!๐Ÿ˜ก

    Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Again, I appreciate what you're saying, but similarly I've had an engineer to my house and he said that within the parameters of his test, that my connection should be better than average. This is an issue with how my connection is being routed.

    @virginmedia Iโ€™ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, Iโ€™ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    Spend hours waiting for someone to answer @virginmedia then they just tell me โ€˜wait till tomorrow and it will workโ€™. And it never does, cancellation never sounded so appealing

    @RETeacher11 @virginmedia Switch to CityFibre, if you can. I finally got rid of VM after 15 years of bullshit. Price increases, shocking customer service, appalling tech support. Been with CF for 2 years now. I don't even have a reason to contact them - rock-solid and reliable 24/7.
