@virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

@virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

@virginmedia get your customer services sorted. 3 hours to wait on WhatsApp. Get to talk to someone and they bugger off and ignore me. BT support takes 5 minutes.

@virginmedia It’s all over the place. Works for ten minutes then runs really slow again, occasionally the app can’t find the hub when it’s right next to it. Hard connection is fine.
