I found him to be argumentative, patronising, unsympathetic and unwilling to help. Hilarious that he ended the conversation with “anything else I can help you with”, as if he actually resolved my issue.

    @virginmedia Cancel the account - am advised the phone line due to close on 20 Feb but Broadband still active. I rang last week to cancel both. Priority line needs to remain active until moved to Sky.
