    @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

    @SkyHelpTeam sort it out… it’s imperative now more than ever when we are working from home to have reliable internet!! There random outages are happening far too often and causing issue for my work and customers!! It’s just a shame I can’t get @virginmedia internet…

    @virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

    @virginmedia another company with a phone system that seems to deliberately stop you from talking to someone that can help. My elderly mum spent hours trying to sort my Aunt's VM package. No success. "Ring another number..press this option...go online.. Just don't bother me!"

    @virginmedia We pay for 500+mbps and at times, usually on an evening receive either nothing or around 50kbps and you’re telling me speeds aren’t the issue? The piss poor quality of virgin overall is an issue. The router is that ********* one with white light on it, I don’t know the name.
