@virginmedia so disappointed with this company been loyal customer for so many years but cant give same offer to renew my contract as new customer offers!! New customers get sky sports and bt sport for £65 but long term customers £100 !!

6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

@KimGuest @virginmedia Just checked @MoneySavingExp and found I can get the same download speed and unlimited for £20 with talktalk... only issue is new 18mo contract if I’m not gonna be staying here! My Virgin’s rolling now so 1mo notice - guess could take talktalk to new place though!

@virginmedia Your stil not getting it lol I want my phone to work with out my WiFi as my one work don’t work I need my hour to contact people it’s all sudden not working I hardly ever use my WiFi anyways my phones Better but no working nothing ykvto my WiFi box

@virginmedia Reading @StrictlyDavina comments regarding lack of customer service with @VirginMedia I wholeheartedly agree ; it leaves a lot to be desired . @virginmedia need to apply the service the customers are paying for instead of continually increasing their prices .

@virginmedia And I don't expect you to, but to me you should know whether or not there's an issue on your end, give some sort of reassurance to customers that yes if there is a problem, and that we're working on fixing the issue. But you always point the finger at the customer.

@virginmedia I did, after holding for 60 minutes. I worked out a contract on the phone, but I’ve noticed today that you’ve removed many channels and the additional channels are not in HD. This was not explained on my call. Really disappointing service. How can you help me get this resolved?

@virginmedia nothing thus far. have spent > 2 hours in call queues over last 10 days without ever successfully getting through to cancellations. have tried on 4 days to get through via chat service multiple conversations started but never finished.
