  @virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

  @virginmedia Again, I appreciate what you're saying, but similarly I've had an engineer to my house and he said that within the parameters of his test, that my connection should be better than average. This is an issue with how my connection is being routed.

  @virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

  @virginmedia i have tried that several times before , i am away until friday and if when i get home its still not working properly i will try again , it happened a couple of months ago and they sent an engineer out, but by the time he arrived the service was working properly

  @Benleo @petrolheadtoo @virginmedia They are terrible I’ve had engineers out my service has been rubbish since I signed a new contract, I feel sorry for you them Indian call centres are horrendous to deal with, you can hear like 7 people talking at the same time

  @Benleo @virginmedia Had internet with them a few years ago, the worst service ever & also clueless on customer service. Ditched them as soon as was possible & been on Sky since with no issues
