Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

Wow, it really has been one of those days. Virgin Media screwed up the change to my services (although I now have their top-level broadband and they don't know why) and the 12.0.3 update still screwed up my Nintendo Switch (had to delete and re-create network connections).

@virginmedia Every commonsense thing has been checked! The equipment used is the same and in the same place. Speed has dropped appallingly this afternoon to less than 1mbps download. Working from home very difficult especially as I charge my clients an hourly rate. Urgent fix please.

@virginmedia So for 7 hours of down time per day we get nothing? Rather than spending a day solid on fixing and losing money,you spread it over a number of days so your clients lose money?

@virginmedia Thanks for trying to help but I clearly did not ask for more details on the outage, I had all the limited details that the outage had conveyed within it, which is pretty much nothing other than it's not working and an ETA, which is the same for every single outage.
