@virginmedia Yes, there is. I have outages every week and im trying to work from home. Everytime i call i get the same answer (theres nothing we can do) I asked to raise a complaint and i was told that agents arent allowed? Appalling service!!!!😡

@virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

@schuler_lutz I understand you are Virgin Media CEO. If so I have a complaint for you. I changed my services and agreed a new price with your contact agents. However the price quoted on the contract I then received is over 30% higher than that agreed.

@virginmedia All sorted now thanks. It is frustrating tho’ as it turned out to be an issue with supply but when running the tests in our equipment as advised on your website it said it was a problem with our equipment.
