6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

@virginmedia Yes, but I use the the router in cable modem only mode. I have my own network equipment, so if I had the 2.5gbit port on your equipment I could link with my WAN 2.5gbit port. But it’s ok, time to move I think.
