I cancelled @virginmedia broadband as the price kept increasing, the service wasn't. They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

@virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp I have. They were not great. I did explain that the voice options stated there was an issue. However, your email said it would have been sorted last week. You breached the 6 hour window and the 5 people I spoke to in Timbuktu didn't understand me all that well 🤦#poorservice

@virginmedia Yes that's when it said about intermittent issue in the area. Said to try again in 20 hours then would try to book an engineer. But its been like this all weekend and now today. Yet no reported fault according to service status page.

I phoned #VirginMedia, passed security, had a conversation with a customer care rep. He put me on to someone else. Had a conversation with them. They put me on to someone else who took me through security again. USING THE SAME DETAILS, I FAILED. call ended now what?
