    When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

    @virginmedia im getting really annoyed with your mobile service as I cannot receive any automated text messages (which makes 2FA for some stuff impossible). This is an ongoing issue. Also unable to get through to 150

    @virginmedia been on hold for over an hour and twenty mins with my 90yo dad to try to solve a C130 connection problem. And still no answer. Absolute shambles customer service

    @virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @virginmedia As well as 14 days of no landline I have spent ages on the phone to your "customer service dept" engineer visits that were cancelled and emails with no offer of help. Emails almost unreadable! All because VM migrated me without notice and something I didn't ask for!

    @virginmedia I am a long time virginmedia customer and this type of experience is not new. Basically my phone and router were in separate rooms, and I have been forced to move phone beside router, because engineer was not permitted to re-cable through crawl spaces.

    @virginmedia I have done this!! I have a document which explains what has happened but nobody seems to understand. Who can I send this to? Only the engineer who called seemed to understand the problem and he just emailed someone to get 21CV enabled. Going round in circles here!!

    @virginmedia Today I called again as I was supposed to have an engineer visit to adjust the line and give me my HUB, no engineer was ever booked!!! You now tell me that you have no record of any of my conversations!!! I am amazed at the lack of customer service and the lies constantly told.
