    Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

    Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

    @JonoMoulds We’ve got a problem with Virgin media, too. We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. I’m ****** fuming butt!

    What an earth is happening with virgin media? On trying to cancel my contract I have been sent crazy. 50 minutes waiting for someone to answer only to be then passed on again. Now 1 hour 20 min and nobody has still picked up. Absolute joke & no you can't keep blaming covid 19.

    Hey @virginmedia You really need to look into this complaint Ref C-2701213201, my Dad has been trying to get in touch for days with no reply from yourselves -he agreed to a contract which you've completely changed for the worse, and now doesn't agree to it.

    @virginmedia Non of these methods work give me an email address or a phone number the will be answered or replayed to. That really is the most basic of levels for customer service. Why don’t you try one of your own methods of comms the you will know how ridiculous your company is!

    @virginmedia case with no response. We are working from home and need a reliable broadband. Tired of calling your line and being asked to restart the router with no option to talk to someone. If this issue is not fixed we have no option rather than cancelling the contract (2/2)
