    @virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

    @virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

    Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

    @virginmedia I asked to speak to a manger. I was told a manager wasn’t available but one would call me back within 2 hours. That was 27 days ago. I just want what I’m paying for. It’s cost us a fortune in phone data over the last 7 months due to periods without signal. End of rant.

    @virginmedia I then spoke the CS again on 13th to let them know nothing had changed. I then spoke with the tech team on 24th Nov who said they were aware on the issue as it was a technical fault on our street. I was told engineers were due out within a couple of days to fix it.

    @virginmedia That we couldn’t go on like this. The signal jumps in and out at least 30 times a day. I originally spoke to customer service on 4th Nov and stated I wanted to end my contract. I was told that I had to give 30 days for you to fix it and if you couldn’t then I could leave.
