    @JonoMoulds We’ve got a problem with Virgin media, too. We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. I’m ****** fuming butt!

    Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Yes we’ve booked for Friday. Despite your website saying no issues in the area, the local group says otherwise with at least 6 other households having the same issue. How Virgin justify price increases when the service is not up to standard is beyond me.

    @virginmedia No issues reported in the area. They said that they can see the issue and know it’s causing problems. It was escalated last week and with no update I called again today. Only to be told that “the system” says they have to escalate again & I have to call again tomorrow
