    So we pay over £100 a month for full @virginmedia package and fastest Internet going, but is it so so bad. It keeps cutting out all the time or going slow.

One volunteer has previously written to virgin media posting spent wiring with the letters, but this issue it seems is not being addressed adequately across the whole of the UK

    Once again still on hold from @virginmedia 24 mins takes the piss, to make a complaint the fact we have 1 of there team phone us 4 times a day for the same thing over a week,come on @virginmedia I know you need to promote your packages but 4 times a day for a week. Pls answer 📞.

    Phoned @virginmedia to see what they can do about a payment holiday since we are forced to remain closed for the foreseeable and obviously not using any of our broadband services. They offered a discount of half a months bill. Wow. The worst company we have spoken to so far 😰

    Just as a note even now going into September this still doesn’t work, even others are reviewing your app with the same problem, no one was helpful on the email, @virginmedia you may as well try a VR app might be more reliable than @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

    @virginmedia @ParalympicsGB TV service dreadful all day. I live the other side of Dublin to my parents and they have exact same issue. Seems there may have been an update that has now caused the boxes to go haywire. Turning off and on fixes temporarily then starts again with freezing menus and no channels.
