    @virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

    @virginmedia Internet not working at all. Speed is barely existent considering we paid for the top package regarding speed. An engineer has come to have a look and it hasn’t worked? Really frustrating when you can’t do any work online especially during times of lockdown.

    The worst service ever from @virginmedia - been trying to cancel my account since March. I do appreciate problems with lockdown etc but we’re almost in October! Nobody at all seems to want to take responsibility - passed from pillar to post!

    @virginmedia That BQM is never going to be the full story though because even with 0.5MB/s upload a latency monitor will tell you that everything is OK. Definitely time to detail a forum post if that's the only means of support.

    Moving house on Friday and want to move my @virginmedia services. The advisor told me that they don't supply to my new address and they can't transfer my services. He then told me that I need to pay £150 early cancellation fee to cancel! Absolutely disgusted! Sort it out Virgin!

    @virginmedia I already have done loads if them on my wired PC and it says as I stated above abour crappy download and upload it’s only going up or dowm from 30-45 download at best and I had 100 down and was told on the email about the HUB 5 it would triple my speeds and yet its down down?

    @virginmedia oh my lord I’m struggling with your service as a new customer. I can’t get internet in 3 rooms in our house, your app detects this but then sends me to a place that says there are no boosters left.. chat on your app doesn’t work. Speed right next to the router slow
