@virginmedia Internet not working at all. Speed is barely existent considering we paid for the top package regarding speed. An engineer has come to have a look and it hasn’t worked? Really frustrating when you can’t do any work online especially during times of lockdown.

@virginmedia I have just installed my Hub4 as part of Gig1 I am happy with the upload of 50Mb/s but my download is not as fast as I had hoped as it is around 6-700Mb/s. does the service need to be trained for a couple of days?
