    You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

    @virginmedia I hope so. The extremely patronising and rude person I spoke to yesterday in an abroad call centre told me there was no complaints department and he couldn’t do anything at all until I paid the bill.

    @virginmedia I think it was more a BBC source issue rather than VM wide. The lip sync is just every so slightly out but seemed very put on strictly last night

    @virginmedia I’ve called 08454541111 several times and can’t get through to anyone in a UK call centre who can help. Please can I have a direct number for a UK call centre for complaints or cancellation department immediately? This has been going on months! I am very stressed and very annoyed

    @George_Nixon97 You say @virginmedia doesn't have inflation-linked increases, but they certainly apply a hefty price rise mid-contract - including the totally unjustifiable 3.9% on top. This is to "help improve services and add new infrastructure", even if we don't want "new services"...

    @virginmedia An update as requested. Two different engineers came yesterday but still not able to fix the problem. Sounds like the under street cable box needs a part which they dont have. So still in limbo and not sure when they can come back to fix.

    @virginmedia I rang them 14 times yesterday (while working) and haven’t been able to speak to a manager. The line quality of your offshore call centres is horrific. Managers are too busy to discuss my issue. I have zero appetite to ring or engage with VM further. Cancelling my direct debit

    Can I speak to an actual person at @virginmedia urgently, I am going around in circles on the website and the phone number I’m ringing gives automated responses with the same questions but does not give me the opportunity to speak to anyone? The ‘bot’ was no help either 😡

    @virginmedia Broadband, TV and phone down since 4th. Problems for a few days before that. Website says no issues in my area but call centre confirms there is an issue in the area. Was told it would be fixed by 7th. Now told 10am 9th. Please confirm we will be compensated.
