    @virginmedia Our tele has no signal, had problems with it for a few weeks. Some channels just have an error message of ‘no signal’ and others are pixelated so badly that you can’t see the programme at all 😩

    @MauroDiogo @JimSterling @virginmedia It's a shame because I've been very lucky and had excellent service from Virgin in 3 properties, I was always the first one to defend them but alot of people seem to be having issues with customer service specifically recently. Really not good enough

    @virginmedia Hi! My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!

    @JayDGee @JimSterling @virginmedia having worked in a call centre years ago, i never understood how managers couldnt figure out you can have lots of calls taken or most calls fixed, you cant really have both.

    Trying to speak to someone at @virginmedia about a contract but can't get through to someone to ask a question, and nowhere online seems to answer it...? Really bad when actually trying to renew a contract rather than cancelling!!!
