@virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

@virginmedia WiFi has been out for 12 hours. I’ve tried resetting the hub 3, turning it off at mains etc. Nothing is working. Service checker on your website says no broadband issues in this area
