@virginmedia I have been waiting a reply on your message service in the app since 22nd March for someone to tell me my bill amount has changed. Call centres closed and text number not replying except standard computer answers! Poor service

@virginmedia and I could get £165 as a new customer through @Top_CashBack where is the incentive for me to stay with you! 😡 especially when you have harassed me with phone calls since I rang to terminate my services! Very poor!

@virginmedia I don’t want to waste more of my day doing that, I want you to do what you (publicly) said you’d do, stop lying to customers online and actually do something to help. Virgin is worth £19.5 billion, I’m sure you can make the situation I’d imagine lots of people are in bearable.

@virginmedia we’ve been having trouble with our internet all morning went through your service status and did the checks and it said there was a problem and booked engineer to come out tomorrow and now all of a sudden it’s started working so can I cancel the engineer please

@virginmedia absolutely shocking customer service! cancelled my services as of 21st March, rang you today to see what you could offer me to stay and you offer me the same package at £17 more expensive, but offer new customers the same deal but £5 cheaper that I currently pay!

@virginmedia Hi John after our tweets yesterday, i got a text to say my engineer appointment was on hold whilst a network issue was investigated. Then everything worked all day! I've woken up today and it's all off again. Do you know anything further? Will the engineer still come tomorrow?

@virginmedia See there , right there is the problem with Virgin Media. DO YOU NOT THINK WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO JUST THAT. I'm pretty sure you can expect people to be cancelling contracts right left and centre due to NOT being able to get through, especially the elderly.
