    @virginmedia have got to be the worst company to go with for broadband. Paying the “best broadband “ yet it drops every week. Trying to order a booster is a ******* nightmare , absolutely joke, shouldn’t even left SKY. Tamping 😡😤

    After calling Linksys, it was 45 mins on the phone with @virginmedia with the agent arguing with me that they can’t help with my hub if it’s in modem mode only for them to pass it on to someone else who changes a setting and asks me to reset. 30 wait for results now.

    @virginmedia broadband was down in night. Says it’s fixed but I have no wifi though when I run a test after switching off router I’m told there’s nothing wrong. Postcode is CF631ET

    When I renew, @virginmedia offer free AirPods with some plans and @O2 do the same! So much for customer loyalty, they just want more and more money! 🤬

    @virginmedia Not sure who we’ve been speaking to for the last day. But they’ve been the most helpful member of staff we’ve had contact with over the last five months. Has not only helped me fix the problem, answered any questions, but is taking my formal complaint further for us.

    What a nice engineer, superb customer service, friendly and chatty..... only thing is George’s van has broken down outside , he’s doing his paperwork there then popping in for a brew and a crumpet while he waits for recovery 👍🏼@virginmedia

    @virginmedia I pay £40 a month JUST for WiFi!!!! it’s horrendous. Slow, can’t handle streaming a simple Amazon Prime video, and I’m getting charged DOUBLE what I paid originally a few years back! I’ll be phoning to leave Monday morning, £40 is terrible, let alone for poor service

    @virginmedia It says there are no problems in my area so surely this means it’s our actual WiFi itself? Not sure what the issue is but the past few days it’s been flickering on and off and now it’s completely out. The broadband symbol and (usually a) white line is flashing green in intervals

    @virginmedia can you tell me why my fibre hasn’t been installed because of a ‘wayleave’ issue (supposed to be installed 8/2) yet my neighbour (same type of house, terrace townhouse) is now the THIRD person to have virgin installed TODAY in our street with no ‘wayleave’ issue.
