    @virginmedia pls can you help? Website and app help doesn't address the technical issues and don't provide way to contact you. Phoned 150, automated system said it would update & restart TV. Nothing happened. Can't watch recorded programmes since 12th Oct. Frustrating!

    @virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

    @virginmedia Rebooted and still got the same problem. Can you advise on getting a refund for the above fault ref which has been going on since the 7th of October. Amount on bill is the same do I need to wait for fault to be resolved and is it automatic as told previously?

    @virginmedia I understand that but if it’s not related to virgin how did they get my service provider and date payment is due,customer services are aware of this,as a service provider have you informed potential victims that this has happened?

    @virginmedia Received a text message with a link saying that my bill had not been paid and update my details checked my bank and paid that day customer services confirmed this also this is the second time this has happened why does my information keep getting breached?

    @virginmedia What is the point. Virgin NEVER calls back when promising to resolve an issue. I'm not kidding. Sadly I'm still a customer. Multiple HOURS with your call centres to resolve a simple issue. None of the people manning the phones are empowered to solve problems not on preset lists.

    @paulmc_96 @virginmedia Wasn't aware of this, but somehow doesn't surprise me. They spend so much time doing "maintenance" for so-called "improvements" ..I never see any improvement when they are done. Sick of it. Thanks for enlightening me though.

    If I had £1 for every time my bloody wifi broadband died today (most days) ..3 guesses? Yep @virginmedia again. Most unreliable network 2022. #sofedup Right now it's down. Went off 10mins ago. Thanks 👏 Maybe I should stop paying my bill for every day I lose connection.

    @virginmedia I’ve sent you a complaint 3 times and in 2 we no reply from you. Your customer service brought me to the point of an emotional breakdown, the broadband signal you provide is poor and yet you charge me for something I don’t have and never used!I dispute the 47£ charge
