@virginmedia as a former TV customer, now just broadband, I want to reconnect a TV package. I already have 3 boxes in my house can they not be just reconnected instead of sending my out a box?

@virginmedia still waiting since 7.30 am for the engineer to come to sort out the problems we are having, he’s 25 minutes to get here ( we were given 7.30-13 slot) still no tv since Thursday!

@virginmedia With respect, your customer service advisors are useless. As is the technology for contacting them. As per my initial message. Last time I went through this I was booked a chat appointment by your twitter team with someone who specifically handled the complaint.

@virginmedia is it normal practice when a call is made to you about problems with the tivo box (3rd time this year) that you're then on a call for over an hr at at the end of it promised an upgrade, go thro all the protocols only to be told actually you can't have that

@virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

Properly for the best part of a yr doesn't seem a problem to yourselves but your quite happy to take out monthly payment for a service we're paying for but you're not providing & seem to be in no hurry to provide it. Disgraceful service @virginmedia

@JohnNhslove @virginmedia Thank you! I have put up with those issues for far too long. I have the basic broadband, TV, landline. Broadband connection gets lost several times a day. Virgin did replace my outdated hub but it hasn’t solved the problem. Time to up my research into other providers.

@virginmedia Issues in so16 area. Intermittent disconnection every 20 minutes. Your customer service is appalling. Have been hung up on various times, and have been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes.
