So we pay over £100 a month for full @virginmedia package and fastest Internet going, but is it so so bad. It keeps cutting out all the time or going slow.

Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

@Spudsghost @EE The @virginmedia crapness is to do with their router I think it’s useless and can’t send the WiFi through paper thin plasterboard or handle the TV signal

@virginmedia All of the above, depending on if you can adhere to the terms agreed in my contract. I agreed to this contract on the basis of zero price hikes. I was told if there was a price hike I could simply email. If you refuse to remove the price hike, cancel my contract.

@virginmedia are the worst possible internet provider. imagine not having internet for a month because they didn't finish doing the installation and then you get delayed by another month for the same reason. no temporary dongle either - i have to pay for it they said.
