@virginmedia We had a 6 day internet outage at the end of July. I’ve just got the bill for next month and there are no credits on it to account for the outage - we’re still being charged the same amount.

@virginmedia The internet keeps on dropping signal for a about ten minutes at a time. It’s happened every morning this week. When it happens the green symbol appears on the box and you need to wait it out. Frustrating when in meetings and it drops. Ive checked online and there’s no issues
