    @virginmedia You can, I assume this is potentially an agency who is managing their social media accounts. So you can kindly pass these on to a manager from the complaints team please. This is beyond poor customer service!

    @virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

    @virginmedia pls can you help? Website and app help doesn't address the technical issues and don't provide way to contact you. Phoned 150, automated system said it would update & restart TV. Nothing happened. Can't watch recorded programmes since 12th Oct. Frustrating!

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusted that I had to make multiple calls to find out it is an intermittent outage with Virgin and has been since 6 Feb. Timeline to fix moved from yesterday to 25 Feb. Living with this for almost a month. No ability to get updates online. 1/2

    @virginmedia Constantly too busy & advised to phone back later. Phoned today my bill has gone through the roof, wi-fi is still patchy (ethernet cabled devices fine). Told to phone back on 1st March for better offers and reasons to stay. After nearly 30 years its time to move. Thx for help x

    @virginmedia I wish for virgin media to help me sort this out and remove all the negative defaults. If I had known I would have paid the day my pak code was utilised. I have recently had cancer treatment and need some help sorting this out.
