    @virginmedia Internet not working at all. Speed is barely existent considering we paid for the top package regarding speed. An engineer has come to have a look and it hasn’t worked? Really frustrating when you can’t do any work online especially during times of lockdown.

    The worst service ever from @virginmedia - been trying to cancel my account since March. I do appreciate problems with lockdown etc but we’re almost in October! Nobody at all seems to want to take responsibility - passed from pillar to post!

    @virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

    @virginmedia I finally got round to calling somebody about a package upgrade and apparently the Volt Ultimate that is £85 is only available to new customers and a 20yr+ customer can only get the same package for for nearly £30 a month more. I am appalled.

    @virginmedia Not good enough when we’ve had the issue all week and your advisors have told us somebody would call us and have escalated as a complaint and we’ve had no call and no wifi. Shocking that even on here the service is bad, what is going on??? How am I supposed to work from home…

    @virginmedia I made 10 calls & spent 5hrs on the phone to not get anywhere. Just because its sorted now doesn't take away the frustration that was caused. They were rude, they lied to me, called me a liar, unacceptable. Sophie was the only one who cared enough not to mess me about.

    Interesting that the "thinking of leaving us" option puts me through to someone instantly, but "I've moved house and need to cancel" option I'm still on hold 50 minutes later. @virginmedia do better.
