@virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

@virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

@virginmedia No just heard someone in the background and they hung up! I’m assuming there’s 14 day cooling off period. As currently you’ve installed something that doesn’t work. All I need apparently is the wi-fi pods but can’t get anyone to send. Please escalate as a complaint
