    @virginmedia pls can you help? Website and app help doesn't address the technical issues and don't provide way to contact you. Phoned 150, automated system said it would update & restart TV. Nothing happened. Can't watch recorded programmes since 12th Oct. Frustrating!

    @virginmedia You can, I assume this is potentially an agency who is managing their social media accounts. So you can kindly pass these on to a manager from the complaints team please. This is beyond poor customer service!

    @virginmedia right - how on earth do you actually speak to someone in your team? If I have issues with my broadband, it’s not exactly practical to advise me to head to your website! Any options on how to speak to someone?

    @virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

    @virginmedia Rebooted and still got the same problem. Can you advise on getting a refund for the above fault ref which has been going on since the 7th of October. Amount on bill is the same do I need to wait for fault to be resolved and is it automatic as told previously?

    @virginmedia Last pt... a helpful member of the community just advised me to text a random mobile number for help. May be innocent but I have no idea if that is a @virginmedia number ... feels a little suspicious / could be a scam? Hope the moderators track these types of things too.

    @virginmedia The tv signal keeps going fuzzy and pixilated. All connections are in properly, and have rebooted the box about 20 times . It’s been saying on your website that engineers are working on it for the last 3 months. Could I need a new box.

    Not only are @virginmedia incompetent @VirginMoney are a shambles too. 100+ minutes just to get bereavement team to answer the phone? 11 hours total on phone so far plus having to visit branch who are rude and inconsiderate. Our life has been a nightmare with Virgin this year!

    @virginmedia I called customer service about price increase and was offered a great deal which I agreed to. When I called to double check, they told me the agreed contract will be much more than what I was told. This is unacceptable. Please call me to discuss immediately.

    @virginmedia I tried to give you notice via Whatsapp which is where I was directed to, been doing that since Monday and got frustrated with the diabolical service. I waited for hours of dealing with stupid automated responses. Clear sign you care nothing about customers.
