@virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

@virginmedia Nope was assured I would be contacted within half an hour I was contacted about contract coming to an end and explained still having issues despite 2 engineer visits and a replacement hub so would not be staying and how annoyed I was and was assured it would be sorted today!

@virginmedia It’s the worst service possible, I will not be purchasing the boosters I can have one part of my package, the fact you don’t have any is the problem, because I don’t have any choice but to use Virgin it’s easy to treat customers as you feel and get away with it
