@virginmedia Last pt... a helpful member of the community just advised me to text a random mobile number for help. May be innocent but I have no idea if that is a @virginmedia number ... feels a little suspicious / could be a scam? Hope the moderators track these types of things too.

@virginmedia After having broadband and tv issues for a month now was told there would be an automatic credit on my bill but nothing is showing. Can you look at this for me please?

@virginmedia You can, I assume this is potentially an agency who is managing their social media accounts. So you can kindly pass these on to a manager from the complaints team please. This is beyond poor customer service!

@virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

@virginmedia right - how on earth do you actually speak to someone in your team? If I have issues with my broadband, it’s not exactly practical to advise me to head to your website! Any options on how to speak to someone?

@virginmedia Okay I'll keep paying you for something that doesn't work and wait for another customer to advise how to resolve the issue... or if I'm really lucky a moderator might get in touch... 👌 Is there an SLA?

@virginmedia Just spent an hour on hold waiting for you to pick up only to be told that you can’t fix my broadband because you don’t have the right network tools to access my broadband box, I’ve been told to call back in 4 hours. Is this really the case?
