Benjamin Hartrey (@benj8min) reported from Cardiff, Wales@virginmedia With respect, your customer service advisors are useless. As is the technology for contacting them. As per my initial message. Last time I went through this I was booked a chat appointment by your twitter team with someone who specifically handled the complaint.
-
Lee Smith 🌻 (@djleekee) reported from Cardiff, Wales@virginmedia The channel 4 one seems a bit flakey too. The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.
-
Monkenstien. (@3_monk) reported from Beechwood, Wales@virginmedia I get your bills, that is how I realised as a loyal customer I am paying £40 plus a month for Internet access only. -
Steve Mowat (@SteveMowat4) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@virginmedia Both those lights should be green. Any red lights mean there is a network fault either on a cable or on the box to which the cable screws into. Now please tell me, what is so difficult to send someone out to investigate that??
-
Darren Coomber (@Dazc090861) reported from Cardiff, Wales@virginmedia In Dec, you sent an email thanking me for making changes & what I'd get from now on & it'd cost over twice as much as I was paying. I never asked for any changes & in one of the many, calls I've made, I was told that your Oomph bundle department had shut around the same time.

Colin Smith (@smithco76) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Same experience when my father died in September. Everyone was fantastic. Insurance, banks, utilities. Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads
-
Alex Burton (@AlexBass08) reportedMore issues with @virginmedia. My nan was out of contract and they repeatedly called with "better deals". She wanted to lower her bill but ended up paying more after being sold 500Mb broadband and Sky Cinema. She lives alone. I called back and said it felt like elder abuse. Why?
-
Freispch (@freispch) reportedCurrently suing Virgin Media so know what you mean. They caused me to miss a critical operation on my upper spine. Been left with life changing chronic nerve damage.

-
David Owens (@DavidOw38948049) reported@virginmedia 1/2 As Virgin do not have a email Address and as a non customer I am unable to send the following “I am the owner/occupier of [address will be given in a email) This external box and cables are unused, unwanted, and not covered by any agreement binding me. See page 2
-
Leon Fleming (@leonfleming) reported@virginmedia I've just sent you a DM about my virgin 360 box. Please help.
-
Mayur Shikotra (@Mayur_pdf) reportedShocking bad service by @virginmedia. Engineer was meant to come to see if our property could get broadband. Apparently he “turned up” and decided we cannot have broadband. All while I’ve been waiting here for him. Checked CCTV and no sign of this engineer.
