How lovely to receive a @virginmedia bill with a totally unexpected 20% price increase. No letter, no email, no warning - and no help on the phone! This now makes a total 50% increase in two years ... next job is switch provider 🤨

  • HayleyaReed hayley reed (@HayleyaReed) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

@virginmedia please sort out your fiber broadband! I have only been with you since the end of Dec & have had nothing but problems, I work from home but sometimes have to go to the local @CostaCoffee to use theirs to save me & be able to do my job just because yours is so unstable

  • EmmaRya61456992 Emma Ryan (@EmmaRya61456992) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia Yes I’ve been given several messages from several departments but no answers from anyone! My complaint is currently with your legal team

  • michaelck1972 Michael (@michaelck1972) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia It’s always this poor. Just a poor service from you. Completely inconsistent and the WiFi is a joke. A reboot makes no difference.

  • julianevans11 Julian Evans (@julianevans11) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia Engineer has just left. We’re up to 200Mbps now. Still want compensating for no service for Thur & Fri though!

  • EmmaRya61456992 Emma Ryan (@EmmaRya61456992) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia And that’s been the consistent problem, you’re one organisation who fail to talk to your own internal departments! Not what us Customers want! Very poor Customer service 😡@TomMockridgeVM

  • williams_dai Dai Williams (@williams_dai) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia Hi, so pissed of with @virginmedia I’m writing formally to your Customer Services Director. Also talking to BBC Radio 4’s You & Yours consumer programme. So will hope to sort it via one if those routes. @richardbranson

  • Carl_E88 This is Carl (@Carl_E88) reported from Cardiff, Wales

  • pontyboi daniel james lewis (@pontyboi) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@itvMLshow how do I go about getting a refund for a misold contract from @virginmedia I told them I was moving house during contract but they said the area would be covered which its not & have now been charged a cancellation fee of £177. Customer service has been dreadful.

  • pontyboi daniel james lewis (@pontyboi) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia I have called this number twice but am still awaiting a further call back. It is shocking that a company can charge such high fees especially as I was told when taking the contract moving house would not cause any issues. If you would wish to call me directly please dm me.

  • HayleyaReed hayley reed (@HayleyaReed) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

Getting really annoyed with bad internet service with @virginmedia we pay for the top package yet still not able to connect today! Upgrade of hub is in need of i think as I’ve heard lots of bad reviews on the one we have

  • GreggC_CC Gregg 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@GreggC_CC) reported from Newport, Wales

@jackfb22 @btsport @btsportrugby @virginmedia Glad it's on channel 4 too today. Even if it's not so good commentary. Has to be a feed issue somewhere, because the adverts were fine.

  • michaelck1972 Michael (@michaelck1972) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@preospurs @virginmedia They’re in breach of their contract with the service so I will have a right to cancel.

  • berryleigh Berry (@berryleigh) reported from Beechwood, Wales

@virginmedia I’m on the phone as I have problem with the WIFI and the manager in the call centre is screaming at your call centre staff. Really, really incorporate. Disgusting.

  • pimlights Paul Middleton (@pimlights) reported from Newport, Wales

@virginmedia crawling to a halt again. Yesterday evening very slow - 1.5Mb download. Now so low that can’t login to any online services or run Speedtest - latency too low. Virgin Media app says “good service”, but the Help Desk admits it is not going to be fixed until 29th Mar!!!

  • michaelck1972 Michael (@michaelck1972) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia It’s supposed to be a 100Mbps service but it’s rarely at that speed. No WiFi in the kitchen (5meters away) and in the bedrooms upstairs. It’s th worst WiFi I’ve had in years. Kids can’t use PS4 in the room directly next to the one with the router in it.

  • EricArthurBlai4 Eric Arthur Blair (@EricArthurBlai4) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

.@SkyHelpTeam was due to have Sky broadband fitted on Feb 1st ... it is now March 25th & I just get fobbed off with you blaming @WeAreOpenreach If only @virginmedia coverd my postcode I wouldn’t have this problem ..

  • Lil_Dix1984 kate dixon (@Lil_Dix1984) reported from Victoria, Wales

@virginmedia fuming! 😡. Sick of calling tech support, waiting 30mins to answer call. Apparently no probes with broadband yet we still get non😡😡. Not paying it anymore!...cancel😡 #useless #broadband

@steamgangmember @virginmedia Who are you thinking of going with? I’ve been with Virgin, sadly, for close to 15 years now and this new blatant rip off (which happens every year) mixed with the already mentioned woeful and inadequate service means I may well leave this time. Enough is enough.

  • angelabob43 Angelabob43 (@angelabob43) reported

@virginmedia have had no WiFi/Internet for well over 24 hours in Barry area. Virgin media website says no issues but when ringing advising there are issues in Cf628uj area. When doing a test on my hub it says I need to book a technician. Please advise

  • iMcWarner Jay (@iMcWarner) reported

@virginmedia #virginmedia £12 a month price rise? You’re kidding right? £1080 a year for average TV and overpriced broadband when I can get fibre for £30? Be ready for my 150 call to cancel. You’re taking the pi$$.
