Terrible service from #virginmedia for 3 months+. Spent hours on the phone for the goalposts to be moved again. Apparently if you are residential customer intermittent service in a 24 hour period is acceptable, even if that is 10 minutes Bye bye 🖐🏻🖐🏻#bonvoyage

Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

@virginmedia Hi John @virginmedia the fault has been with us for 6 weeks or more. The engineer explained to me what needed to happen in order to rectify it. I don’t understand why it is taking so long, nothing is so complex that it takes this long to fix. By the 26th Feb it will be 8 weeks
