    @virginmedia It works intermittently. This has been discussed over a series of phone calls through 12 months. A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

    Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

    @syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

    @virginmedia I have a TiVo box but my tv screen keeps pixelating. It is not restricted to 1 channel. I have turned the box off at the plug but it has made no difference. Can you help?

    @virginmedia The same as before. I type in *70 then the number & a recorded voice says the service is unavailable. I even called from my mobile & did it with the operator listening. They’re saying it’s activated & the next person said you’d turned it off. So being told different things.
