Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

@virginmedia No. The original contract has only now been cancelled along with outstanding payment as I received no service. This is thanks to Ombudsman not VM. VM still not cancelled new contract (created without consent) despite 14 day cooling period and chasing me for payment. Complete joke
