    The worst service ever from @virginmedia - been trying to cancel my account since March. I do appreciate problems with lockdown etc but we’re almost in October! Nobody at all seems to want to take responsibility - passed from pillar to post!

    @virginmedia if i cancel my contract now and pay cancellation fees, i would still have to pay for you services up to march. But you will cut me off today. I find that really outlandish/barbaric.

    @virginmedia the last time i rang Customer services they told me that the cancelation fee was just the remainder of my contract totalled up. so i would have to pay £145 a month till contract end date which was march. why in the hell would i pay for a service to not receive it?
