    @virginmedia Not sure who we’ve been speaking to for the last day. But they’ve been the most helpful member of staff we’ve had contact with over the last five months. Has not only helped me fix the problem, answered any questions, but is taking my formal complaint further for us.

    @virginmedia We had a 6 day internet outage at the end of July. I’ve just got the bill for next month and there are no credits on it to account for the outage - we’re still being charged the same amount.

    @virginmedia broadband was down in night. Says it’s fixed but I have no wifi though when I run a test after switching off router I’m told there’s nothing wrong. Postcode is CF631ET

    @virginmedia No, and it never does despite having the issue multiple times per week. Wired devices seem to work fine but the WiFi drops. It's not my devices not in range, I get the green WiFi blinking light. 2.4Ghz drops first then 5Ghz
