@virginmedia I hope so. The extremely patronising and rude person I spoke to yesterday in an abroad call centre told me there was no complaints department and he couldn’t do anything at all until I paid the bill.

@virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

Well after 20 years of being a loyal @skytv customer its time to leave. They have taken my custom for granted expecting me to accept poor customer service well I won't & I'm not. @skytv loss is very much @virginmedia gain.

@virginmedia It isn't my WIFI pod, the one I ordered in 2019 never turned up and VM ignored me, the current WIFI pod apparently heading to my home was ordered by VM in an attempt to appease my official complaint with regards to breaching the equality act 2010. It is that I want to address.
