    @virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

    @virginmedia Internet not working at all. Speed is barely existent considering we paid for the top package regarding speed. An engineer has come to have a look and it hasn’t worked? Really frustrating when you can’t do any work online especially during times of lockdown.

    @virginmedia I’ve lost track to be honest. I was told the cable needed replacing to my property. First it was 25/05/22, then 08/06/22, then 16/06/22, then 08/07/22, then 21/07/22, then 12/08/22. And then I was told upgrading to 500mb would cure all of my connectivity issues but no change
