You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

@virginmedia I have just run another wired speed test and it’s dropped to 260 why is there such a big swing in speed all the time? My last provider speed was consistent always around 180 down and up yet my speed with you is hit and miss? Also why am I not able to opt out of hotspot???

Hey @virginmedia I’m losing the will to live. The WIFI in my house is next to useless. I do a scan and it say I need a booster. Try and order a booster on your sight and it dose a second scan and it says my signal is great so won’t let me order a booster. MY WIFI IS TERRIBLE 😡😡
