@virginmedia anyone thinking of getting their Wi-fi, think again. We’ve been with the now since NTL days and this HUB 3.0 has been the worst!! Not as good as the make out. The router is in a good position not hidden away yet it’s still crap!!

@virginmedia I pay £40 a month JUST for WiFi!!!! it’s horrendous. Slow, can’t handle streaming a simple Amazon Prime video, and I’m getting charged DOUBLE what I paid originally a few years back! I’ll be phoning to leave Monday morning, £40 is terrible, let alone for poor service

@virginmedia absolutely shocking customer service! cancelled my services as of 21st March, rang you today to see what you could offer me to stay and you offer me the same package at £17 more expensive, but offer new customers the same deal but £5 cheaper that I currently pay!

Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

@Nicklesby @virginmedia I'd say I am but I don't like complaining when it's tax payers money. But I'm starting to. (I put 67 coz I forgot we got paid so much more than that 😜) Correct their is little support, plus a danger they start meddling if you seek it. Not tried income support as yet.

@virginmedia So 4G data down again in the IG10 area. constantly getting drop outs. Call 150 about mobile data and slow broadband speeds only to finally get put through to someone on a horrendous bad line and sounds like his a million miles from the microphone #issuenotresolved
