    @virginmedia hi, just had an email saying that our bill it going to raise from £30 to £57.50 & that we have been signed upto an 18month contract! I never signed anything or have had any kind of letter to inform me of this. We have very little money, all on job seekers or furlough

    @virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

    @agmshankar @virginmedia Considering doing the same, they have increased the package price again this year (that's the second year in a row) and the network reliability seems to be getting increasingly worse in our area at least.

    @virginmedia I made a complaint January 12th. I phoned on 15th to chase it. I was told you would be in touch and you haven’t been. Your T’s and C’s say 28 days. We are now on day 38! You responded quickly to @SophieEB how come you can show everyone the same respect! Your rubbish!

    @virginmedia A tech was due this morning and never arrived. I was told I’d be charged £25 if I missed it yet can’t get an answer as to why they never came, I don’t get the £25 do I? Plus I still have no WiFi, costing extra in data and a hub that doesn’t work.

    @virginmedia Hi there, Since Monday 22 August the tv service pixelated and the broad band kept dropping out. We were advised it was an outage issue that the virgin engineers were working to resolve by 1st September. Since 1st of September the tv and broadband stopped working entirely.

    @virginmedia Plus my mother in law had the same issue and I rang to report it at the same time. Hers was sorted within a few days after she got an email from you. So the ‘no quick fix’ is total nonsense.

    Typical @virginmedia cancel my services as moving out of network area. Haven’t been in minimum term for months. Phone operator said there is no early termination charge. 5 minutes after coming off the phone “prove your new address to avoid early termination charges” 🙄🙄

    @virginmedia No one returns calls or sorts. Virgin community no answer. Another fob off here it appears. Why isn’t there a quick fix just to simply add Netflix back on as per my contract? Shouldn’t £10.99 per month be credited until you sort so I can pay it directly. It isn’t acceptable.

    @virginmedia The only thing is that there is never knowledge of any previous tickets issued on my account of which there are now 6. No knowledge of my problem at all so I have to say it all again. This gives no confidence that this won’t go on eternally as surely they should know.
