We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. There's an issue with @chloemphoto's router which isn't getting resolved and the easiest solution is to replace it asap.
