@virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

@virginmedia I hope so. The extremely patronising and rude person I spoke to yesterday in an abroad call centre told me there was no complaints department and he couldn’t do anything at all until I paid the bill.

@virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

@virginmedia disappointed. New customer & whenon phone2 buy wasnt asked if had had the virgin connection in wall told a router sent which plugs in. Arrived yesterday and didn't fit our wall connection so need engineer, old broadband provider cancelled so now we have no broadband

@virginmedia It says there arent any outages, it advised me to turn on intelligent wifi, which I have, and it has seems to have fixed it! ill get back in touch if i continue having problems. thanks!
