@virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

@agmshankar @virginmedia Considering doing the same, they have increased the package price again this year (that's the second year in a row) and the network reliability seems to be getting increasingly worse in our area at least.

Honestly @virginmedia has to be the biggest load of **** ever. We never have WiFi, even the TV that’s hooked up to the Ethernet cable isn’t working. At least once a day the WiFi drops. We live in Bristol, not the ******* outback

@Ofcom hi there @virginmedia are charging me for fibre350 and im getting 30 at the best there customer service will not even send out a engineer to look. This has been going on for months. I have just spent over 2 hours on the phone again to them all they said is complain to you.

@virginmedia trying to watch the live rugby on bt sport is impossible and painful with all the flickering from the feed you are sending out, this has happened the whole of the first half with no appologies or rectifying the problem, any chance of sorting?

@ce_johnston @virginmedia Good luck with that. Took me 3 hours to cancel my account with them yesterday after 4 years of drop outs and non existent customer service. Letters ignored, hours spent on hold with no resolutions just empty apologies. Its the worst customer service ive ever experience.

@virginmedia The PS4 is about 6ft away from the router but someone at Sony said it was probably a problem with the VM router. Unsure how accurate this is but my speed was fluctuating between 16Mb/s and 60Mb/s with my Sky Q box as well

@virginmedia really disappointed with the level of service we have had of late. Service costs have increased but the latest issue is we have had no TV or internet since 9pm and being told it will tske until at least 4pm to get resolved. Its really not good enough.
