One volunteer has previously written to virgin media posting spent wiring with the letters, but this issue it seems is not being addressed adequately across the whole of the UK

Once again still on hold from @virginmedia 24 mins takes the piss, to make a complaint the fact we have 1 of there team phone us 4 times a day for the same thing over a week,come on @virginmedia I know you need to promote your packages but 4 times a day for a week. Pls answer 📞.

@virginmedia I have had a letter to say my sons email address is sending spam emails. I have changed my password just in case but am having an issue with certain emails being undelivered. Have you put a spam indicator on my emails. This is causing me big problems

@virginmedia To be honest the telephone support from call centre was very poor. No answer to my request about customers who are vulnerable and who else I could talk to. Just “wait another 72 hours” .....It was email, Facebook and twitter messages that helped

@virginmedia Yes was street instalation, large box outside my garden, long trench dug then re dug for alterations between 2 house, supposedly 3 attempts have been made to clean but not on my CCTV. Pathway never been touched.

@jriekemann Seems to be an issue with filters from providers. We have same issue with Virgin Media. Once I switch off parental filter or switch to 4G it’s fine. They’re aware of the issue.
