    @virginmedia I’ve had a text to say our issue will be resolved by 1/12 but this seems to be a continuous issue and I have a child trying to do schoolwork from home due to Covid so it’s vital our BB is working and for our heating too which works via wifi.

    @virginmedia I will do and am hoping by then it will be 100% perfect. My neighbours and I are pretty fed up especially at the tv service keeps going off too

    @virginmedia soooo over virgin wifi in cathays, can’t go longer than 10 mins without it going down and the website constantly says there’s an issue in the area that’s ‘soon to be fixed’ omfg rahhh

    @virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

    Got to love @virginmedia, having spent 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone in their technical service, finally get through to be told they close in 15 minutes nothing they can do 😳 on the WiFi black spots better off getting something from Amazon 🤬🤯

    @virginmedia What’s your customer service telephone number? Can’t find one anywhere. Don’t want a “Message Bot” - I want a human to sort out our problem. Wife’s a GP trying to provide patient care from home -can’t because of broadband problems. Don’t tell me to reset the router!!

    @virginmedia intermittent connection fault on broadband for almost 36 hours...its farcical and so annoying not being able to use a service for which I'm paying. How long does it take engineers to fix this fault? Was told the fix would occur this morning but alas! #Help

    If any other services are available in your area. Avoid @virginmedia at all costs. They cancelled our instillation with no valid reason, then rebooked, and have now cancelled again. A month of extensions with no help whatsoever. Years of payments and the worst service ever

    @virginmedia hi. My wifi is very intermittent. I used to get 100+ download and now I’m lucky to get 10-20. I’ve run every test in your website, reset everything and it’s showing no fault to the service.

    @Nasty19571 @virginmedia SS14 current fix time 22.15, far to long. Engineers have been on whitmore way today, looks like arranged work as there are temp traffic lights in place. They have clearly broke something 😡

    @virginmedia Your engineer was not at my house. According to your service status web page there was a fault IN THE AREA and an engineer was on his way. He couldnt have been much good because the line went down again THREE more times after it was supposedly fixed. Not good enough, unreliable.

    @virginmedia Just had a text at 3.30 after being off all day to say it's going to be off until 2000. Then another text straight after saying the issue is fixed. I now have wifi and TV. But a whole working day lost and only £15 compensation, doesn't even cover my hourly rate.

    @arqiva Committed, but don’t respond to posts? Why is it acceptable that because I have virgin media downstairs, but no channels upstairs through Ariel that we won’t get any help. I think a refund of license, or part is a fair compensation. It’s irrelevant. I don’t get what I pay for.
