@virginmedia You can, I assume this is potentially an agency who is managing their social media accounts. So you can kindly pass these on to a manager from the complaints team please. This is beyond poor customer service!

@virginmedia so you think it’s acceptable to too my bill up by£29 a month after being with yourself for 17 years . After speaking to a so called customer service advisor I have to wait 28 days for a response 😡😡😡 new customers getting better deals

Contract with @virginmedia is expiring up £20 p/m. Great Black Friday deal for new customers. Won’t match it. Told if sign up in my name as new customer (currently in partner’s name) they’ll offer it-great but still want £35 one off fee for equipment -we have equipment here 🙈

Absolutely disgusting customer service by @virginmedia ordered broadband over 2 weeks ago to stay in touch with loved ones. Setup pack keeps disappearing in the post. Numerous phone calls, hours on hold, being hung up on TWICE and dealing with the rudest & most inefficient staff.

@virginmedia I renewed my contract in October, and mentioned it again then, they claimed they weren't doing anything for NHS staff *at all*, so I just renewed the package I was already on (because despite being terrible, you still offer the fastest speed to my address)
