  • TruVetCommando TruVetCommando (@TruVetCommando) reported from Avonmouth, England

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • eilidh32 eilidh (@eilidh32) reported

@virginmedia Having issues with internet since upgrade in sept. It’s intermittent. we regularly can’t watch catchup on tv in same room as the hub. Lady told us could see issues & due compensation, rude man told us nothing wrong & just to get a cable! Not ideal cable across room & small child!

  • LucutiousGaming Lucutious (@LucutiousGaming) reported

We all know the aim of companies is to make money. That being said, we are currently in a pandemic with lockdowns. People have been furloughed or even lost their jobs and yet @virginmedia sends me a letter saying they are raising everyone’s prices. Appalling customer service!!

  • Kemlock Kemlock (@Kemlock) reported

If you're having wifi problems I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but the wifi ain't one. Now that I've purchased a new router because the virginmedia one is cheap nasty shite that doesn't hold a connect past 3 metres.

  • ScottBraddick Scott Braddick (@ScottBraddick) reported

@virginmedia Who do I speak to about appalling customer service where we have been left for 4 days with no internet, no phone and no tv, because you guys screwed up and we have been promised reconnection 3 times now?

  • kevincorky Kev (@kevincorky) reported

@virginmedia they said due to covid and the cable not being in I probably wouldn't be due compensation but it wasn't my fault the cable wasn't installed to my property by virgin prior to 19 Feb ready for connection. i believe im eligible as the service wasn't installed on the promised date

  • magpie1862 Dean Thomas (@magpie1862) reported

@virginmedia To be honest I would of liked to discuss this over the phone. But with no one answering my calls to discuss renewing my contract I have decided to take my custom elsewhere. Having spoken to other virgin media customers I understand they have the same problem. Thank you

  • garygilligan Gary Gilligan #BLM #FreeNazanin #GTTO #3.5% (@garygilligan) reported

@virginmedia Internet dropping intermittently without warning. I had to cancel an online training session yesterday as I lost internet for 10 minutes in mid-session, and when I finally got back online, most of my trainees had given up and left the meeting. Not impressed.

  • wingy15 Sam Wing (@wingy15) reported

@virginmedia Sorry but I've called up 4 times to cancel now. I'd like somebody to reach out to me to confirm it's cancelled or I'll just cancel my direct debits. I've already gone above and beyond what I should have to do.

  • choppy68 Clair Hopkins (@choppy68) reported

@virginmedia Please you are virgin media surely you can get customer services to ring my mobile im going to ofcom can’t even cancel my service it’s a joke !!
