One volunteer has previously written to virgin media posting spent wiring with the letters, but this issue it seems is not being addressed adequately across the whole of the UK

    @virginmedia I have done everything you have asked me to do regarding my security issue. I have responded to your texts as requested. But you never respond as you say you will. Meanwhile, more letters and texts arrive. It is futile.

    Once again still on hold from @virginmedia 24 mins takes the piss, to make a complaint the fact we have 1 of there team phone us 4 times a day for the same thing over a week,come on @virginmedia I know you need to promote your packages but 4 times a day for a week. Pls answer 📞.

    @virginmedia I have had a letter to say my sons email address is sending spam emails. I have changed my password just in case but am having an issue with certain emails being undelivered. Have you put a spam indicator on my emails. This is causing me big problems

    @virginmedia To be honest the telephone support from call centre was very poor. No answer to my request about customers who are vulnerable and who else I could talk to. Just “wait another 72 hours” .....It was email, Facebook and twitter messages that helped

    @virginmedia Yes was street instalation, large box outside my garden, long trench dug then re dug for alterations between 2 house, supposedly 3 attempts have been made to clean but not on my CCTV. Pathway never been touched.

    @virginmedia Are you telling me that being unable to register with Virgin media because I used the same email address as before is a technical issue? It sounds more like an oversight in how you end and start new contracts with the same person.

    @jriekemann Seems to be an issue with filters from providers. We have same issue with Virgin Media. Once I switch off parental filter or switch to 4G it’s fine. They’re aware of the issue.

    @virginmedia They told us that they were only given the job at 4:30. They should of come back this morning to check if they were unsure it was fixed. Very bad customer service.

    @virginmedia @xlizagx @virginmedia , I’m having the same issue. It’s not a Twitter issue. See how many people are complaining here. If it was a Twitter issue it wouldn’t work on 4g. Please don’t ignore this or pretend it has been solved. Thanks
