StevenNott (@StevenNott) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales@chloemphoto @virginmedia I'm a customer of yours π and I can categorically prove that the laptop is 100% working correctly using 'my' Virgin Media WiFi connection with no issues. There's an issue with @chloemphoto's router which isn't getting resolved and the easiest solution is to replace it asap.

A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

Speed is fast and the service has been good, but I am now running a 5G router alongside from Three at Β£11 a month rising to Β£22 next year. Similar speeds. Financial decision.

And maybe since I never got her unconditional love as she loved only through money. I wanted to use the only thing she gives me now. Since she wouldn't call virgin to explain. As she cares more about my brother's partner's mother having cancer. Than that I may have cancer. So virgin media get their payments. And I have finally given up. That is all.
