    @virginmedia The channel 4 one seems a bit flakey too. The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

    @virginmedia But im asking what would be different to the other times where ive just wasted hours of my day for nothing to change? We have called numerous times only to be told there is no problem or to reset. No other assitance is ever offered

    @virginmedia I phoned THREE weeks ago to cancel our contact, there was a dispute over a cancellation fee. A manager was supposed to call me back, I’ve rang 5 times since to check as heard nothing- each time was told ‘within 48hrs’. Move out next Friday, what am I supposed to do????

    @virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. It’s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again I’m having to call support to see why our intellipods aren’t working.

    @virginmedia Yes, and it is a different issue every time. How, in a capital city, is this happening everyday, with your engineers unable to do anything to improve the situation. …and what about that refund, as we are paying for internet which we are not getting?

    @virginmedia just rang customer service after having internet for 5 days and not impressed with performance. Customer service had a newbie had no idea!! Trying to push to another dptmnt and couldn’t! 45 mins wasted. Think I’m ready to leave !!!!!

    @virginmedia Yes. I’ve been through all of that and have an email confirming that I would get a credit to my account to cover the early cancellation fee as I had met the criteria for a non serviceable address. I never received a credit and instead today you’ve taken money from my account

    @virginmedia She is calling me back tomorrow to see if its sorted if not she will start another new contract.I might get another remote. Tbh your call centers have been very unhelpful in general since 2020 I downgraded last year because I couldn't get help with WiFi and a second v6 box

    @virginmedia This is a speed check I’ve done during the intermittent issue which occurs regularly every few minutes, I get half speed, increased hitter and lose packets which means I drop out of calls during work when I work from home even when hardwired to my router!
