A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

It's in the @virginmedia contract to ensure all equipment is working and functioning as it should. Faulty equipment should be replaced and remember, you're paying for the service.

There's an issue with @chloemphoto's router which isn't getting resolved and the easiest solution is to replace it asap.

Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed.
