    @virginmedia Our tele has no signal, had problems with it for a few weeks. Some channels just have an error message of ‘no signal’ and others are pixelated so badly that you can’t see the programme at all 😩

    @virginmedia Not sure who we’ve been speaking to for the last day. But they’ve been the most helpful member of staff we’ve had contact with over the last five months. Has not only helped me fix the problem, answered any questions, but is taking my formal complaint further for us.

    @virginmedia Two hours trying to get to the team today, no joy. No text facility or chat facility, Terri triage bot tells you to download the app for a chat facility. The app doesn't have a chat facility, so my mum still has a broken box and an 8% bill rise, great service
