    @chloemphoto @virginmedia If it connects to other WiFi networks from the same source ie @virginmedia then the problem is within your router itself and not any device connected to it. Your router is faulty and needs replacing. You said yourself that the router is faulty and goes offline if even moved.

    @virginmedia any issues in NP10? For the past two days my Internet has been cutting out every few minutes, making WFH and virtual conferencing absolutely appalling/unfeasible.

    @virginmedia The issue is intermittent so not currently. The 3.0 hub has been rebooted multiple times and has had a factory reset but I still have intermittent Internet.

    @virginmedia It wasnโ€™t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if itโ€™s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

    @nicolatallant Nicola...with your experience in investigative journalism you should be all over this! I have never heard of such widespread corruption. You know what should be done here. Do the right thing. Ask the questions.... Start with the Shilling report...or how about the fact there is NO PULSE RECORD for #MrP regarding the allegations and subsequent harrassment of #MrP. The enablement and cheek turning is disgusting. Do your job. @rtenews @virginmedia

    @Charltonater @skytv I was with Virgin Media before they put my price up by ยฃ100. I wish I had just paid it. I have not used my Sky Stream since Friday I am fed up with having to reset it every 20 mins. Just using the Apps on my smart TV now. Iโ€™m going to cancel the contract.

    @virginmedia WiFi has crashed out 3 times already this morning. The service is appalling. Trying to do some really vital work. Rebooted 3 times now. Getting seriously peed off ๐Ÿคฌ

    @virginmedia I did direct message 4 days ago, nobody read or replied. Iโ€™ll recap- 2 weeks no service, five engineers sent to diagnose the same problem multiple times, no fix. Complaints team open and close complaints immediately with no resolution. Fix not due for at least another week.
