@virginmedia wow your customer services aren't geared up for this at all are they? Almost a year on in virtual service, no phone service, only web chat. It took from 2pm yesterday to 9am today to get a response from customer services who couldn't help anyhow! Bang goes retention!

@virginmedia Yes, status checker still says the issue is supposed to be fixed by 10:00 and I've registered for SMS updates. I also see another maintenance window was filed from 9 until 3 today. I have internet but it's intermittent. Nothing to really do I suppose, just annoying.
