@virginmedia totally disappointed and frustrated with service. Paying over £60 per month for WiFi only for it to be buffering for weeks. Husband key worker, needs constant Wifi access. Yet unable to contact virgin. Service zero.

@virginmedia I don’t want to waste more of my day doing that, I want you to do what you (publicly) said you’d do, stop lying to customers online and actually do something to help. Virgin is worth £19.5 billion, I’m sure you can make the situation I’d imagine lots of people are in bearable.

@virginmedia I have been waiting a reply on your message service in the app since 22nd March for someone to tell me my bill amount has changed. Call centres closed and text number not replying except standard computer answers! Poor service

@virginmedia absolutely shocking customer service! cancelled my services as of 21st March, rang you today to see what you could offer me to stay and you offer me the same package at £17 more expensive, but offer new customers the same deal but £5 cheaper that I currently pay!

@virginmedia I phoned after I received the email to say that the complaint had been closed and the complaint was reopened, I was told it could take up to a month to hear back and it has now been a month and I have just received another email to say the complaint has been closed.

@KCOMcare @Ofcom I would like to move broadband suppliers but because of your monopoly I can’t! I would like not to be overcharged for the same level of service I can get with BT, Sky, Talk Talk and Virgin media but that’s not going to happen. So yeah can you help. Answer no. @Ofcom sort it!
