    @virginmedia absolutely shocking customer service! cancelled my services as of 21st March, rang you today to see what you could offer me to stay and you offer me the same package at £17 more expensive, but offer new customers the same deal but £5 cheaper that I currently pay!

    @virginmedia We’ve tried three times to raise a complaint with you. And this magical game appeared after the second complaint (the same day) to which the man on the phone was rude, spoke over me and implied my business wasn’t needed or respected at all.

    @virginmedia I don’t want to waste more of my day doing that, I want you to do what you (publicly) said you’d do, stop lying to customers online and actually do something to help. Virgin is worth £19.5 billion, I’m sure you can make the situation I’d imagine lots of people are in bearable.

    @virginmedia On 14.06.22 a long conversation where I was told that VM were aware there was an issue but would compensate me once it had been fixed. No information on how long it will take. I am paying for something you can’t provide.Why not credit me with £11.99 pm so I can pay for Netflix?

    @Brittan49970058 @virginmedia I went from the 300 VIVID to 1Gig to try and get better gaming performance, it did not help at all. 62.50 a month and locked into a 24 month contract and paying extra (70) for a Hub4, terrible experience. If i had options i would have left already. 80/20 for 50 a month is a no.

    @virginmedia absolutely terrible service trying to resolve plan pricing issues as way higher than agreed. Hours on the phone and still not resolved despite assurances. How hard can it be. Parents will be going over to Sky who provide first class service
