@virginmedia Really need to speak with someone to order a replacement SIM card. Phone lines say customer service is closed & so does the local store phone number. Live chat is taking hours.

Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

I’m pretty sure there is an upload speed issue in Bradley Stoke! Always seems to be around 8pm to 12pm when the upload speed is drops dramatically @virginmedia 0.5 Kbps! Bs32 9 area. Down speed is fine but upload speed affects online gaming badly...
