It's in the @virginmedia contract to ensure all equipment is working and functioning as it should. Faulty equipment should be replaced and remember, you're paying for the service.

We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. Your router is faulty and needs replacing. You said yourself that the router is faulty and goes offline if even moved.
