@virginmedia I hope so. The extremely patronising and rude person I spoke to yesterday in an abroad call centre told me there was no complaints department and he couldn’t do anything at all until I paid the bill.

Well after 20 years of being a loyal @skytv customer its time to leave. They have taken my custom for granted expecting me to accept poor customer service well I won't & I'm not. @skytv loss is very much @virginmedia gain.

@virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

@virginmedia We have been trying to call you now since Thursday to cancel!!! Our contract was up yesterday and a new more expensive one started today!!! After an hour it cuts off .. we then have to try again... Approx 10 hours waiting trying to get in touch with you in disgraceful!!!!
