They did. We agreed that it’s not localised to my property, they fixed. No pointless faffing.

There's an issue with @chloemphoto's router which isn't getting resolved and the easiest solution is to replace it asap.

Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

I can't keep having these issues & paying through the nose. At least we'll be able to rotate through the apps as and when needed.
