Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

StevenNott (@StevenNott) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales@chloemphoto @virginmedia I'm a customer of yours 👍 and I can categorically prove that the laptop is 100% working correctly using 'my' Virgin Media WiFi connection with no issues. There's an issue with @chloemphoto's router which isn't getting resolved and the easiest solution is to replace it asap.

Please sort out this mess because the router is needed to be working properly for laptop work to be done at home. Stop all this buck passing from one dept to another and help these guys PLEASE.
