    @virginmedia It’s supposed to be a 100Mbps service but it’s rarely at that speed. No WiFi in the kitchen (5meters away) and in the bedrooms upstairs. It’s th worst WiFi I’ve had in years. Kids can’t use PS4 in the room directly next to the one with the router in it.

    @virginmedia I’m on the phone as I have problem with the WIFI and the manager in the call centre is screaming at your call centre staff. Really, really incorporate. Disgusting.

    @virginmedia crawling to a halt again. Yesterday evening very slow - 1.5Mb download. Now so low that can’t login to any online services or run Speedtest - latency too low. Virgin Media app says “good service”, but the Help Desk admits it is not going to be fixed until 29th Mar!!!

    @virginmedia It wasn’t my mobile service that was suspended it was my virgin media broadband that was suspended for £12

    @virginmedia I have called this number twice but am still awaiting a further call back. It is shocking that a company can charge such high fees especially as I was told when taking the contract moving house would not cause any issues. If you would wish to call me directly please dm me.

    @itvMLshow how do I go about getting a refund for a misold contract from @virginmedia I told them I was moving house during contract but they said the area would be covered which its not & have now been charged a cancellation fee of £177. Customer service has been dreadful.

    @jordanjaylam @virginmedia @richardbranson I am experiencing the same problem Jordan. Pay £3 a month extra for boosters that don’t work, as well as WiFi that doesn’t connect to all the rooms, liberty! Hope your problem gets resolved soon.

    @virginmedia It’s always this poor. Just a poor service from you. Completely inconsistent and the WiFi is a joke. A reboot makes no difference.

    @virginmedia I spoke to a manager and they say they are unable to do anything and needs to be transferred to the fault department to be able to the letter of deadlock and your fault team says they want to sort the issue out but they haven’t been able to and guess what I’m on hold again :(

    @virginmedia Your text/messages system is as much a fail as your call centres. Go through automated bit, then go in a queue, no one answers until next day then have to start whole procedure again. Never contact to a human

    @virginmedia calling 0345 454 1111, 1st hold today was cut at your end after 27 mins. I am back on hold now, 21 mins. I am waiting for you to fix an issue prior to first install. I think based on customer service provision so far, I should cancel and stay with @TalkTalk ??

    @virginmedia Service has been awful! The ping I’ve been receiving has been ridiculously high! More or less impossible to game at all! The area hasn’t stated a problem but there clearly is!

    @virginmedia After all the time spent dealing with the issue I took the Agents (both!) advice and paid more for the Sky Movies so that it wouldn't affect my existing Contract (made crystal clear!) and they advised me to call back to give 30 days notice to cancel the Sky Movies I am now told
