@virginmedia I understand that but if it’s not related to virgin how did they get my service provider and date payment is due,customer services are aware of this,as a service provider have you informed potential victims that this has happened?

@virginmedia You can, I assume this is potentially an agency who is managing their social media accounts. So you can kindly pass these on to a manager from the complaints team please. This is beyond poor customer service!

@virginmedia pls can you help? Website and app help doesn't address the technical issues and don't provide way to contact you. Phoned 150, automated system said it would update & restart TV. Nothing happened. Can't watch recorded programmes since 12th Oct. Frustrating!

@virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?
