    @virginmedia We’ve tried three times to raise a complaint with you. And this magical game appeared after the second complaint (the same day) to which the man on the phone was rude, spoke over me and implied my business wasn’t needed or respected at all.

    @virginmedia I don’t want to waste more of my day doing that, I want you to do what you (publicly) said you’d do, stop lying to customers online and actually do something to help. Virgin is worth £19.5 billion, I’m sure you can make the situation I’d imagine lots of people are in bearable.

    @virginmedia anyone thinking of getting their Wi-fi, think again. We’ve been with the now since NTL days and this HUB 3.0 has been the worst!! Not as good as the make out. The router is in a good position not hidden away yet it’s still crap!!

    @virginmedia absolutely shocking customer service! cancelled my services as of 21st March, rang you today to see what you could offer me to stay and you offer me the same package at £17 more expensive, but offer new customers the same deal but £5 cheaper that I currently pay!

    @virginmedia I pay £40 a month JUST for WiFi!!!! it’s horrendous. Slow, can’t handle streaming a simple Amazon Prime video, and I’m getting charged DOUBLE what I paid originally a few years back! I’ll be phoning to leave Monday morning, £40 is terrible, let alone for poor service

    Virgin Media strike again! Green screen on v6 box, Wednesday earliest fix date, nothing working today, broadband down all day, due to maintenance, no warning! Customer service awful, may take 30 days to receive a call to respond to a complaint.

    @eatsruns There are some stations on victoria line and northern line where their wifi are down for few weeks such as stockwell and highbury islington. Will not allow you to connect. It is more to do with virgin media.

    @virginmedia R u serious? How can I with no Virgin Media connection? I’m using my mobile now in a different IPS. If I check service status it says ‘fine’ as I’m using 3 Network. If Virgin Media’s doesn’t work how can I check signal if it doesn’t work?!?!?

    Anyone else having trouble with Virgin Media im paying for 100mbps and getting 0.91mbps and their customer service is crap - cant get to talk to a live person anyone got a number for real people support not a bot
