    @channel5_tv @virginmedia why when watching channel 5 on catch up is the narrative on for hard of sight ... whilst I appreciate it’s a good service its should be requested .. sorry #AllCreaturesGreatAndSmall will give it a miss

    @virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

    The worst service ever from @virginmedia - been trying to cancel my account since March. I do appreciate problems with lockdown etc but we’re almost in October! Nobody at all seems to want to take responsibility - passed from pillar to post!

    @virginmedia We were told by your third party contractor a few weeks ago that Virgin would be updating the communal IRS/Virgin media system in our building. We received no communication from you about when that would happen. The old system was shut down today with no warning

    @virginmedia End of contract is today. First agent agreed a price of £60. He passed me onto someone else who tried selling me other services which I declined, they offered £72. Then I spoke to a manager that refused to help in any way possible. Disgusted in the service.

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Just switched away from Virgin. Been with them for 5or6 years but the last 18mths oh my..... terrible, slow and losing connection. That bad had a £10 month discount but trapped in for 12 months. Price increased in that time couldn't wait to leave!!

    @virginmedia We had to phone Virgin to ask what happened, and can only now get help on Friday from an engineer. This serious lapse of communication on your side means we are out of action for 4 entire days. We require assistance sooner than that
