@syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

@virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

@virginmedia still waiting since 7.30 am for the engineer to come to sort out the problems we are having, he’s 25 minutes to get here ( we were given 7.30-13 slot) still no tv since Thursday!

@virginmedia any chance of supporting existing customers, currently paying £32 a month but your offering new customers 25 a month. Helpline said nothing I can do as existing customer.

@virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

@GrocerJackUK @MilliLeaks_ I'm on Virgin media too. I've got a Cisco router/hub that connects into my crap Virgin router and bypasses its routing functionality. It feeds three wifi access points (by cable) that are dotted around the house. Supplied by one of the lads at work.

@virginmedia Yes they told me to pay £5/month in order to get a booster signal. I have a small house, not a mansion. I can't tell my 3 year old boy to go in the living room in order to watch his tablet at bedtime. And £5/month it is a lot.

I have tried to cancel my virgin media account 3 times now , because I have been shielding in some one else’s house, the moving development can not cancel it , because I am not living in my house and they pass over to customer service , who pass me back to the moving department!!
