It's now 2pm and no sign of an engineer. I was told I'd be charged £25 if I missed the appointment. I think I should charge you for having to hang around for 6 hours waiting.

A manager was supposed to call me back, I’ve rang 5 times since to check as heard nothing- each time was told ‘within 48hrs’. Move out next Friday, what am I supposed to do????

Sent multiple follow up WhatsApp messages and still nothing. You really need to sort out your customer service because I’ve been waiting 3 weeks just to get back into contact with someone!!!

And when you do get in contact it’s always someone else’s problem, ‘oh I’ll just pass you onto my colleague’ etc. I’ve WhatsApped the help number too and been told it’s a long wait and told I can ‘get on with [my] day’ - absolute joke.

I was talked around into taking out a new contract on the promise that VM would solve the issues or give us the right to leave without charges.. a year in and nothing good has come of it.. even the phone line is unusable.
