@virginmedia So myself or my wife has to spend our working day trying to get through to ypu just to be fobbed off to different departments and get no where 🙄🙄 customer service skills at best

@virginmedia The channel 4 one seems a bit flakey too. The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

@virginmedia In Dec, you sent an email thanking me for making changes & what I'd get from now on & it'd cost over twice as much as I was paying. I never asked for any changes & in one of the many, calls I've made, I was told that your Oomph bundle department had shut around the same time.

@virginmedia I phoned THREE weeks ago to cancel our contact, there was a dispute over a cancellation fee. A manager was supposed to call me back, I’ve rang 5 times since to check as heard nothing- each time was told ‘within 48hrs’. Move out next Friday, what am I supposed to do????

@virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. It’s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again I’m having to call support to see why our intellipods aren’t working.

@virginmedia But the team is impossible to contact!!! And when you do get in contact it’s always someone else’s problem, ‘oh I’ll just pass you onto my colleague’ etc. I’ve WhatsApped the help number too and been told it’s a long wait and told I can ‘get on with [my] day’ - absolute joke.

@virginmedia what is going on with the connection in W14? Impossible to work from home. Connection drops at least 5 times a minute. I am connected via cable, so no need to ask the wifi question . Getting to the point where i decide whether to continue with your service.

@virginmedia I have a broken router, I requested a replacement via chat two weeks ago, and the agent kindly said he'd arranged for one to be shipped out, and to expect it in 3-5 days. Contacted again to chase today, and told Virgin has no HUB3s AT ALL in stock... Is that true?
