    Phoned @virginmedia to see what they can do about a payment holiday since we are forced to remain closed for the foreseeable and obviously not using any of our broadband services. They offered a discount of half a months bill. Wow. The worst company we have spoken to so far 😰

    @virginmedia To be honest the telephone support from call centre was very poor. No answer to my request about customers who are vulnerable and who else I could talk to. Just “wait another 72 hours” .....It was email, Facebook and twitter messages that helped

    @Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

    @virginmedia Poor WiFi in parts of house. Sent one Pod and charged £5pm, promised 2 more but then said not available. Called yesterday, agent transferred me to someone else without exposing anything to them and then second person put me on hold and hung up.

    @virginmedia Usually, it will happen for maybe a week then our service will be perfect for a month or so, then it will happen again. I thought it was a firmware issue myself but I dont really have anything concrete to back that up. I'll have a look at the forums and take it from there.

    @virginmedia why do you make it so difficult to pay you? Moved country 6 mths ago asked to pay bill then told to do online. You closed my online access. Now sending me collection agencies! When I call your expensive number no one can take money. Happy to pay but no one can help!!
