  • andylance1977
andy lanyon (@andylance1977) reported from Newport, Wales

@virginmedia why does it seem impossible to sort my TV and WiFi out? My partner has been phoning up on and off for a year or more about poor signal, not being able to use catch and apps and general poor service. Just get fobbed off.] Is this how you treat all customers?

  • Dazc090861
Darren Coomber (@Dazc090861) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia In Dec, you sent an email thanking me for making changes & what I'd get from now on & it'd cost over twice as much as I was paying. I never asked for any changes & in one of the many, calls I've made, I was told that your Oomph bundle department had shut around the same time.

  • AcuharmonyUK
Acuharmony-UK (@AcuharmonyUK) reported from Clevedon, England

@virginmedia No reported issues. Tried the fixes before, and so did virgin chat. Not just my handset, other people are having the same problem. Am I going to have to change networks, is that what you're saying? Due to the change to O2?

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • GazzaAdams
    Gary Adams (@GazzaAdams) reported

@UKDan86 @virginmedia I have read the T&Cs, Dan. Working from home isn't the basis of my complaint — paying for a broadband service that's been repeatedly intermittent for four weeks is. Virgin Media themselves acknowledge an ongoing fault. Whether I use my connection for work, Netflix or watching cat videos is irrelevant to expecting the service I'm paying for to actually work.

  • NJB2874
    nicolajane (@NJB2874) reported

@kathleenp442 @virginmedia I got this message to pressed dismiss then it loaded up fine. Watched the 3pm games no problem.

  • Scottish_VAR
    Scottish_VAR (@Scottish_VAR) reported

@heid_the_baw_ @virginmedia I have moved to smarty mobile hub. I pay 20 a month for unlimited data, its a rolling month contract and uses three signal. Its great you can take it away with you to hotels or away on holiday.

@RobNoonan007 @virginmedia Sky sports app should be available on firstick / smart TV it's a joke . Better off with i.p ..t... v then actually paying for the real service.

  • stephenm68
    Stephen Maddock (@stephenm68) reported

Day 23 without our @virginmedia broadband (or phone, or TV) so I’ve celebrated by spending 90 minutes on hold with the “Customer Services” team and responding to the email from the Complaints team telling me that they had fixed my issue (spoiler: they hadn’t). Pathetic!

  • SamReesO
    Sam Rees (@SamReesO) reported

@Keiran_Mark @StephenP311275 @virginmedia Yeah I know but it doesn’t always work out that way. Especially when watching live sports like F1. They only give you highlights not the full programme. Actually just found out you can get SkyQ if you call them. But point is their customer care is no better than Virgin now.

  • JLTFC
    Skinny John (@JLTFC) reported

Red button still not working, how about a discount on TNT sports to make up for it. @virginmedia
