    @virginmedia Thank you so much, I spoke on the phone a problem has been located was told it may take up to 4 hrs or less to fix it. Unfortunately it's not looking good as it's over 4 hrs now and still flashing green.

    @virginmedia I’ve called 08454541111 several times and can’t get through to anyone in a UK call centre who can help. Please can I have a direct number for a UK call centre for complaints or cancellation department immediately? This has been going on months! I am very stressed and very annoyed

    You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

    @virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

    @virginmedia had free sim card with tv cancelled over a year ago they never cancelled sim have tried to ring email whatsapp need a password he never had told they would send a letter with password on has not arrived so unable to cancel but still charging him refused to refund payments

    @virginmedia Good speeds and very low strength, constant disconnection, followed all guidance to reset, boost and help connection and nothing ever works… paying top of the line service and it’s just so inconsistent.
