    @virginmedia I think it was more a BBC source issue rather than VM wide. The lip sync is just every so slightly out but seemed very put on strictly last night

    @virginmedia John I have done all that already. And it’s not worked. I have spoken with my IT support and they confirm this is a problem with your servers. How are you proposing to sort this out for me please?? I’m paying for a service @virginmedia is not providing.

    @virginmedia hi, over a month ago now I was told that I would receive a cheque through the post with my refund! A refund I should of got 3months ago! Virgin Media's customer service is the worst I've ever experienced!

    I feel awful for the @virginmedia social media staff. Bosses - invest more in infrastructure to genuinely improve services and stop these poor people being treated like ****. Also, pay your taxes.

    @brianhartgen this is correct especially with Gmail accounts for some reason now the virgin media email is working I have a 16 digit password for two factor authentication I wonder if I should try this on my email password might solve the problem

    @virginmedia and lagging all over the house regardless whether you are near the router or other side of the house. The speed when its working fine is great but its not reliable. All I get asked to do is 'reboot the router'. This doesn't work as the issue has been happening for months now.

    @virginmedia I followed your instructions and I got a recorded message saying that they are doing work on the service in my area, and so internet will be down untill 14:55. Is this correct? If so, why does this not show when I login online?
