    @virginmedia hi, over a month ago now I was told that I would receive a cheque through the post with my refund! A refund I should of got 3months ago! Virgin Media's customer service is the worst I've ever experienced!

    @virginmedia John I have done all that already. And it’s not worked. I have spoken with my IT support and they confirm this is a problem with your servers. How are you proposing to sort this out for me please?? I’m paying for a service @virginmedia is not providing.

    Just spoke to virgin as an engineer failed to turn up, told the engineer said he could not gain access to the property. He’s a liar as we haven’t been out. CCTV proves he wasn’t here but they cannot say what time says he’s here. Shocking service from Virgin @virginmedia
