    Upgrading to gigabit broadband meant getting a new router from VirginMedia, so took the opportunity to tidy up and remove old cabling and extension leads. Didn't realise just how much unused crap I still had plugged in/taking up space

    @virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. It’s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again I’m having to call support to see why our intellipods aren’t working.

    @virginmedia Our original broadband connection date was 4wks ago. Yet after 5 Engineer visits, 6+ hours on calls to customers services, several broken promises and outright lies by Virgin we still have no broadband. HUGE regret joining Virgin!!!

    I’ve just spent 50mins on hold being transferred from one person to the next only to be cut off . #virginmedia.com you are the worst at customer service. I ring back explain my frustration only to be transferred again and 10mins on hold yep you guessed it I’m cut off again. 🤬🤬

    @virginmedia Lost service again. Rang the number (automated voice) advised a reboot (another one) and linked to help forums. Works now, but problem is intermittent and fails roughly every other day, so can a person help me please?

    hey @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia how many missed appointments to sort out my tv service will it take and who will take responsibility for this. come and pick up the tivo box, i will be cancelling the contract today.
