    @virginmedia and I could get £165 as a new customer through @Top_CashBack where is the incentive for me to stay with you! 😡 especially when you have harassed me with phone calls since I rang to terminate my services! Very poor!

    @virginmedia Yes. It said low signal in some rooms. I did reboots and all sorts. Still had connection drops.

    @virginmedia Stay connected may be your customer service team should stay connected when chatting to customers,1st agent said he was logging off in 10 mins and ended chat midway through. 2nd complaint agent gave 3 generic responses and disconnected #StayConnected @virginmedia @richardbranson
