@virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

Typical @virginmedia have casualty down as 9:25pm so when I turn it on I find out it started 10mins before then 😡 & it recorded 10mins into the show because of them not keeping their TV guide updated , lucky bbc iplayer let’s us watch from the start #virginmedia

@MicksterNoonan @virginmedia @joelycett Worst customer service ever! They spent months and months telling me I couldn't have broadband without a landline. Soon as you say you're going they can do it! I bet they have low heating bills in their call centres, because their pants are all on fire!
