    @virginmedia Our tele has no signal, had problems with it for a few weeks. Some channels just have an error message of ‘no signal’ and others are pixelated so badly that you can’t see the programme at all 😩

    @virginmedia Customer temperament should be put into consideration, it’s not much to help at this time of pandemic. People are going through a lot and adding salt to their injury is making it worse.....the customer service is busy, why directing us to them? Are you from virgin media?
