    @Stuu666 Been absolutely fine tbh. Have issues if Claudia is on a work video call, but that only really came up when I was off at the start of the year. Recently been playing Far Cry 5 without any bother at all. For reference we're on 200 meg virgin media connection.

    @virginmedia Yes all connected, I even had a WiFi booster from yourselves paying £3 a month which isn’t helping one bit. Can you get someone to call to solve this problem.

    @virginmedia I intermittently lose internet connection, when live streaming and using web pages......seems to be only on Ethernet ...have reset router to factory several times, seems ok for a few days then the problem returns, is the router faulty ??? Thanks

    Right just got through to be told that me as a 11 year customer of virgin media do not qualify for the same offer as a new customer and was quoted alot higher price for the same product! Is this true virgin? Do you not value your loyal customer base?

    @virginmedia Hi, issue still occurring when using WiFi, friend had the same issues this week and VM have resolved the issue for him. Connecting via cable resolves the issues but all devices suffer random drop outs every 20 mins. Happening for 3 weeks, with no issues or network setup changes.

    @virginmedia We have been trying to cancel the account, due to the pandemic my Mother is living with me which is 3 hours from her home & therefore unable to return the equipment. Still no returned call from Customer Services. I am happy to talk to someone if they would like to call me?
