    @virginmedia The Wi-fi is rubbish, slow and crap service up stairs. Often I have to connect to extenders. It’s a two story average house. Your routers are rubbish. The older ones were much better!!

    @virginmedia Yes that’s how this all began last night calling that number..chose the correct options, waited on hold,told your colleague I wanted to cancel,went through all security details, was told I was going to be put through to the relevant department, and they cut me off.

    @kestrelrising The one good thing about my WiFi going off is now I know how to tether my phone and use that to run my Chromebook, so if it comes down to it, I COULD leave Virgin Media and use my phone to bridge the gap between them and my next supplier, whoever that would be.
