@virginmedia The issue is intermittent so not currently. The 3.0 hub has been rebooted multiple times and has had a factory reset but I still have intermittent Internet.

@virginmedia wow your customer services aren't geared up for this at all are they? Almost a year on in virtual service, no phone service, only web chat. It took from 2pm yesterday to 9am today to get a response from customer services who couldn't help anyhow! Bang goes retention!

@virginmedia I suspect things will return to your usual exceptional standard of intermittent service and four hour download times for movies and a necessity for me to restart my hub every few days to try and get some form of basic service. Worth every penny of the £55 a month you charge. 👍🏻

@virginmedia Internet intermittent, tried all the checks and tests, VM site super slow, test shows "intermittent signal in my area" but website shows "no faults" can't be both, VM does not work properly, all websites loading slow and gaming is impossible with lag. what gives...
