@virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

@virginmedia Internet not working at all. Speed is barely existent considering we paid for the top package regarding speed. An engineer has come to have a look and it hasn’t worked? Really frustrating when you can’t do any work online especially during times of lockdown.

@virginmedia Hi. Was on the 'phone for 30 mins. Constantly repeated that manager knew nothing about it and that it is correct that all early terminations are charged even if you can't provide service for movers. Referred to This is Money article - they saw it but wouldn't alter stance.
