    @derrickca @virginmedia I cancelled Netflix because nine times out of ten I would get that ‘something went wrong. Please try later’ screen when I wanted to resume a binge. So it is definitely a Netflix problem and they are losing subscribers hand over fist.

    @virginmedia Also, the issue is not sending an engineer without the password. You will speak to her about her account, but I don’t understand why she needs the password for the engineer. Surely, f it was data protection you wouldn’t ven discuss her account. What am I missing here?

    @virginmedia Edinburgh. No issues with connection to the house, we contacted you multiple times and keep being told it'll be fixed in 24 hours and call back if not. Don't want to reset the hub everyday which is suggestion usually.
