@virginmedia Virgin ID’s. In the area due to problems with the network, changed over fittings to cables to outside box and internal cables now my internet doesn’t work. Need this sorted immediately.

@virginmedia Our tele has no signal, had problems with it for a few weeks. Some channels just have an error message of ‘no signal’ and others are pixelated so badly that you can’t see the programme at all 😩

@virginmedia It’s my Virgin hub that drops the signal not the mesh. As when the mesh isn’t even plugged into anything the Virgin hub still drops the connection so please tell me how it’s the mesh when it’s not plugged in and virgin is all that’s on??

After over 7 hours, my 'chat' with @virginmedia customer services has just ended without them managing to do either of the things I asked them to, namely to match a better offer elsewhere or book a cancellation of my service more than 30 days in advance. They are truly the worst.

@virginmedia Yes I was sold a new package deal @ £63 per month and was told I would be given a sim card free on O2 i asked numerous times is this free as I don't need it i have now been charged by O2 for the sim which I haven't or never will use your sales missold this to me as a blatant lie

The Blue Light offers are for new customer only which is shocking. Loyal customers get nothing and have to pay double what new customers pay. Try and offer better deals for current customers and they'll be happier, otherwise they'll switch 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 @virginmedia

@virginmedia It just keeps happening. Once it comes back on we just wait till next time it goes. I haven’t phoned as the landline is very poor too. I’m just waiting now for not being able to use the landline also when the new adapter is in use on the hub. Then what’s going to happen!
