    @virginmedia why does it seem impossible to sort my TV and WiFi out? My partner has been phoning up on and off for a year or more about poor signal, not being able to use catch and apps and general poor service. Just get fobbed off.] Is this how you treat all customers?

    @virginmedia I have a TiVo box but my tv screen keeps pixelating. It is not restricted to 1 channel. I have turned the box off at the plug but it has made no difference. Can you help?

    @virginmedia another day another WiFi outage. This really is the worst WiFi I've ever had. Legally as you are not providing the service as promised am I allowed to cancel the contract ? @CitizensAdvice

    Been with @virginmedia back as far as old NTL days. Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

    Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

    @virginmedia It works intermittently. This has been discussed over a series of phone calls through 12 months. A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

    Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

    @syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

    @virginmedia how come you justify still charging us a ‘line rental’ on our newly digital home phone when there is no longer a line?? The only advantage to a land line was access when the internet was down, & that’s no longer available to us.

    @virginmedia Hardly the point, is it? 4 hours of being passed around and patronised while you tried to convince me to stay, despite me asking more than 8 times to cancel. 4 hours lost wages and a non-apology with refusal to waive the final bill. I'm looking into small claims action now.

    @virginmedia There has been no refund. There has been no calls back from managers which were promised. I was assured my deal of £61.25pm would be bettered that hasn’t happened. I tried to lodge a complaint, that hadn’t happened. I’ve had no calls back since. And have now paid £136 for 1 month

    @virginmedia its your resolve team but the manager whom was supposed to be dealing with my compliant, as I said hung up on me, never called me back and then closed my complaint. I am now taking this further and i I'll also wrote to your CEO and Directors. But they probably won't ignore me too
