You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

@virginmedia Thank you so much, I spoke on the phone a problem has been located was told it may take up to 4 hrs or less to fix it. Unfortunately it's not looking good as it's over 4 hrs now and still flashing green.

@virginmedia hi, over a month ago now I was told that I would receive a cheque through the post with my refund! A refund I should of got 3months ago! Virgin Media's customer service is the worst I've ever experienced!

@virginmedia Same as it’s been past 6 months! It is awful there are no issues in my area. I have rebooted the hub was on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes trying to speak to a advisor! That call was not a free call. The text bot / human advisor is awful. After over 10 years I’m ready to leave Virgin
