  • gillih
Gill Harrison (@gillih) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England

@virginmedia John I have done all that already. And it’s not worked. I have spoken with my IT support and they confirm this is a problem with your servers. How are you proposing to sort this out for me please?? I’m paying for a service @virginmedia is not providing.

  • SATempest
Sam Tempest (@SATempest) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia Can I just ask why it is that you can respond within minutes on social media (where the public can see your actions) but then in private you are ignoring your customers and taking three weeks to deal with issues? If you have agents manning twitter why can’t you pick up the phone?

  • gazthebluebird1
Gareth Jones (@gazthebluebird1) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia I am unable to sign into my online account and trying to speak to anyone at your company its like trying to make contact with the moon, can you open up a DM conversation to help please?

  • djleekee
Lee Smith/DJ Leekee (@djleekee) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia I think it was more a BBC source issue rather than VM wide. The lip sync is just every so slightly out but seemed very put on strictly last night

  • benj8min
Benjamin Hartrey (@benj8min) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

  • andylance1977
andy lanyon (@andylance1977) reported from Newport, Wales

@virginmedia It works intermittently. This has been discussed over a series of phone calls through 12 months. A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

  • Dazc090861
Darren Coomber (@Dazc090861) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@virginmedia In Dec, you sent an email thanking me for making changes & what I'd get from now on & it'd cost over twice as much as I was paying. I never asked for any changes & in one of the many, calls I've made, I was told that your Oomph bundle department had shut around the same time.

  • gillih
Gill Harrison (@gillih) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England

@virginmedia @virginhelp Yes. Have done this and spoken with your ‘fault management service’ who cut me off when I was explaining the problem.

  • stuart_chc
Stuart Ropke (@stuart_chc) reported from Cardiff, Wales

    @eggynewydd @virginmedia Dismally slow. Yes.

@virginmedia Thanks. Now I know it’s the faults team I will call that option. That’s all I wanted to know. You cannot help as it’s not for me and I will now help the person it is for. You’ve always managed to help me in the past but you cannot on this occasion.

  • vickiferris
    Vicky Leigh (@vickiferris) reported

@virginmedia you told me there was an issue with my 360 tv box and said would send me a replacement. You sent me a stream box that doesn't record tv and not what I pay for or want.... and no one answers the phone

  • Hamish88205796
    Hamish (@Hamish88205796) reported

@Benleo Just email @virginmedia cancel for breach of contract effective immediately. Make sure you contact your bank to cancel any DD. Virgin will be on the phone begging you to keep giving them your money. It's the only method known to get customer service from them.

  • GymItalian83
    John Sabian (@GymItalian83) reported
