    Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

    Terrible service from #virginmedia for 3 months+. Spent hours on the phone for the goalposts to be moved again. Apparently if you are residential customer intermittent service in a 24 hour period is acceptable, even if that is 10 minutes Bye bye 🖐🏻🖐🏻#bonvoyage

    @virginmedia You say this but I can assure you this hasn’t been the case! Inconsistent it’s for my hive hub and there’s plenty of times that’s not accessible due to the internet been down, as mentioned this is an ongoing issue for a long time that you actually compensated me in before

    @Danny_D_Pearson @virginmedia Honestly - they are the worst. Eventually I got through to someone in the Faults team who was fantastic. When you get through to the call centres just ask to be put through to faults team in uk. They told me no other team is equipped to deal with issues!

    @virginmedia Last week and then it got escalated to a complaint and I was due calls back twice but never received and here we are. Ultimately you have failed as a service provider I want to cancel free of charge and I want to go elsewhere, I have been with you for over 4 years it’s a joke

    @virginmedia @SLG__x The fact that you are just pointing everyone to your service status page to check their are no known issues is just indicative of your general ignorance of the problem. Unless you live in central London, your broadband provision is crap. Hold your hands up for once.
