@virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

@virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

@virginmedia since installation in October your service has been at best very poor. It was only yesterday our box had to be replaced leaving no TV since Sunday, Internet cut out on Saturday night for the 3rd or 4th time. We now have no Internet again and no engineer available.
