Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

Monil 💙 (@Monza972) reported@virginmedia When I bought VM in 2016, the 2.4Ghz band worked perfectly. I was getting 50-60mb down when being close to it. Now I get YouTube videos buffering when browsing on a 2.4Ghz band. I'm not going to blindly chuck out anything that doesn't support 5Ghz, that's a waste of money.
