  @biggle1908 I’ve been with virgin media for 15 years now no issues whatsoever other than they cut the power to my old WiFi router which left me with no internet connection at all . They done this because I told them my WiFi box was fine I didn’t need to upgrade. I pay £78 pm just for interne

  @virginmedia why the hell has my Internet been intermittent for over a week and after today was supposed to be the “fix” date, it’s now updated to say next week? Literally can’t work due it dropping out. Imagine there’s no compensation for you turning to **** though, hey?

  @RichardMorrow10 @virginmedia You’ll be lucky. I left them & changed Broadband company. They said I was due credit & would send a cheque (cheque 🥴). Still waiting. Bet it never arrives.
