    @virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. Itโ€™s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again Iโ€™m having to call support to see why our intellipods arenโ€™t working.

    @virginmedia My wife is currently on the phone to your customer service regarding this matter so hopefully it'll be resolved this evening, if not then a web chat from 4pm would be the best time for me

    Upgrading to gigabit broadband meant getting a new router from VirginMedia, so took the opportunity to tidy up and remove old cabling and extension leads. Didn't realise just how much unused crap I still had plugged in/taking up space

    @virginmedia Yes, and it is a different issue every time. How, in a capital city, is this happening everyday, with your engineers unable to do anything to improve the situation. โ€ฆand what about that refund, as we are paying for internet which we are not getting?

    @virginmedia Had real problems with the service web page.. took an age to load and then chucked me back a page! Our service is back now.

    @richie_rich77 @virginmedia If it's just a WiFi issue and your LAN connection is OK maybe try a mesh system. Works great here with BT

    @virginmedia So myself or my wife has to spend our working day trying to get through to ypu just to be fobbed off to different departments and get no where ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„ customer service skills at best

    @virginmedia But im asking what would be different to the other times where ive just wasted hours of my day for nothing to change? We have called numerous times only to be told there is no problem or to reset. No other assitance is ever offered

    @virginmedia I already did so. I first spoke to an English man who understood me. Then got transferred to an American man who didnโ€™t so much understand me, then, got transferred to a rude Indian woman who read from a script. The American guy kinda done the same

    @virginmedia Yes it's on, still no service. If I try to find a service manually on phone settings they're all prohibited except S FSR, but that won't let me connect

    @VirginExp customer service makes @virginmedia customer service look like the greatest in the world. ยฃ400 worth of vouchers deemed unusable by their terrible website and all they can send out are canned responses 2 weeks after being contacted. #dogdirt

    @virginmedia Yes certainly I was offered a package with virgin volt and have had no end of problems - my mum and dad had their package changed last weekend and have had no tv since - how many other long standing customers of 20+ years are getting this poor service

    @virginmedia I finally resolved the issue with an agent. But the WhatsApp process and staffing needs investigating. On two occasions, after 4+ hours of silence, there was a message the following morning asking if help is still needed. On replying yes, the process restarted. Infuriating 1/
