    @virginmedia You can, I assume this is potentially an agency who is managing their social media accounts. So you can kindly pass these on to a manager from the complaints team please. This is beyond poor customer service!

    @virginmedia I’ve had a text to say our issue will be resolved by 1/12 but this seems to be a continuous issue and I have a child trying to do schoolwork from home due to Covid so it’s vital our BB is working and for our heating too which works via wifi.

    Contract with @virginmedia is expiring up £20 p/m. Great Black Friday deal for new customers. Won’t match it. Told if sign up in my name as new customer (currently in partner’s name) they’ll offer it-great but still want £35 one off fee for equipment -we have equipment here 🙈

    @virginmedia Last pt... a helpful member of the community just advised me to text a random mobile number for help. May be innocent but I have no idea if that is a @virginmedia number ... feels a little suspicious / could be a scam? Hope the moderators track these types of things too.

    @virginmedia intermittent connection fault on broadband for almost 36 hours...its farcical and so annoying not being able to use a service for which I'm paying. How long does it take engineers to fix this fault? Was told the fix would occur this morning but alas! #Help

    @virginmedia my wifi is down for ‘essential works’ can you update me as to when it will be back up. It was down this morning and then came back after 1.5hrs and is now down again for nearly another hour now. I work from home and it’s effecting my business.

    @virginmedia I’m unsure what people mean about my husband has cut the cable outside our house. We have no services I’m a key worker working from home and they send a very helpful engineer that cannot deal with the problem. Appalling service.

    @virginmedia Its not just frustration, I’m losing income because of it. I am tracking the issue but it has said ‘before 5pm’ all day and I would like a more accurate time this work is going to be complete please. And no I’m self employed so it’s my home broadband too.
