    @virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

    @virginmedia hi, just had an email saying that our bill it going to raise from £30 to £57.50 & that we have been signed upto an 18month contract! I never signed anything or have had any kind of letter to inform me of this. We have very little money, all on job seekers or furlough

    @virginmedia They have said they would monitor the net, email us (never did) and would send someone to fix it (never have) We have been trying to get it fixed for months. The customer service is so poor My parents (as it's their net) feel trapped because of this cable issue

    @virginmedia Everyone lost connection (WiFi & wired) and as it didn’t come back within a few minutes rebooted the router. 20 odd minutes for that to come back alive then after another 5 the internet was on again. No issues in the area apparently so it it just my router?

    @virginmedia Broadband went down this morning in area CF11 6JR, came back up briefly and said it was fixed but is now down again estimated fix 10pm. Can we get an update please as to what is happening?
