@virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

@virginmedia Rebooted and still got the same problem. Can you advise on getting a refund for the above fault ref which has been going on since the 7th of October. Amount on bill is the same do I need to wait for fault to be resolved and is it automatic as told previously?

@virginmedia Hi! No, the WiFi signal itself is OK. The Internet simply drops on it. The actual WiFi signal does not go down in this case. I understand 5ghz does not go through walls as well. It's like it is losing its IP lease from the router or something. Thanks!

@virginmedia paying your bills on time every month, you never failed to increase the fee every year but your service? Never improved. Hardly have connection and I have to rely on mobile data and pay extra for that! How much more ridiculous this can get! #embarassingclientcalls
