Taking my payments from £73.50 to £137.50 - I can’t seem to find any new deals that would bring my payments down to what my original contract was. Unless I become a new member and you charge £49.99. This can’t be right?

Lord Lee Harding (@leeharding1980) reported@virginmedia Hello.... The Sky Sports News channel on the Sky Sports app is lagging and the audio keeps cutting out... I've contacted Sky, they told me to contact you as the account is a Virgin Media... Can you help?
-
Ashley Blick (@ablick1986) reported@virginmedia I’ve had SkySports add on without requesting this. Customer support saying 30 days notice required. Anyone else had this? This is fraud!
-
Marina Robb (@MarinaRobb) reported@MelJanie @virginmedia Tellingly, the engineer who eventually came out (I'd already cancelled the service) said they still had to fit the back up line as they'd been fined £28 million by the regulator. Appalling customer service though.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
