    @virginmedia as a former TV customer, now just broadband, I want to reconnect a TV package. I already have 3 boxes in my house can they not be just reconnected instead of sending my out a box?

    Properly for the best part of a yr doesn't seem a problem to yourselves but your quite happy to take out monthly payment for a service we're paying for but you're not providing & seem to be in no hurry to provide it. Disgraceful service @virginmedia

    Absolutely shocking service from @virginmedia a 47% price increase for a customer of over 25 years and would rather lose a customer than give us a deal that new customers get. @BTCare @SkyHelpTeam can you do any better?

    @virginmedia I have got this sorted with your team now. Helpful person. But I suggest changing your auto system to give callers an idea of wait time. Better customer service.

    @virginmedia still waiting since 7.30 am for the engineer to come to sort out the problems we are having, he’s 25 minutes to get here ( we were given 7.30-13 slot) still no tv since Thursday!

    @virginmedia you absolutely SUCK! Sick to death of the poor service you are providing. No TV at all and having to wait 3 days fir a technician and yet you will still charge us, I’m FUMING!

    @virginmedia is it normal practice when a call is made to you about problems with the tivo box (3rd time this year) that you're then on a call for over an hr at at the end of it promised an upgrade, go thro all the protocols only to be told actually you can't have that

    @virginmedia I get your bills, that is how I realised as a loyal customer I am paying £40 plus a month for Internet access only. Fortunately for me and not for you BT Openreach have been installing fibre to home allowing me greater negotiating power as tou have no respect for loyalty.

    @virginmedia I have connection, but the signal is poor as is the speed. The router is in the same place. On my old router (350mbps) I have had speeds of 500mbps at times late a night. Last night I was downloading a file and I was getting 100-200mbps at some points with a cat8 Ethernet cable

    @virginmedia Nope. I have to call back the next time there’s an issue (that will be Monday, I can guarantee it) so they can review the logging results. It took 4 hours to be able to get to speak to someone yesterday. Let’s hope it takes less than that on Monday, eh?

    @PuzzledRichie @virginmedia Completely agree. Of all of the businesses that should be able to provide a decent home working infrastructure.... AND at a time when everyone is (theoretically) at home working or playing teacher. @virginmedia etc are too big to hold to account though. That’s the problem.

    @virginmedia Yes, but I think someone is dealing. Yesterday the 150 and 0345 numbers were both engaged most of the day. Eventually found a contact form on website and sent message. Web site took ages as kept taking me back to diagnosis page, that was no help.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia thanks for the link, credits while nice do not compensate the frustration and inability to work from Home. Also, credits have not been applied to my account considering how long the issue has persisted?! So what next?

    @virginmedia I renewed my package & was asked for bank details to run credit check. However you switched the direct debit payment to this account, without permission. Unable to change on the website. Phone wait times up to an hour to speak to someone. Pls can you help?
