Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

@virginmedia There was an advisor on here a few weeks ago called Steven that was able to see my account and helped me so I dont see why it cant be done again. When I talk to customer services they never help me and give me the run around.

Terrible interface and the box is constantly disconnecting from the WiFi and it’s not the WIFI as no other device in the house does it. It’s the crappy Sky Q box. The old HD box was a million times better. More cheap crap labelled as “new”
