Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

Terrible service from #virginmedia for 3 months+. Spent hours on the phone for the goalposts to be moved again. Apparently if you are residential customer intermittent service in a 24 hour period is acceptable, even if that is 10 minutes Bye bye 🖐🏻🖐🏻#bonvoyage

@justheretolook @virginmedia Good luck. Have a read of Trustpilot reviews about cancellation - hours on hold, passed around depts, cut off etc etc. Anyone would think they are making it impossible to cancel. The fact that you can't do it in anyway online/email says it all.
