It's now 2pm and no sign of an engineer. I was told I'd be charged £25 if I missed the appointment. I think I should charge you for having to hang around for 6 hours waiting.

He raised a complaint Ref:C160622488. Got a call this afternoon where the manager of customer services said there was nothing he could do.

Sent multiple follow up WhatsApp messages and still nothing. You really need to sort out your customer service because I’ve been waiting 3 weeks just to get back into contact with someone!!!

On one visit my then 3yr old son looked at the engineer and said in a super clear voice - Sky is even better - the tag line at the time. The chap and I stopped arguing and just started laughing our asses off!

For a different user you have to use the app on your tv not virgin😕

If people don't pay, turn off their service; no need for an additional made-up fee. When I moved providers, one of these jerks in the call centre claimed he'd get sacked if I didn't tell him which alternative provider I'd chosen. I mean, it's not like I'd been with them for over 25 years or something.

All the engineers arriving had been given completely wrong information for visit. Back and forward for about 6 weeks to get my internet working again.
