    @virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

    @virginmedia Received a text message with a link saying that my bill had not been paid and update my details checked my bank and paid that day customer services confirmed this also this is the second time this has happened why does my information keep getting breached?
