Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

I never asked for any changes & in one of the many, calls I've made, I was told that your Oomph bundle department had shut around the same time.

A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.
