It's now 2pm and no sign of an engineer. I was told I'd be charged Β£25 if I missed the appointment. I think I should charge you for having to hang around for 6 hours waiting.

The Media part..nothing has been done at all..no solution..just continual pestering to pay by debt collectors or cut service!

The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

If uou Google it you will see tgere are multiple mass complaints to Ofcom about obstacles they create to customers trying to switch away. Keep going and threaten a formal complaint.
