Fortunately for me and not for you BT Openreach have been installing fibre to home allowing me greater negotiating power as tou have no respect for loyalty.

A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

DM supposedly to identify a customer may in fact be phishing for personal details. If @virginmedia cared they would report such accounts, get them closed down.
