@virginmedia I shall be raising a complaint yes. No attempt to find out if the router is faulty, just trying to sell more services. You have failed to deliver against your contract and the customer service is shocking. My complaint shall go to OFCOM also @Ofcom

@virginmedia I shared the screen prints of what they said. No attempt was made to diagnose or resolve. Only to sell boosters despite me advising them I have major WiFi issues. I’ve kept all the messages and you did bring but try to con me out of more money. And now you call me a liar!!

@virginmedia @DannyHackett Be careful with the fob offs Danny - if it’s a connection problem (not your in house WiFi) then Virgin, as with any other cable company, can see your connection status from the modem to their services via DOCSIS and also should be able to see logs too 😉

Hey @virginmedia as it appears that new customers get more for paying less, how long do I need to leave for before I can be a 'new' customer again? 50 quid just to swap a TV box is rediculous, when new customers get it for free. Been with you for over a decade.
