    @virginmedia No not yet your IVR won’t let me and your i’m waiting for a response from webchat, but that will take ages.. surely there must be a way to get though the awful IVR to speak to a human!

    @virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

    @virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

    The worst service ever from @virginmedia - been trying to cancel my account since March. I do appreciate problems with lockdown etc but we’re almost in October! Nobody at all seems to want to take responsibility - passed from pillar to post!

    @virginmedia If I could speak to someone in the UK that is atleast empathetic on the phone, I'd be content with the fact that they're doing their best to help/could point me to someone who does know. If a support person begins to regurgitate the same thing without listening to you, what then?

    @virginmedia I've tried explaining this multiple times & every support staff replies with "you're getting your advertised speeds, we can't do anything about it". That's not the problem I am describing to them hence my anger because I keep getting a scripted reply back. It's not good enough.

    @virginmedia I spoke to someone today about it and they said they’re not able to cancel it because it’s part of the bundle. So if this is true then your sales person falsely sold a product to me and this is unacceptable. I’ve requested for all my chats to be sent to me via email and again

    @virginmedia When I bought VM in 2016, the 2.4Ghz band worked perfectly. I was getting 50-60mb down when being close to it. Now I get YouTube videos buffering when browsing on a 2.4Ghz band. I'm not going to blindly chuck out anything that doesn't support 5Ghz, that's a waste of money.
