@virginmedia The issue is intermittent so not currently. The 3.0 hub has been rebooted multiple times and has had a factory reset but I still have intermittent Internet.

@virginmedia wow your customer services aren't geared up for this at all are they? Almost a year on in virtual service, no phone service, only web chat. It took from 2pm yesterday to 9am today to get a response from customer services who couldn't help anyhow! Bang goes retention!

@virginmedia have the absolute worst customer service. Bounced from department to department, then after 2 hours the line just disconnects so you have to start the process again. Honestly never had a worse experience.
