    @virginmedia Virgin ID’s. In the area due to problems with the network, changed over fittings to cables to outside box and internal cables now my internet doesn’t work. Need this sorted immediately.

    @virginmedia Our tele has no signal, had problems with it for a few weeks. Some channels just have an error message of ‘no signal’ and others are pixelated so badly that you can’t see the programme at all 😩

    Nice going, @virginmedia - called to check how my complaint and SAR are progressing as they were requested on Thursday and I didn’t get the same day call back promised by the TM. Called back today to find 1. Complaint not set up. 2. SAR not submitted. AND....

    @virginmedia my parents signed contract with u on moving into new house in bookham. Installation date was set for3jan. been pushed back 4 times now to 17 March. They are without internet. This is beyond a joke and no customer service/ info, just poor excuses. pls can Vm help?!

    @laurasidestreet @virginmedia Nope, you’re not alone, the routers are the worst. We replaced ours with a TP Link Deco M9 system and most of our problems went away immediately. We still get odd intermittent outages, but few & far between comparatively

    @virginmedia It reads there's no issues but for the past three days at different points in the day it just fades in and out. It seems to be like a week every month it has a bad period especially if it rains. stays connected if I'm watching a stream service but the moment I load game it's off
