    @virginmedia I pay £40 a month JUST for WiFi!!!! it’s horrendous. Slow, can’t handle streaming a simple Amazon Prime video, and I’m getting charged DOUBLE what I paid originally a few years back! I’ll be phoning to leave Monday morning, £40 is terrible, let alone for poor service

    @virginmedia anyone thinking of getting their Wi-fi, think again. We’ve been with the now since NTL days and this HUB 3.0 has been the worst!! Not as good as the make out. The router is in a good position not hidden away yet it’s still crap!!

    @virginmedia We’ve tried three times to raise a complaint with you. And this magical game appeared after the second complaint (the same day) to which the man on the phone was rude, spoke over me and implied my business wasn’t needed or respected at all.

    @virginmedia my daughter's Internet in Dundee, flashing green base light since Friday, tried everything all reboots, etc. Impossible to get through to speak to a human. Hours waiting on the phone. Clearly a problem with connection outside. Sort it out you are a shambles. DD14

    Have said before, when there are no issues, @virginmedia is - i think - better than their competition. However stability & consistency is an issue and customer experience is always a frustration. I just want to add BT sport and sign up for 18 more months. Shouldn't be difficult.

    @virginmedia Has Virgin Media shut for Christmas or something? I've had major issues with my "New", upgraded Internet since it has been installed and have been ringing and messaging EVERY day for the last 18 days and get cut off after spending 1 hour and 43 mins on the phone...

    @virginmedia That's the usual advice we've been given and no unfortunately there isn't on there that is helpful! I'm on hold to customer service and will be asking for this issue to be fixed as one of us is a key worker working from home and it's unacceptable for our services to be this poor.
