The Media part..nothing has been done at all..no solution..just continual pestering to pay by debt collectors or cut service!

The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

Resilience baked in was a good strategy, but it will get better still. There’s always room for improvement?
