Got to love @virginmedia, having spent 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone in their technical service, finally get through to be told they close in 15 minutes nothing they can do 😳 on the WiFi black spots better off getting something from Amazon 🤬🤯

@virginmedia I've recently had a Hub3 installed because of the telephone adapter exercise. The Hub3 is known to be "flaky" and so it is proving!! It DAILY drops out for a few minutes which causes problems as I work from home. I need a replacement asap. Please advise.

@virginmedia I didn't know I was been charged for virgin TV, I never ordered virgin TV nor did I get a box to set up virgin TV. Check your end and you will see, this has never been used. I have been paying for this for the last 10yrs, believing this high premium was for fast internet.

@virginmedia Your grid clearly cannot cope. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the cables or the hub. It’s the amplifier or some other external cause. Complaint will be going into ofgem if you don’t sort it out. And I am currently telling anyone thinking of signing up to go elsewhere.
