    @virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

    Been with @virginmedia back as far as old NTL days. Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

    Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

    @syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

    @virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

    @virginmedia another day another WiFi outage. This really is the worst WiFi I've ever had. Legally as you are not providing the service as promised am I allowed to cancel the contract ? @CitizensAdvice

    @virginmedia Diagnostics were performed over the phone using the automated service on numerous occasions. Each time a fault is found and the hub is rebooted automatically. I’ve not been able to get through to your team directly to have them perform a more informed diagnosis

    @virginmedia Performed 2-3 times in the past month. Same issue exists. How can the hub range reduce. We had perfect coverage through the entire house with a steady 150mb signal... we then upgraded and an engineer came to balance the signal but things were immediately worse. So many complaints

    @virginmedia Thanks, but that's what I've been doing for nearly 14 days. Someone will message to say they'll help, but then there'll be no other contact until the next day when a message asks if I still need help. It keeps happening over and over, so I need to get it sorted now. Thanks!
