    @virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

    @virginmedia Rebooted and still got the same problem. Can you advise on getting a refund for the above fault ref which has been going on since the 7th of October. Amount on bill is the same do I need to wait for fault to be resolved and is it automatic as told previously?

    @virginmedia I understand that but if it’s not related to virgin how did they get my service provider and date payment is due,customer services are aware of this,as a service provider have you informed potential victims that this has happened?

    @virginmedia I’m trying to return equipment to you. I’ve filled out the form you sent to me twice and twice I’ve had an email and text to say that my return package has been sent to me. But I’ve never received it. Is there a problem with the service?

    @virginmedia Received a text message with a link saying that my bill had not been paid and update my details checked my bank and paid that day customer services confirmed this also this is the second time this has happened why does my information keep getting breached?

    @virginmedia It has a string of comments which are all -we're working on your issue or we're looking into your issue, dating back to 4/11/21. All I have requested is a call from a manager. It doesn't need looking into. It also states the wrong no. as my contact number.

    @virginmedia Yes I did that when I was there yesterday. App had a few problems connecting (due to problems with wi-fi). I made a bit of progress and was offered the wi-fi pods. Do they work with pre-existing non-Virgin boosters (as my MiL has one)? Also are the Virgin pods free?

    @virginmedia I've provided that already. My router performs a speed test automatically every day, and is wired directly to the hub (which is in modem mode). It's just the screenshots are me viewing the app on my phone. I've also tested it from other wired devices on the network.

    @virginmedia I've also told them over the phone to use the mobile number, not the landline, but that hasn't been updated. I'm all out of ideas - the only solution Virgin seem to offer is call them every 48 hours for the rest of time.

    @virginmedia Thank you. I will file a complaint tomorrow. The box doesn’t restart. It just says Starting up… but never moves on from there. Tried unplugging, leaving unplugged, then replugging but nothing happens
