    @virginmedia hi, can someone please tell me if you have issues with your broadband in the SG1 area? Every evening the signal drops significantly from the wifi router to other areas of the house. To a point where I’m using my phone as a hotspot. Thus using my mobile data. Thanks.

    @virginmedia Dates keep being changed for a line pull,no communication from Virgin! I logged a complaint which was closed without resolving the issue... Am still being charged, spoken to many support staff that haven't got a clue what each department is doing.

    This level of incompetence is insane. We literally do not have an installation date. Virgin Media support is utterly useless since I’m met with people who don’t actually know anything. How hard can it be to book an engineer visit so I can actually have the services I pay for?

    @virginmedia has to be the worse company I’ve ever dealt with. They keep taking more money out of my account despite telling me won’t. Shocking customer service. I never complain but have really had enough. Glad I’m leaving soon!
