Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Kai (@housecatkai) reported@whisperwoIf @virginmedia Easily the worst damn ISP here in the UK, I don’t miss them at all 🤢
-
Holli (@HolliCarden) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK This is why I’m happy that Virgin Media are being fined millions of pounds. Their customer service is disgraceful.
-
PH (@PHagerty70) reported@virginmedia my account has been locked since 7th May, no email or access to VM online services. I have spoken to you 10 times, including a ‘signed for’ complaint, received on 20th June. I have heard nothing, this is unacceptable. Please can someone help me? (Customer for 18yrs)
-
estevén (@superpaddiepads) reported@LessGrumpy @virginmedia Exactly that. The quality of the broadband has never been an issue but the customer service is almost non existent. But when you base that offshore it does tend to be the case. Very polite but utterly useless.
-
estevén (@superpaddiepads) reported@LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever I’ve had issues with Virgin it’s never been a UK call centre I’ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.
-
Liz Langfield (@liz_langfield) reported@ArturNadol7566 So Virgin Media has to pay a fine of £28m for the deliberate mistreatment of customers. But where does that money actually go? Certainly not to their customer-victims of their mistreatment. As always, fines paid by large corporations and companies NEVER benefit the victims.
-
Julia Coombs (@JuliaCoombcj) reported@Stsantek @virginmedia Unfortunately this is standard procedure. Tried to cancel Sky TV just before contract ended as price had risen, watched the date like a hawk. They advised me to take out the 2 years again and cancel on the date. Hope you never notice. Why isn’t this illegal?
-
Jonathan H (@howdo01) reported@virginmedia What with the losing channels right left and center, pass few months seen about 5-6 channels, latest one That's TV, price up, channels down, what are you replacing them with, Rewind would be a good one to start with.
-
𝙣𝙮𝙭𝙞𝙚 ꯭🪽⟡ (@shuseihayakawa) reported@virginmedia upgraded to the hub 5 on monday and been having intermittent issues since last night. one minute it says the hub isn't connected properly, next it says there's intermittent signal. being charged £90 a month mind you. sort your ******* **** out. can't wait to change broadbands.
-
🏴🇮🇲🇯🇲✝️ (@25watchtower) reported@Stsantek @virginmedia Yup, just dumped Virgin for EE. Although I swore I’d never use BT again after an appalling experience with them before switching to Virgin, I wouldn’t continue using their extortionate services anymore
