@syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

@virginmedia still waiting since 7.30 am for the engineer to come to sort out the problems we are having, he’s 25 minutes to get here ( we were given 7.30-13 slot) still no tv since Thursday!

@virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

@virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

Wish I’d never got @virginmedia telly etc. Cancelled my account ahead of our house move date of June 29. Then asked if they’d reactivate for a bit when that date fell through. Turns out they’ve signed me up for another 18m and they’re trying to charge me £288 to get out of it 🤬.

@virginmedia yes, it's how I feel. No internet for 12 hours but the problem is how I feel, that's what you're going to focus on. Good job. No point raising complaints at Virgin, nothing happens. First thing they do is blame me. Never take responsibility. They do what you do, blame how I feel.

@virginmedia That’s at least three different numbers you’ve suggested! I’ve tried them all. I finally got through to speak to a human, who put me through to a diff dept. Who also put me through to a diff dept. Who then said she couldn’t help and the line cut off after 90 minutes!!
