    @virginmedia Clearly not as the issue keeps coming back after multiple engineer fixes outside AND in my home. You're lying through your teeth and leaving me in the dark literally. Stop hiding behind "standard business" replies, be human and help me.

    Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

    @virginmedia It works intermittently. This has been discussed over a series of phone calls through 12 months. A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

    @rwilliams1947 @virginmedia It seems VM are also messing up landlines too. They now need to connect the phone cable to the Wi-Fi hub . Which means lots of trouble in my house and many other properties across the UK. And good luck with trying to discontinue their contract - they make it very difficult.

    @virginmedia why does it seem impossible to sort my TV and WiFi out? My partner has been phoning up on and off for a year or more about poor signal, not being able to use catch and apps and general poor service. Just get fobbed off.] Is this how you treat all customers?

    @virginmedia I have a TiVo box but my tv screen keeps pixelating. It is not restricted to 1 channel. I have turned the box off at the plug but it has made no difference. Can you help?

    @virginmedia I finally managed to contact someone on the phone and apparently there was planned engineering from the 11/12/2020 to 25/01/2021 but we wasn’t notified. Which lines up to all the problems we’ve had.

    @virginmedia I have done everything I could. Your customer care last night said that the internet will be on but intermittently. Nothing has happened. I can't wait for 8 days. Period. If I can't get this resolved sooner then sorry but this isn't a threat, I'm cancelling my contract

    Grateful @virginmedia has confirmed the two pushy & rude calls I've had recently asking me to download teamviewer to resolve a wifi issue are scams: "I request you to ignore the calls which you have received and it is not from Virgin media. I request you to block those numbers."
