@virginmedia Internet not working at all. Speed is barely existent considering we paid for the top package regarding speed. An engineer has come to have a look and it hasn’t worked? Really frustrating when you can’t do any work online especially during times of lockdown.

@fowley @SkyHelpTeam Read a reply to a customer from Virgin Media who said that it was affecting a number of ISPs and that they'd raised it with @TwitterSupport. Doesn't seem to be just limited to Sky, at least VM are doing something, other than just sending "self help" links which don't work.
