So we pay over £100 a month for full @virginmedia package and fastest Internet going, but is it so so bad. It keeps cutting out all the time or going slow.

Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

Terrible service from #virginmedia for 3 months+. Spent hours on the phone for the goalposts to be moved again. Apparently if you are residential customer intermittent service in a 24 hour period is acceptable, even if that is 10 minutes Bye bye 🖐🏻🖐🏻#bonvoyage

MAYBE @virginmedia I would've accepted the generous offer that your retentions department phoned me with the day after I cancelled if I was offered that rate by default when searching for a deal a month ago. Poviders sort your crap out- stop overcharging at first point of call!

@virginmedia Hi. I'm trying add an email to my mobile device but it is saying 'cannot verify' 'Pop/imap isn't turned on for this account'. Yet it was fine the other day plus got an email for that address in another inbox ok. Also I've added it before with no issue.
