@virginmedia I shared the screen prints of what they said. No attempt was made to diagnose or resolve. Only to sell boosters despite me advising them I have major WiFi issues. I’ve kept all the messages and you did bring but try to con me out of more money. And now you call me a liar!!

@jackfb22 @btsport @btsportrugby @virginmedia Glad it's on channel 4 too today. Even if it's not so good commentary. Has to be a feed issue somewhere, because the adverts were fine.

@virginmedia I shall be raising a complaint yes. No attempt to find out if the router is faulty, just trying to sell more services. You have failed to deliver against your contract and the customer service is shocking. My complaint shall go to OFCOM also @Ofcom

@virginmedia It’s supposed to be a 100Mbps service but it’s rarely at that speed. No WiFi in the kitchen (5meters away) and in the bedrooms upstairs. It’s th worst WiFi I’ve had in years. Kids can’t use PS4 in the room directly next to the one with the router in it.

@itvMLshow how do I go about getting a refund for a misold contract from @virginmedia I told them I was moving house during contract but they said the area would be covered which its not & have now been charged a cancellation fee of £177. Customer service has been dreadful.

@virginmedia It’s always this poor. Just a poor service from you. Completely inconsistent and the WiFi is a joke. A reboot makes no difference.

@virginmedia I have called this number twice but am still awaiting a further call back. It is shocking that a company can charge such high fees especially as I was told when taking the contract moving house would not cause any issues. If you would wish to call me directly please dm me.

@virginmedia @boostgaming Internet not working again! TV box hasn’t worked for a year! Customer services in India is a disgrace! I asked for compensation and to cancel my contract and she said I couldnt cancel. Pointed out they were in breach of it, so I have every right to cancel.

@virginmedia I lose connection on multiple devices. 22 devices is not just on one pod. They are supposed to be “intelligent” and resolve this by themselves. BT had their own mesh system which never ever gave me any problems. How strange is that?

@virginmedia There shouldn't be charges as per the legal terms in my contract with Virgin for Android phones under 24 months old. I am paying for a handset that doesn't work and now you're trying to charge me for fixing faulty goods when repairs are covered under my contract?!

I’m paying for, and supposed to be getting, 1Gb download speeds. I’m getting 33mb tops at the moment – the uploads are quicker than that! @virginmedia I’ll be contacting you later with details, but it isn’t good service at the moment.
-
leyton rahman

@virginmedia You see, after I joined, I became an “existing customer “. So they refused to speak to me. They had promised me £200 credit. Turns out you have a maximum £100 limit. Roland promised more which is why I paid BT £260 early cancellation penalty
-
M Brennan

@virginmedia I was told that the lines were closed for the team I need to speak to so I have to wait for them to call me. This is new. I’ve had boxes fixed/replaced before and I’ve never had to wait 5 days for someone to call me just to arrange this.
