    @virginmedia With respect, your customer service advisors are useless. As is the technology for contacting them. As per my initial message. Last time I went through this I was booked a chat appointment by your twitter team with someone who specifically handled the complaint.

    @virginmedia hi, over a month ago now I was told that I would receive a cheque through the post with my refund! A refund I should of got 3months ago! Virgin Media's customer service is the worst I've ever experienced!

    @virginmedia any chance of supporting existing customers, currently paying ยฃ32 a month but your offering new customers 25 a month. Helpline said nothing I can do as existing customer.

    @virginmedia I phoned THREE weeks ago to cancel our contact, there was a dispute over a cancellation fee. A manager was supposed to call me back, Iโ€™ve rang 5 times since to check as heard nothing- each time was told โ€˜within 48hrsโ€™. Move out next Friday, what am I supposed to do????

    @virginmedia Yep. Just been on hold for 1 hour 3 minutes and as soon as I got through it cut off. Sent multiple follow up WhatsApp messages and still nothing. You really need to sort out your customer service because Iโ€™ve been waiting 3 weeks just to get back into contact with someone!!!

    @virginmedia Cheers, still down this morning - tried another 2 router reboots at 6am and 7:30 respectively but was no better, solid red light, etc.. Will try again at midday

    @LPXIOP Virgin media customer here, had the same, got a letter they disconnecting the telephone line their end and told us to connect the landline phone to the internet modem with different cable. It worked first time. Copper lines being phased out in favour of VoIP.

    @ulickdcox @VodafoneIreland Not a vodafone issue. Looks like a core switch failure, optical cross-connect fault or other fault inside one of the central carrier-neutral hubs. It has dropped interconnection across multiple fixed ISPs (Virgin Media, Eir, Siro, NBI) simultaneously.

    @virginmedia Your salesperson confirmed by text that his manager had approved covering that ยฃ6 for the term. I have the messages. It has never appeared on my bill. He asked me to email a compensation request, which I did. No reply. Chased three times since. No reply. 2/

    @Dacosta150 @Jojo_agboola Bro, Iโ€™m on Youfibre too, lovely network. I dropped virgin media broadband, not because they are bad but cos of Youfibre upload speed. Their 1000mbps download is same with their 1000 upload. Iโ€™m on You2000 and itโ€™s been lovely. @Jojo_agboola should try it
