Terrible service from #virginmedia for 3 months+. Spent hours on the phone for the goalposts to be moved again. Apparently if you are residential customer intermittent service in a 24 hour period is acceptable, even if that is 10 minutes Bye bye 🖐🏻🖐🏻#bonvoyage

Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

@virginmedia It differed from there is a fault be fixed today (1st call) to there is a fault and engineers are out but will take them 9 days to fix it, to my manager will call you in 3 days (when asked to escalate the problem) so Xmas day, really? To there is a fault! #noconfidence

@virginmedia I messaged on there, told me to call a number and then they forwarded me to another department.. had to explain all over again. And then the line was so bad, I told them to call me back and the line cut off... do you have a UK number I can call?

@virginmedia Are you able to advise IF this is going to be fixed, yesterday you said by 10am today. Then 2pm,6pm & now 10am tomorrow - could live with the loss of either service but it’s really impacting not having either!
