@virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

@virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

Just want to warn anybody out there, especially in Stalybridge, not to switch to @virginmedia . That is of course unless you’re happy to be constantly lied to by the worlds worst customer service and installations team. Plus being left without any internet access.

@virginmedia the cancellation page has three options to cancel but non of them link to relevant information. The online chat never seems to work. I can spend an hour on the phone to cancel my account. Can you advise how to get onto online chat to cancel please?
