@virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

@bluebirdchapo @WezTucker @virginmedia Don’t try Bt worst in the world for internet I’ve had it twice when I moved. Internet wouldn’t pull your hat off absolute shite they actually gave me compensation. plus all these newish companies offering great deals are shite as they all use Bt lines.

Got to love @virginmedia, having spent 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone in their technical service, finally get through to be told they close in 15 minutes nothing they can do 😳 on the WiFi black spots better off getting something from Amazon 🤬🤯

@CatherineAddy @virginmedia Yeah when I lived in Watford we moved straight from Virgin to BT and didn’t have many issues, but since living in London and having WiFi with the company ‘hyperoptic’ I’ve never had any issues (touch wood)… it’s super cheap aswell

@virginmedia Yes, it shows fault in the area. But the problem is that we are getting message daily that issue has been resolved and then next day outage happens again, all neighbourhood call you and you create a new update with the fault in the area. And that goes in circles every day
