    @virginmedia Really need to speak with someone to order a replacement SIM card. Phone lines say customer service is closed & so does the local store phone number. Live chat is taking hours.

    Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

    So we pay over £100 a month for full @virginmedia package and fastest Internet going, but is it so so bad. It keeps cutting out all the time or going slow.

    @EmilyEvaGill @virginmedia So has mine with BT, they offered me £20 as an apology but it’s not an apology it’s a contractual obligation! Paying a fortune for a non existent service! Hopefully will be fixed tomorrow

    @virginmedia My elderly parents have been pushed into a contract with yourselves today my a very pushy salesman. They need to cancel. How do they contact you? They don’t have a number your phone line accepts. 😬😬.
