Andy (@andyosb) reported@Ofcom @virginmedia did exactly the same thing to me back in 2019! It was - and still is - the worst customer service experience of my life (and I'm now 65). I was just so relieved to escape them eventually. They're utter scum. Do yourself a favour & don't go anywhere near this company
-
Keith A Pearson (@keithapearson) reported@MartinSLewis By far the worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with in recent years. If Ofcom truly had any teeth, it'd ban Virgin Media from operating in our telecoms sector. A truly dreadful company.
-
Adrian Kesby (@kesbyac) reported@O2 I just want to change tariff to 10GB plan. I’m with Virgin Media so that becomes 20GB which is perfectly adequate. Sim Onlys are circa £15 which is fine but was told in store that I can’t port my number on the same network!
