    @playpet1 @virginmedia Tech guys tried to bill me 2. Years after I phoned trying to install the new hub that Virgin had sent me.. tech guys a subsidiary of virgin couldn’t fix it .. Virgin eventually sent a Enginneer out who fixed it. No wonder Dicky Branson is living on a island the thieving pirate

    @virginmedia Still waiting from last Thursday for the call that I actually didn't request! It was only after relaying my experience to your customer services that it was advised a manager would call to discuss & explain what had happened. Unfortunately always realised nobody would call me.
