  @rwilliams1947 @virginmedia It seems VM are also messing up landlines too. They now need to connect the phone cable to the Wi-Fi hub . Which means lots of trouble in my house and many other properties across the UK. And good luck with trying to discontinue their contract - they make it very difficult.

  @virginmedia is it normal practice when a call is made to you about problems with the tivo box (3rd time this year) that you're then on a call for over an hr at at the end of it promised an upgrade, go thro all the protocols only to be told actually you can't have that

  @virginmedia I was told to wait in this morning between 8am - 12pm for an engineer to fix my broadband. It's now 2pm and no sign of an engineer. I was told I'd be charged £25 if I missed the appointment. I think I should charge you for having to hang around for 6 hours waiting.

  @syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

  @virginmedia Help!! Our neighbours are Virgin installed but they said cables were needed as no-one on the street had it. Our Virgin connection at the gate has now been cut off!!!!!

  @virginmedia My broadband hasn't been working since around 11am today. All week, Virgin has said that work was due to be completed in my area around 11:15am today. It's now saying that the hub is the problem. I've restarted and reset it, but it's still not working 🤬
