He raised a complaint Ref:C160622488. Got a call this afternoon where the manager of customer services said there was nothing he could do.

Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

They eventually delivered at 8.45PM. @Yodel_delivery are not competent and make it impossible to contact anyone. @EvriDeliveryCom are equally as bad. Neither care about customer satisfaction.

I remember I used the Smart TV features once, never used it since, I press somethings it's instant not sat waiting to load.

You can block anything you want or them and restrict sites and device time and you get to okay anything they install on the device. Most adults as thick as pig **** to use them.
