    @virginmedia I’ve had a text to say our issue will be resolved by 1/12 but this seems to be a continuous issue and I have a child trying to do schoolwork from home due to Covid so it’s vital our BB is working and for our heating too which works via wifi.

    @virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

    Contract with @virginmedia is expiring up £20 p/m. Great Black Friday deal for new customers. Won’t match it. Told if sign up in my name as new customer (currently in partner’s name) they’ll offer it-great but still want £35 one off fee for equipment -we have equipment here 🙈

    @virginmedia What’s your customer service telephone number? Can’t find one anywhere. Don’t want a “Message Bot” - I want a human to sort out our problem. Wife’s a GP trying to provide patient care from home -can’t because of broadband problems. Don’t tell me to reset the router!!

    @virginmedia intermittent connection fault on broadband for almost 36 hours...its farcical and so annoying not being able to use a service for which I'm paying. How long does it take engineers to fix this fault? Was told the fix would occur this morning but alas! #Help

    @virginmedia No!! It’s the same problem!! When she started all this she told the guy in the bereavement team that she wanted to cancel movies and sports and he said they could sort that out after she’d registered. It’s been now 3 months that she’s having to pay for something she doesn’t want!

    @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia About 10 years ago I had such trouble trying to deal with Virgin I ended up contacting their head of PR telling them I was a filmmaker and saying I was going to make a doc about their poor service. Engineer arrived next day and a month's refund!

    @virginmedia absolutely incompetent customer service it's actually diabolical, time and time again asked if my refferal was applied was told of course no confirmation sent only to be told today no it wasn't and accounts not live so not gonna get it you're actually ****.
