@virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

Well after 20 years of being a loyal @skytv customer its time to leave. They have taken my custom for granted expecting me to accept poor customer service well I won't & I'm not. @skytv loss is very much @virginmedia gain.

You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

@virginmedia please explain why we are into our third week of intermittent outage? You confirm its fixed at 6pm every day - yet we have the same problems in the area the next day. When we complain were told to troubleshoot - its an area outage not our equipment! WFH issues!
