@RiotAngeI Ye virgin media’s been a ***** the last few days 🙈 they’ve released a statement saying that VM customers are using the internet more often than normal with everyone being home due to the lockdown that it’s having problems keeping up to speed, so not much they can do really 👎🏻🤣

  • davy_gallagher David Gallagher (@davy_gallagher) reported

@virginmedia Dear John, On the 11th you stated that you had emailed the colleague who was dealing with my issues, as I had been waiting 72 days another day would not make a big difference. 4 days have passed and not a word. My heart is broken 💔I hate to say it but our relationship is over.

  • MissDance Rachel (@MissDance) reported

@virginmedia could you please advise on the broadband issues in WS10 area? For 3 weeks I've had intermittent BB Mon-Fri which is hampering WFH. This happens everyday?

  • DaveKush6 Mr Leroy Tyson (@DaveKush6) reported

@virginmedia Hi @virginmedia No and as no one was replying I swapped providers this morning .I think it’s horrible the way you ignore people and just hope the problems fix themselves . I can see you reply to others quickly but not me . Horrid company that treats its customers with contempt

  • caatstca Cat Abbott (@caatstca) reported

@virginmedia That’s what I’m doing that results in the error. No known issues locally. Seems to have been playing up since we upgraded a couple of weeks ago.

  • GaileyC Gail Collins 💙 (@GaileyC) reported

@virginmedia Thanks for getting back. This is through a wireless connection to a new router. We have bought 3 boosters to help. We only live in a semi, not a mansion!

@virginmedia is there a problem in the G77 postcode my parents have no TV or WiFi?

  • matt_hammel Matt Hammel (@matt_hammel) reported

@virginmedia I’m not a ******* idiot. I’ve tried contacting your crappy organisation and I’ve tried comprising and now I’ve tried publically getting you to help me out. It would be easier to install my own fibre optic network than get you lot to provide me with a service I ordered.

  • theworstbill Bill Adams (@theworstbill) reported

@virginmedia Yes, I have tried it. Three of my devices also experiencing cut outs are within line of sight to the hub. It’s pretty obvious that the hub itself is cutting out the WiFi repeatedly, not an issue with signal strength or device location.

  • CeranDanis Ciaran Downey (@CeranDanis) reported

@virginmedia Virgin broadband has made working from home in Cardiff central an absolute nightmare recently. Network has been cutting in and out for the past three weeks. They also make it as hard as possible to find an email or a free phone number for them.

  • ke_payne KE Payne (@ke_payne) reported

Hi @virginmedia I keep getting texts asking me to confirm an installation on 17/02 but you're sending the texts to the wrong number as I'm not a customer & I'm not getting Virgin Media installed. Tried ringing customer services but they need an account number. Help?
