    After calling Linksys, it was 45 mins on the phone with @virginmedia with the agent arguing with me that they can’t help with my hub if it’s in modem mode only for them to pass it on to someone else who changes a setting and asks me to reset. 30 wait for results now.

    @virginmedia Not sure who we’ve been speaking to for the last day. But they’ve been the most helpful member of staff we’ve had contact with over the last five months. Has not only helped me fix the problem, answered any questions, but is taking my formal complaint further for us.

    @virginmedia I’ve said this more than once before on here and I’ll say it again. VM broadband is crap!! Their Wi-fi is shi., keeps cutting out yet they promise it is better and stronger. Don’t believe it!! The old router was far better than this rubbish!!!

    @virginmedia I pay £40 a month JUST for WiFi!!!! it’s horrendous. Slow, can’t handle streaming a simple Amazon Prime video, and I’m getting charged DOUBLE what I paid originally a few years back! I’ll be phoning to leave Monday morning, £40 is terrible, let alone for poor service

    @virginmedia Pretty much tried everything. Have yet to speak to someone sentient. Automated response either sends me back to where I started or says the problem is temporary. Tried the blackspot test - this suggested all was fine. The signal is weak at best. Both me and my partner are WFH

    @virginmedia Speaking to your online team who tell me to do what you told me on this public forum which is the same as what your customer care team told me so essentially there is no help or care we’re in one large infinite loop of me restarting my router in the dying hope of it working.
