    Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

    Terrible service from #virginmedia for 3 months+. Spent hours on the phone for the goalposts to be moved again. Apparently if you are residential customer intermittent service in a 24 hour period is acceptable, even if that is 10 minutes Bye bye 🖐🏻🖐🏻#bonvoyage

    @justheretolook @virginmedia Good luck. Have a read of Trustpilot reviews about cancellation - hours on hold, passed around depts, cut off etc etc. Anyone would think they are making it impossible to cancel. The fact that you can't do it in anyway online/email says it all.

    @virginmedia I would like confirmation that I will be credited for all charges so far. It is incredibly inconvenient not being able to work from home, kids can’t do their homework online, tv not working. Not good enough to ‘maybe’ be credited for minutes it didn’t work
