    @virginmedia Virgin ID’s. In the area due to problems with the network, changed over fittings to cables to outside box and internal cables now my internet doesn’t work. Need this sorted immediately.

    @virginmedia Yes. I am going to try get an RJ45 cable w/ USB-C adapter to test wired connection. Seeds are slow afternoons and evenings. At 6am speeds are good. My sense is you have too many ppl sharing a line. I’be write to customer service complaints.

    @virginmedia No-ish my internet is slow and drops so I have tried to upgrade on several occasions online, I get an order number on each occasion but nothing else. Now the offer that I hoped to take advantage of is no longer available.

    Called Virgin Media to renew broadband contract- 40 mins on phone, the sales person could not help- will call me back within 5 days or email me??? Obviously don’t want to keep customers when the customer discovers they are paying over £20 per month more!!
