    @virginmedia @DannyHackett Had a moment around a decade ago where they sent me through the song and dance of rebooting etc. So I cut it short, told them to look at the signal levels. They did. We agreed that it’s not localised to my property, they fixed. No pointless faffing.

    @virginmedia @DannyHackett Be careful with the fob offs Danny - if it’s a connection problem (not your in house WiFi) then Virgin, as with any other cable company, can see your connection status from the modem to their services via DOCSIS and also should be able to see logs too 😉

    @virginmedia 4 month countdown to get rid of you your customer service is beyond rude. Your technical support is lacking in manners and availability. @SkyUK we are on our way back sorry for leaving biggest mistake ever. We may have saved £20 but not worth the shit service

    @virginmedia I shared the screen prints of what they said. No attempt was made to diagnose or resolve. Only to sell boosters despite me advising them I have major WiFi issues. I’ve kept all the messages and you did bring but try to con me out of more money. And now you call me a liar!!

    @MartinSLewis @MSE_Deals I haggled with Virgin Media over the fibre price rise. I was on the 200meg. For £1 a month more I'm now on the 350meg and got a free sim card with 5gb data and unlimited minutes/texts. Happy with that so I can cancel my wife's sim with sky and save!

    @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp can you tell me how I can speak to someone to cancel my contract. I am paying for 500mbps and only getting maximum of 20mbps. I have emailed your CEO but doubtful he will reply. The customer service is non existent. Im not paying you no more money!!!
