  @virginmedia I get your bills, that is how I realised as a loyal customer I am paying £40 plus a month for Internet access only. Fortunately for me and not for you BT Openreach have been installing fibre to home allowing me greater negotiating power as tou have no respect for loyalty.

  @virginmedia In Dec, you sent an email thanking me for making changes & what I'd get from now on & it'd cost over twice as much as I was paying. I never asked for any changes & in one of the many, calls I've made, I was told that your Oomph bundle department had shut around the same time.

  @virginmedia So my virgin is down so what i done was just switch over to my stv player no problem im still watching #thismorning tv programme and I got a great deal on #virgin a saving of £42 and everything is the same as before except they gave us netflix to stay with them yeah so cool 😎
