Contract with @virginmedia is expiring up £20 p/m. Great Black Friday deal for new customers. Won’t match it. Told if sign up in my name as new customer (currently in partner’s name) they’ll offer it-great but still want £35 one off fee for equipment -we have equipment here 🙈

@virginmedia We’re trying to reduce from tv, phone and broadband to only broadband. The person we’re chatting to is really rude and not helpful at all, initially said all he could offer was the 1 gig package, then said to just go and do it online, and is now saying 500 is the same price as 1
