Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

He raised a complaint Ref:C160622488. Got a call this afternoon where the manager of customer services said there was nothing he could do.

The Media part..nothing has been done at all..no solution..just continual pestering to pay by debt collectors or cut service!
