    Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

    @virginmedia No reported issues. Tried the fixes before, and so did virgin chat. Not just my handset, other people are having the same problem. Am I going to have to change networks, is that what you're saying? Due to the change to O2?

    @virginmedia Your company is awful. I’ve called today waited 10min to the worst hold music only to be cut off. Call back to be told your closed now then state you are open between 9-6. Why are you deliberately obstructive?

    @virginmedia why does it seem impossible to sort my TV and WiFi out? My partner has been phoning up on and off for a year or more about poor signal, not being able to use catch and apps and general poor service. Just get fobbed off.] Is this how you treat all customers?

    @virginmedia Clearly not as the issue keeps coming back after multiple engineer fixes outside AND in my home. You're lying through your teeth and leaving me in the dark literally. Stop hiding behind "standard business" replies, be human and help me.

    @virginmedia It works intermittently. This has been discussed over a series of phone calls through 12 months. A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

    Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

    @virginmedia I have a TiVo box but my tv screen keeps pixelating. It is not restricted to 1 channel. I have turned the box off at the plug but it has made no difference. Can you help?

    Been with @virginmedia back as far as old NTL days. Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

    @virginmedia Yes.They expected one man to just connect the router in the house and activate without any issues. Because it is two man job, they cant do it until 24th.For a new connection in a house that was not with virginmedia earlier, I would have thought of preparing for this eventuality.

    @virginmedia Hi there - since the outage in the N5 area of broadband and tv over the last few days, my wifi is restored fine but certain TV channels are scrambled and don't appear to get a strong single. Is there an issue? Service status says not.

    @Vroniholzmann @SueJ1973 Oh yes! I'll be putting in a formal complaint - both to virginmedia and to @Ofcom When I said as much to the customer service agent, the reply I was given, and I quote, "I don't blame you"! So even their own staff think they are ripping the public off!

    Hi @virginmedia our cable internet has been down for 24+ hours now. Do you have any specific update on fault F008865354 ? The service status page said it would be fixed by 4pm yesterday, then 10 this morning, then 12, then 4... perhaps you can see the pattern there.

    @virginmedia @althorego Yep. 3rd time it’s gone down here in a week. Apparently there are some damaged cables. No information how they became damaged or if the previous two outages were for the same reason. Doesn’t speak highly to their level of maintenance.

    @virginmedia Hi, is there a direct telephone number for your technical support team. I need to report slow speeds, but using your switchboard the automated voice tells me my equipment is working correctly and then hangs up on me.
