  You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

  @virginmedia Just fix it. I need to work. If I lose my job because you can’t get internet to work then that’s on you. I would use my hotspot but that’s with virgin mobile which with full bars of 4g only gets 1mbps download speed. Worst company in the world. Scum
