Upgrading to gigabit broadband meant getting a new router from VirginMedia, so took the opportunity to tidy up and remove old cabling and extension leads. Didn't realise just how much unused crap I still had plugged in/taking up space

@virginmedia During the 12 months of this contract I will have spent around 3 days calling that number. I was on live chat for 4 hours today to get it escalated to the level of a complaint. Your customer service is criminal. I’m just waiting for it to be over before I tell ofcom.
