Trudi Foster (@MsWhippet1) reported from St. Julians, Wales@virginmedia I was told to wait in this morning between 8am - 12pm for an engineer to fix my broadband. It's now 2pm and no sign of an engineer. I was told I'd be charged £25 if I missed the appointment. I think I should charge you for having to hang around for 6 hours waiting.

Lee Smith 🌻 (@djleekee) reported from Cardiff, Wales@virginmedia The channel 4 one seems a bit flakey too. The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

Liz Langfield (@liz_langfield) reported@ArturNadol7566 So Virgin Media has to pay a fine of £28m for the deliberate mistreatment of customers. But where does that money actually go? Certainly not to their customer-victims of their mistreatment. As always, fines paid by large corporations and companies NEVER benefit the victims.
