Charliesays (@sb208) reported from Cardiff, Wales@virginmedia Both wired and not, advised to turn off and back on, diagnostics checked at your end, engineer visit, resulted in all new v6 boxes (x2) and a new internet hub also internal wiring checked and re-connected. Issue seemed to be resolved for a while but after then goes off altogether

I just tried calling the helpline, was on hold for about 20 minutes, was asked for all my contact details and then your operator told me her system is down and I should call back in 2 hours!!
