    @virginmedia What’s your customer service telephone number? Can’t find one anywhere. Don’t want a “Message Bot” - I want a human to sort out our problem. Wife’s a GP trying to provide patient care from home -can’t because of broadband problems. Don’t tell me to reset the router!!

    @virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

    @virginmedia intermittent connection fault on broadband for almost 36 hours...its farcical and so annoying not being able to use a service for which I'm paying. How long does it take engineers to fix this fault? Was told the fix would occur this morning but alas! #Help

    @virginmedia I’ve had a text to say our issue will be resolved by 1/12 but this seems to be a continuous issue and I have a child trying to do schoolwork from home due to Covid so it’s vital our BB is working and for our heating too which works via wifi.

    Got to love @virginmedia, having spent 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone in their technical service, finally get through to be told they close in 15 minutes nothing they can do 😳 on the WiFi black spots better off getting something from Amazon 🤬🤯

    @karriegillett @virginmedia I gave up on Virgin Media 15 years ago when they tried to tell me I was tied to an 18 month contract because I *didn’t* sign a contract sent in the post saying I would be tied for 18 months if I didn’t sign the contract Never had any problems with BT, Sky or now Hyperoptic

    @virginmedia I managed to speak to someone after a 45 minute wait and have an engineer coming on Tuesday but I cannot work until then. I can’t understand why my router has suddenly lost signal. I have a flashing green light and steady green WiFi symbol. All the cables are tightly fastened.

    If you are for any insane reason considering moving to @virginmedia dont. People moan about bad customer services but Virgin is on another level! Disregard for its paying customers while operating its sales lines swamlessly. Don't get me started on the indifferent social team.

    Top service @virginmedia selling my 80+ YO grandparents the most expensive package available when they asked for just TV. Tried to cancel & they’ve instead called my gran confusing her into a new contract. Would recommend for those who enjoy taking advantage of the elderly 👍

    @virginmedia Hi I’ve been on hold to you for an hour because YOUR service status says broadband is fine in my area, but mine isn’t working at all. Can you process a refund for the cost of the call. 25p per minute and no answer. No internet.
