@virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

@virginmedia Further update - today I’ve been charged the monthly payment for the phone and contract I don’t have and that I have apparently cancelled (I didn’t cancel it). Still had zero contact from anyone. Infuriating.
