    @virginmedia wow your customer services aren't geared up for this at all are they? Almost a year on in virtual service, no phone service, only web chat. It took from 2pm yesterday to 9am today to get a response from customer services who couldn't help anyhow! Bang goes retention!

    @virginmedia The issue is intermittent so not currently. The 3.0 hub has been rebooted multiple times and has had a factory reset but I still have intermittent Internet.

    @virginmedia No I can't take a picture as you eventually fixed it after 6 days. My original message explained I want my complaint resolved as I've not heard anything for 5 weeks and have now been promised two call backs through WhatsApp but no one has contacted me.

    @virginmedia I read the link you sent but it's still unclear. I understand you don't get compensation until there's been no service for 2 full days. But after 2 full days and once compensation starts, are you then compensated for the first 2 days? Also, does Sunday count towards the 2 days?

    @virginmedia Yes there are connectivity issues in the area. However this has not been the case for the entire 3 weeks she hasn’t had internet. Still keep getting fobbed off with this excuse though. You guys sent us a new router though so even you couldn’t of always thought that was the issue?
