@virginmedia pls can you help? Website and app help doesn't address the technical issues and don't provide way to contact you. Phoned 150, automated system said it would update & restart TV. Nothing happened. Can't watch recorded programmes since 12th Oct. Frustrating!

@virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

@virginmedia I was on the phone for 2 hours and 22 minutes, the issue hasn't been resolved at all, in fact it's entirely unresolved in the most irritating way imaginable with different staff telling me wildly contradictory information, so would really appreciate your help on this.

@virginmedia Your tech support desk does not want to resolve my intermittent broadband! He is telling to separate my wi-fi signals to make it 2.4ghz and 5ghz two separate channels... My phone and broadband is disconnecting.
