    @virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

    @virginmedia I have spoken to three different people after 4 hours still not resolved my issue not been told the truth with things is not the best way to treat your customers bet I am not the only one

    @virginmedia Hi the service page still says "it will be fixed at 20.00 1 march" and its not. I'd actually rather you didn't give estimated foxed times since that's been pushed for 2 days now, its misleading.

    @virginmedia Further update - today I’ve been charged the monthly payment for the phone and contract I don’t have and that I have apparently cancelled (I didn’t cancel it). Still had zero contact from anyone. Infuriating.
