@virginmedia Yes, and it is a different issue every time. How, in a capital city, is this happening everyday, with your engineers unable to do anything to improve the situation. …and what about that refund, as we are paying for internet which we are not getting?

hey @virginmedia I have a contract that says my price is set to Jan 2023 and I negotiated the deal with customer retention as not the account holder bit authorised to talk on behalf of the account holder and now I've got customer services flat out lying toe on WhatsApp (1)

@virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. It’s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again I’m having to call support to see why our intellipods aren’t working.

Upgrading to gigabit broadband meant getting a new router from VirginMedia, so took the opportunity to tidy up and remove old cabling and extension leads. Didn't realise just how much unused crap I still had plugged in/taking up space

@virginmedia Now I have a problem with the DNS not working. Called 150 and ended up with a text with a link to where I started. Really, really frustrating. Please help.

@virginmedia You also say it’s capable of handling M200, I don’t have an issue with the handling of the speed in modem mode it’s a dream but as a router it can’t handle 20+ devices that connect at random times, that is the issue with the hub. They wouldn’t even entertain pods!

@virginmedia There has been no refund. There has been no calls back from managers which were promised. I was assured my deal of £61.25pm would be bettered that hasn’t happened. I tried to lodge a complaint, that hadn’t happened. I’ve had no calls back since. And have now paid £136 for 1 month
