Your T’s and C’s say 28 days. We are now on day 38! You responded quickly to @SophieEB how come you can show everyone the same respect! Your rubbish!

Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

There's an issue with @chloemphoto's router which isn't getting resolved and the easiest solution is to replace it asap.
