    @virginmedia @DannyHackett Be careful with the fob offs Danny - if it’s a connection problem (not your in house WiFi) then Virgin, as with any other cable company, can see your connection status from the modem to their services via DOCSIS and also should be able to see logs too 😉

    @virginmedia @DannyHackett Had a moment around a decade ago where they sent me through the song and dance of rebooting etc. So I cut it short, told them to look at the signal levels. They did. We agreed that it’s not localised to my property, they fixed. No pointless faffing.

    @virginmedia how long do people in NG16 area need to wait to get phone and broadband back on? It’s month end and we can’t do payroll etc as we can’t connect to our online systems. No compensation unless down for 2 days. Great on a bank holiday weekend when we need to pay people.

    @virginmedia Right at this moment? My Internet has just completely went off. At 22:53 that's what's up. Died. No warning. Coincidentally, I did receive a text message from Virgin earlier today saying you're carrying out essential works on Sep 1st and it might be off ON THAT DAY. But wtf???
