    @virginmedia any chance of supporting existing customers, currently paying £32 a month but your offering new customers 25 a month. Helpline said nothing I can do as existing customer.

    Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

    @virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

    @syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

    @virginmedia With respect, your customer service advisors are useless. As is the technology for contacting them. As per my initial message. Last time I went through this I was booked a chat appointment by your twitter team with someone who specifically handled the complaint.

    Been with @virginmedia back as far as old NTL days. Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

    Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

    @virginmedia No reported issues. Tried the fixes before, and so did virgin chat. Not just my handset, other people are having the same problem. Am I going to have to change networks, is that what you're saying? Due to the change to O2?

    @virginmedia another day another WiFi outage. This really is the worst WiFi I've ever had. Legally as you are not providing the service as promised am I allowed to cancel the contract ? @CitizensAdvice

    @virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

    @virginmedia Is that part of the strategy? Make it extremely hard for someone to disconnect? It took me nearly a month to get it disconnected and then I have to pay an extra month? Disconnecting should be a simple option from the website. Instead you ask to call but never there to answer.

    @virginmedia This has left us with no internet for 5 weeks. We contacted yourselves who put us back online but didn't match the price of our previous contract, therefore we wanted to cancel this. He did eventually get through at 8.30pm last night. 3/3

    @virginmedia Yes, we tried to explain over 6 times in the end. We originally asked to cancel as we were going to receive faster internet from another provider. Your colleague offered us an alternative which my husband was happy to accept but then never called him back. 1/n

    @virginmedia All of them, my work system.shuts down due to abrupt connection loss and due to security I have to then reconnect re log to all the systems. It happens in the middle of zoom and Teams meetings. My contract is ending in 23rd of june and no one has contacted me.
