    @virginmedia John I have done all that already. And it’s not worked. I have spoken with my IT support and they confirm this is a problem with your servers. How are you proposing to sort this out for me please?? I’m paying for a service @virginmedia is not providing.

    Upgrading to gigabit broadband meant getting a new router from VirginMedia, so took the opportunity to tidy up and remove old cabling and extension leads. Didn't realise just how much unused crap I still had plugged in/taking up space

    @dano_afc @virginmedia Agree with this. I did manage to speak with somebody this morning and who said he'd call me back by 10.15. He called at 10.20 for 1s then hung up. I tried calling back and was on the line for 40mins then got cut off. Really poor service.

    @virginmedia hi virgin media, I’m having issues with my super hub. I’ve had to factory reset it 6 times in the mast 2 months to get the WiFi to work. Your site says there’s nothing wrong on the test so I can’t book an engineer or go further. Help please.
