@virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

@virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

@virginmedia No - they couldn’t help me at all. Network issue in our area then got fixed and messed up my settings on my hub. Your team have no knowledge of VPN connections. When I first set it up, 4 years ago, I had to figure it out myself.

Currently sat 5ft away from the @virginmedia hub and zero Internet, oh they offered to replace this outdated one but I'd have to pay nearly 30 quid more a month for the privilege, and this 250 Meg broadband never seemingly gets above 30. #dailycomplaint #badservice

@ScrubKilla For about the last 3 months, I've had problems with connection speed through virgin media. I'm meant to get 1gb/s but only been getting 100mb/s and also had an outage for over a day when they were doing work in the area. Did get £5 back in compensation though 🤔
