    @virginmedia had new hub 4 modem arrive yesterday, set up and worked fine for about 12 hours now it doesn’t even have power. Did not even last a full day. Load of **** it is #virginmedia #broadband #wifi

    Well after 20 years of being a loyal @skytv customer its time to leave. They have taken my custom for granted expecting me to accept poor customer service well I won't & I'm not. @skytv loss is very much @virginmedia gain.

    @virginmedia I’ve called 08454541111 several times and can’t get through to anyone in a UK call centre who can help. Please can I have a direct number for a UK call centre for complaints or cancellation department immediately? This has been going on months! I am very stressed and very annoyed

    @virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

    @YorkshirePad @virginmedia Been down since last night. The virgin site said this morning that an engineer was on site and hoping the service would be back on 3 pm today. That has now been updated to 3pm tomorrow. Not so much Omph Using mobile as an hotspot to work from home. Not good enough @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I closed my account 13 months ago, was informed I’d paid the final bill and my direct debit remained active (i did not cancel with the bank). No correspondence until, to my shock, I received notification about debt collectors this month.
