    @virginmedia I made a complaint January 12th. I phoned on 15th to chase it. I was told you would be in touch and you haven’t been. Your T’s and C’s say 28 days. We are now on day 38! You responded quickly to @SophieEB how come you can show everyone the same respect! Your rubbish!

    @virginmedia The issue is intermittent so not currently. The 3.0 hub has been rebooted multiple times and has had a factory reset but I still have intermittent Internet.

    @virginmedia No I haven’t. I’ll wait for it to happen again and check lights etc. It’s frustrating because when connected by cable, the internet is phenomenal. It’s constantly connected to my PS5 and no problems. On WiFi, it’s horrendous.
