    @rwilliams1947 @virginmedia It seems VM are also messing up landlines too. They now need to connect the phone cable to the Wi-Fi hub . Which means lots of trouble in my house and many other properties across the UK. And good luck with trying to discontinue their contract - they make it very difficult.

    @virginmedia It works intermittently. This has been discussed over a series of phone calls through 12 months. A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

    @virginmedia It on the phone system message - the last time I attempted to speak to someone - it was saying most lines are closed and wait is over 1 hour. Lucky to get a connection over 15 minutes currently. I completely understand the need for works, just a little bit of notice would help
