@virginmedia Rebooted and still got the same problem. Can you advise on getting a refund for the above fault ref which has been going on since the 7th of October. Amount on bill is the same do I need to wait for fault to be resolved and is it automatic as told previously?

@virginmedia We have identified the issue and sent a signal to the hub call back if it doesn’t work in a couple of days .... I obv thought logging a complaint back in jan might get soemone to deal with it you have seen the response I got so you think it resolves the issue?

@virginmedia I do not use my landline ideally I really would like to stay however it’s very expensive to pay for a service you do not get that seemed so easy that you have actually blown me off even on here rather than sort out my issue
