    Well after 20 years of being a loyal @skytv customer its time to leave. They have taken my custom for granted expecting me to accept poor customer service well I won't & I'm not. @skytv loss is very much @virginmedia gain.

    @virginmedia Any chance of a proper update on the issues in my area? Have had poor Internet since February and all we get is 'we are performing upgrades in your area' and 'an engineer is looking into it' the goalpost for work completion keeps moving as well. I just want a stable

    @virginmedia Lack of support for NHS workers, in our area we have had @Lansco_ putting in fibre network. They cut through our VM cable, a VM engineer visited he called in an emergency line pull. I rang VM to explain my partner is a NHS worker and worked from home at times. 1 of 2

    @virginmedia is wireless down in London because my laptop won’t connect unless I connect Ethernet cable, but then my mobile connects to it fine as well so not sure what the problem is. The device doesn’t show any errors either.
