@virginmedia wow your customer services aren't geared up for this at all are they? Almost a year on in virtual service, no phone service, only web chat. It took from 2pm yesterday to 9am today to get a response from customer services who couldn't help anyhow! Bang goes retention!

@TheRealHavokHD @virginmedia Not at the moment mate but I'm looking at when BT & Vodaphone hit the area, if its this year then it'll be a switch Also think I'll go around all the neighbours etc telling them about issues etc advise them to do the same. I'll make flyers with my ThinkBroadband trends on 😡

@PreciousGNSD @UncoolTimi Looool it’s not the actual virgin media internet it’s the router they give you which is terrible you need to get a separate one (that’s what I did) I now get 400mbps as opposed to the top 10mbps (really 6) I get from others

Well, @virginmedia is showing no issues in my area, but my internet connection seems to have vanished entirely. Still able to connect to my router /local network with no issues, but no internet access at all. It's too warm to be stuck with no entertainment all night!

@virginmedia wont offer package thats cost effective to me because Im existing customer. Actually no offer at all 4 retention. Have new OFFER £37. I’m paying £51, they increasing my contract by £3 this yr. I want to drop a service but that increases price by £20! Not good Virgin!

Never choose @virginmedia for your broadband. The amount of money I’ve lost as a self employed person with internet that doesn’t work. And it’s never fixed.

@virginmedia Yellow power light only. All devices (three phones, a tablet, and a desktop PC) are connected to the router, but have no internet access, so it's not an issue with the device. Rebooted the hub. Nothing. No outages reported in my area on the Virgin site.
