    @virginmedia wow your customer services aren't geared up for this at all are they? Almost a year on in virtual service, no phone service, only web chat. It took from 2pm yesterday to 9am today to get a response from customer services who couldn't help anyhow! Bang goes retention!

    @TheRealHavokHD @virginmedia Not at the moment mate but I'm looking at when BT & Vodaphone hit the area, if its this year then it'll be a switch Also think I'll go around all the neighbours etc telling them about issues etc advise them to do the same. I'll make flyers with my ThinkBroadband trends on 😡

    Hi @virginmedia - can you DM me? Waited weeks 4 no reply, phoned 38m wait & the 1 time I get through I got cut off, no1 phones back,trying to cancel. Website is awful for contact. Would actually like to resolve issues if poss - just need some1 to call me! Thank you in advance.

    @virginmedia any issues in NP10? For the past two days my Internet has been cutting out every few minutes, making WFH and virtual conferencing absolutely appalling/unfeasible.

    Just had a disappointing conversation with @virginmedia been a customer 15 years and they are refusing to do anything on my £50 a month bill. Sky have offered a BETTER package for £28! I don't even want a price match but it would be nice to feel valued after all this time.

    @virginmedia No, it was over chat and they said there were wires exposed somewhere and people were working on it. Fix ETA was 3pm per the service status on the website. And now the website status says everything is fine but still no internet.

    @virginmedia I honestly don't understand how your company thinks it's beyond being held accountable for misleading and in essential lying to me just so I will leave them alone. Are you trained to just agree to whatever a customer asks and then not actually do it?

    @virginmedia Yeah the outcome of the complaint was that I would have the fees waived but instead I was charged the fees and then heard nothing at all and I have had nothing applied to my account

    I've called @virginmedia customer services 10 times today after they made me wait 2 weeks for internet that can't be connected to my flat. Every time I get transferred to the right department to cancel the phone hangs up. Your customer service team is appalling. Sort it out.
