@virginmedia crawling to a halt again. Yesterday evening very slow - 1.5Mb download. Now so low that can’t login to any online services or run Speedtest - latency too low. Virgin Media app says “good service”, but the Help Desk admits it is not going to be fixed until 29th Mar!!!

@itvMLshow how do I go about getting a refund for a misold contract from @virginmedia I told them I was moving house during contract but they said the area would be covered which its not & have now been charged a cancellation fee of £177. Customer service has been dreadful.

@virginmedia It’s supposed to be a 100Mbps service but it’s rarely at that speed. No WiFi in the kitchen (5meters away) and in the bedrooms upstairs. It’s th worst WiFi I’ve had in years. Kids can’t use PS4 in the room directly next to the one with the router in it.

How lovely to receive a @virginmedia bill with a totally unexpected 20% price increase. No letter, no email, no warning - and no help on the phone! This now makes a total 50% increase in two years ... next job is switch provider 🤨

@virginmedia I have called this number twice but am still awaiting a further call back. It is shocking that a company can charge such high fees especially as I was told when taking the contract moving house would not cause any issues. If you would wish to call me directly please dm me.

Multiple times, still keeps dropping out. Disconnects from connected devices multiple times a day and we have to reboot router and add it again to devices to resolve. Customer services @virginmedia just tries to sell me boosters when it has worked without issues for over a year
