    @virginmedia Thanks the router was out next to the tv by the outside wall, so we’ve never been able to use the WiFi in other parts of the house. It really only works well in that room.

    @virginmedia I have had a terrible experience with Roshan technical support at virgin media. After reporting a fault with my WIFI network three times, he put the phone down on me. These technical support people are arrogant rude and not helpful at all!

    So @virginmedia sat an hour in help chat waiting for reply regarding my issue/query of my broadband After an hour I guess you wasn't interested in helping me out. To me shows a totally lack of respect to a loyal customer with full package 🤬 Could you provide a CS number

    I ask to speak to a Manager, you put me straight through to a line that says it's now closed, call back tomorrow. That's 32 minutes of my life wasted. Bad service, badly trained call centre staff, not happy @virginmedia

    @albanwr @cybergibbons I don't use any of my Samsung TVs smart features and deny it network access for that exact reason. But my virgin media V6 box and Netflix account are happily sending sweet something back all the time.

    @virginmedia my WiFi is not working despite paying someone to install it and about 7 hours of troubleshooting so far. One of your agents was helping me and was supposed to call me back 25 minutes ago but hasn’t yet and booster issue still not fixed

    @virginmedia also was offer a system that would improve the WiFi in the house. The netgear pl1000 arrived yesterday and doesn’t give me@any further WiFi coverage. It just extends the network. I only have the one router..

    @virginmedia I’ve said this more than once before on here and I’ll say it again. VM broadband is crap!! Their Wi-fi is shi., keeps cutting out yet they promise it is better and stronger. Don’t believe it!! The old router was far better than this rubbish!!!

    @virginmedia I finally (thought I’d) managed to arrange for one to be delivered after a phone call to the helpline last week - but all we’ve received is a new power supply and a letter that implies that the problem we reported was a faulty power supply - which was never discussed.

    @virginmedia There was a suspected fault with the line your customer support rep wanted checked upon the switch but I'm not sure on the specifics of what they seen.

    @virginmedia WiFi has been down all morning! Reset a number of times and when I phone I get an automated message saying it’ll be be fixed by 4pm - hardly ideal when you’re working from home. Any suggestions?
