    @virginmedia pls can you help? Website and app help doesn't address the technical issues and don't provide way to contact you. Phoned 150, automated system said it would update & restart TV. Nothing happened. Can't watch recorded programmes since 12th Oct. Frustrating!

    @virginmedia Received a text message with a link saying that my bill had not been paid and update my details checked my bank and paid that day customer services confirmed this also this is the second time this has happened why does my information keep getting breached?

    @virginmedia Highly disappointed with your services 2day. Install incomplete 2 b told you will return tomorrow 2 finish, but now received a call 2 tell me the 1st May is next available date. Not good enough considerin I am a customer just moving house, organised in march.

    @virginmedia Engineer was booked to call me. Another Engineer was booked for local area check tonight and I’m supposed to get sms updates. None of above has happened. All cables checked. Done reset, switch off multiple times. Can you PLEASE do something to HELP?

    @virginmedia 10 AM. Can deal with an upgrade to systems in the area if it’s gonna fix the problem of your wifi going down all the time then that’s sound. But the wifi seems to go off all the time regardless

    @virginmedia That they have an issue they are trying to resolve. Started in March 2019 and every month it gets put back a month. I’m sure @richardbranson has better internet on his island than I do in London.
