    @richardbranson are you anything to do with @virginmedia ? If so please can you get someone to finally do something they promise. 15 hours on phone, promised credits, nothing arrives, overcharge £50 p/month & promised of a call back & nothing 22 years a customer, 6 weeks waiting

    AGH! 40 mins waiting on the phone to find out that @virginmedia will not help you understand why the internet service is slow unless you have an Ethernet plugged in... WHO CONNECTS BY WIRE TO THE INTERNET IN THE AGE OF TABLETS AND SMARTPHONE?! Ugh! 😡 #penalised

    @jonWturney @virginmedia If only they DID invest in their network. They bought Telewest in a fire-sale many years ago and have spent barely a penny on it. My guess is that they are able to ‘upgrade’ your speed because all of your neighbours have switched to BT, who actually have invested.

    @virginmedia An engineer came and replaced my hub, bits on the wall outside and bits in the box down the road. So far so good 🤞

    @virginmedia shocking service so far. Ordered our broadband a month in advance of our house move as is essential because we’re both working from home. Been in a week and had delivery of my hub but still not able to connect. Advice is always just to wait and it will come online.

    @virginmedia any issues in NP10? For the past two days my Internet has been cutting out every few minutes, making WFH and virtual conferencing absolutely appalling/unfeasible.

    @virginmedia The issue is intermittent so not currently. The 3.0 hub has been rebooted multiple times and has had a factory reset but I still have intermittent Internet.

    @virginmedia I have an issue with Bluetooth headphones interfering with WiFi signal. Two pairs of headphones, same result. Is there anything I can do to the router to stop this from happening? It's better when I switch off the 2.4GHz band.

    @virginmedia another 5 days waiting for a call back .. and this was after my case had been ‘elevated’ and a promise for all to be sorted on a Friday - more broken promises / what do you suggest now ? Just leave after 22 years ? @MartinSLewis @WhichUK - all details being recorded

    @virginmedia I made a complaint January 12th. I phoned on 15th to chase it. I was told you would be in touch and you haven’t been. Your T’s and C’s say 28 days. We are now on day 38! You responded quickly to @SophieEB how come you can show everyone the same respect! Your rubbish!

    @virginmedia No. I'm saying the NEW 18 month deal goes back to standard charge after 18 months CURRENTLY according to the call centre £44. So if the current out of contract charge for the service I have is £44 why am I paying more?
