@virginmedia crawling to a halt again. Yesterday evening very slow - 1.5Mb download. Now so low that can’t login to any online services or run Speedtest - latency too low. Virgin Media app says “good service”, but the Help Desk admits it is not going to be fixed until 29th Mar!!!

@virginmedia please sort out your fiber broadband! I have only been with you since the end of Dec & have had nothing but problems, I work from home but sometimes have to go to the local @CostaCoffee to use theirs to save me & be able to do my job just because yours is so unstable

.@SkyHelpTeam was due to have Sky broadband fitted on Feb 1st ... it is now March 25th & I just get fobbed off with you blaming @WeAreOpenreach If only @virginmedia coverd my postcode I wouldn’t have this problem ..

@virginmedia what appalling service. Cancelled my broadband and phone on 1.3.23. Found out today after 1.15hours on the phone that you’ve only cancelled the broadband and now I face an £80 early termination fee to now cancel the phone line. Won’t do anything about it!
