@virginmedia That status page states there are no issues, the issues are apparently the walls in my house and my neighbours electrics even though it's been fine for the last 18 months

@bluebirdchapo @WezTucker @virginmedia Don’t try Bt worst in the world for internet I’ve had it twice when I moved. Internet wouldn’t pull your hat off absolute shite they actually gave me compensation. plus all these newish companies offering great deals are shite as they all use Bt lines.

@virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

Trying to get through to @virginmedia for an hour, only to then be cut off once being transferred! Poor show! Desperate to speak to someone as we have had our cables cut by resurfacing works!! 😡😡

@virginmedia I’ve tried all that. You’ve even replaced my router. Nothing helps. The connections continue to drop. I am going to join the large group of people in the area who have left virgin because of this extremely poor service. We’ve been struggling with this since Nov 2019. Had enough.
