    @virginmedia Yes, I understand that issues happen, but it would be nice to know more than just “we’re currently having issues”. If someone told me “a bolt of lightning from that thunderstorm you had hit the cabinet and fried it” or something, we’d probably be a lot more understanding.

    @virginmedia 20 minutes waiting to escalate a complaint that wasn’t even set up just to get talked over and cut off. No basic understanding of GDPR it seems as my SAR wasn’t actioned.

    @virginmedia We had a 6 day internet outage at the end of July. I’ve just got the bill for next month and there are no credits on it to account for the outage - we’re still being charged the same amount.

    As my @virginmedia bill is now creeping up towads 130pcm I called to cancel or negotiate. A small discount was offered. I was surprised how little effort was made to retain a customer. (‘OK, thank you for calling’). So I’ll have to switch.

    @virginmedia It’s been going on for months, I have had all new boxes and hub but it still goes down. I have been told to keep my local engineer up to date. There is nothing the help desk can do we have tried everything

    Nice going, @virginmedia - called to check how my complaint and SAR are progressing as they were requested on Thursday and I didn’t get the same day call back promised by the TM. Called back today to find 1. Complaint not set up. 2. SAR not submitted. AND....

    @virginmedia Both wired and not, advised to turn off and back on, diagnostics checked at your end, engineer visit, resulted in all new v6 boxes (x2) and a new internet hub also internal wiring checked and re-connected. Issue seemed to be resolved for a while but after then goes off altogether

    @virginmedia I’m sorry but the speed to the hub 3.0 you have provided is of no interest to me as a user. It’s like telling me that you are guaranteeing the speed to the switch box down the road. For me is important that part from the hub you have sent me to my devices.
