Their Wi-fi is shi., keeps cutting out yet they promise it is better and stronger. Don’t believe it!! The old router was far better than this rubbish!!!

Slow, can’t handle streaming a simple Amazon Prime video, and I’m getting charged DOUBLE what I paid originally a few years back! I’ll be phoning to leave Monday morning, £40 is terrible, let alone for poor service
