    @virginmedia I did that this morning & the person said they were in complaints department..he said I needed to speak to retentions & a manager would call. He raised a complaint Ref:C160622488. Got a call this afternoon where the manager of customer services said there was nothing he could do.

    Been with @virginmedia back as far as old NTL days. Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

    Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

    @virginmedia as a former TV customer, now just broadband, I want to reconnect a TV package. I already have 3 boxes in my house can they not be just reconnected instead of sending my out a box?

    @virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

    @virginmedia can you tell me what has gone wrong with your company!?!? I have been with you for years, without complaint but, since Dec 21, you change my contract, without my say-so & despite constant calls for 6 months, still nobody will take responsibility & sort it out!!! 😠😠

    @virginmedia My original package wasn't due to end until July 22. I've spoken to every department you have, over & over again...I go over the same old explanation with your people every single time & still, nobody in your company will help...I've spoken to over 3 managers & still nothing!!

    @virginmedia I'm now waiting on a call from the retentions department (I missed one earlier)! I know exactly what they will say because I've spoken to them on a number of occasions...they will offer me a new contract & raise a complaint about the messing about you've given me!!!

    hey @virginmedia I have a contract that says my price is set to Jan 2023 and I negotiated the deal with customer retention as not the account holder bit authorised to talk on behalf of the account holder and now I've got customer services flat out lying toe on WhatsApp (1)

    @WhightChris @ArmchairAdml Yeh, they only installed in my area last spring. I did some research on them and they are part of Netomnia’s network. I only had Virgin Media providing "to the property" fibre, my alternatives were BT and 60mbp/s outside of them prior. Hopefully as they grow they'll reach you too

    @virginmedia We are now two days in and it's still not fixed. Your status update is still saying that estimated fix time will be 5.05 yesterday. This is an appalling service. What is going on? I want an update and I want my service back. I will stop my next payment.

    @virginmedia @ClassicSoulDJ You think the smiley face is funny? Many thousands of folk were disrupted by your crap network, including myself. Couldn't get through to customer service, nor sign in to my account. Only by looking at newspapers online did I discover the outrage. Virgin Media is a disgrace.

    @virginmedia No TV signal for my dad's area since early yesterday, WiFi that cuts out multiple times a day in my home. Thank goodness your billing department isn't down though! Absolutely no issues taking over 100 quid from my dad's bank this morning for a service he isn't getting.
