    @virginmedia Box is connected to TV via HDMI cable I've tried different cables and hdmi ports on TV to eliminate those as issues. Doesn't happen with on-demand programs.

    @alone_music @virginmedia Jesus that’s bad, thought it could be done online the activation. I moved house and they said 20£ to move. What they didn’t say was that they renewed the contract and double billed me as they take one month in advance as a new contract. Complained to @virginmedia nothing done

    @Virgin @virginmedia @richardbranson Your customer service is so painful and appalling. 2 rings and the sales team answer, 20 minute transfer to Loyalty team, gave up when needing to be transferred to Contract Services team. FFS I only wanted to remain a customer!!!

    @DannyHackett @virginmedia If they’re saying it’s an area fault maybe the signal to the box isn’t within the acceptable conditions so it has to reconnect often. Same problem in Dartford but fixed on their end after several calls...

    @virginmedia @DannyHackett Had a moment around a decade ago where they sent me through the song and dance of rebooting etc. So I cut it short, told them to look at the signal levels. They did. We agreed that it’s not localised to my property, they fixed. No pointless faffing.

    @virginmedia Yes. It doesn't work on any of my devices. TV. Laptop. Phone. The phone works on 4G and the laptop works on another network. Just not when connected to Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia @DannyHackett Be careful with the fob offs Danny - if it’s a connection problem (not your in house WiFi) then Virgin, as with any other cable company, can see your connection status from the modem to their services via DOCSIS and also should be able to see logs too 😉

    @virginmedia It still doesn't work. The TiVo Netflix app worked briefly last night but that threw the same error eventually. Everything else works fine.

    @virginmedia Thanks, will do. As stated, my renewal without TV was more than new customer after 18 month price! I'd like to increase to 360 or 516 but will not be staying if cost doesn't reduce. I'll call tonight

    @virginmedia horrendous customer service! Let you know I was moving. Adviser said that everything ok. It wasn’t waited for managers to call. Then found we can freeze our service. Inquired that this would not impact the mobile -message to say the phone cancelled as of today!

    @virginmedia my 71 year old father left w/out phone for over 1 wk. 2 eng visits have been cancelled with a text "there is a network problem in your area" he tried to contact you this morning again but it just says eng booked today, but he got a text today saying it wa cancelled
