@virginmedia after many wasted hours debating the logic of this, I am broken. Your system is as functional as an inflatable dartboard, and makes it difficult for your customer service staff. Please cancel my contract and allow me to return your gear.

In the same month @virginmedia bill has doubled, the reliability has quartered. Internet at home is essentially useless & the WiFi router a clunky decoration! 2020, in a big city, and searching on Google is slower than an old dial-up modem. Usual awful customer service.

@Seanie08 @virginmedia My speed this morning was 14mbps. Supposed to 108mbps average. They told me too many devices connected, so I turned off phone to 4g, turned off iPad and disconnect Amazon Alexa. Nothing else connected. Speed went up to 18mbps 🤣 ‘We are showing a good service!’ ByeBye.....

Blimey, and everyone thinks Virgin Media is bad...I'd go back to them in a heartbeat over BT! Tried to book in installation for the new house...and they DON'T install on weekends (or even just Sats!) What a load of cobblers...some of us have to work weekdays!
