@virginmedia I can receive the booster free of charge your colleague confirmed this before putting me on hold and hanging up on his return. Your app is useless so when I test the internet connection on your app it says my signal is fine in one of my rooms when that's not the case.

@virginmedia Our tele has no signal, had problems with it for a few weeks. Some channels just have an error message of ‘no signal’ and others are pixelated so badly that you can’t see the programme at all 😩

@virginmedia There is now a technician booked for tomorrow Thanks. The service checker you linked previously and the Hub service check returned around 8 different errors, the technician on the phone said that my connection is having as many as 22 disconnects daily and that's the issue.
