@virginmedia John I have done all that already. And it’s not worked. I have spoken with my IT support and they confirm this is a problem with your servers. How are you proposing to sort this out for me please?? I’m paying for a service @virginmedia is not providing.

@paulatkinsonuk @virginmedia Virgin hubs are known for poor wifi signal the hub 4 aint much better i ended up getting an old home hub router and turning that into a wifi access point . Though if you do get a hub 4 beware of overheating along with virgin wifi boosters.

@virginmedia Same as about a month ago. Said I need to enter password. But doesn't work. Have tried resetting password. Still no good. Webmail says can't access my emails right now. And when I go to the sign in page it has my name as 'Jackie' top right though the main page says 'Hi Tina'.

@virginmedia I know you won't auto-refund. You need to refund regardless - automatically or not! Service level is so bad I've to switch you off and use a 4G modem instead. Surely you see that's so bad I deserve a refund?
